The use of new and renewable energy is essential to solve the problem of increasing fossil fuel use due to industrial development. The paradigm of the automobile industry has changed due to the strengthening of environmental regulations in developed countries, and the development of eco-friendly cars is underway. Fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), which use hydrogen as fuel, require strict standards for fuel-related components. In particular, check valves for FCEV control high-pressure hydrogen and thus, must be sufficiently strong for the challenging environment caused by high-pressure hydrogen. Therefore, this study used DEFORM 3D, a regular finite element analysis program, to check the moldability of check valves for FCEV, design the process, verify reliability through single streamline analysis, tensile tests, and ANSYS simulations, and identify suitable materials for the high-pressure hydrogen environment.

Korean wheat semolina (FS: fine semolina) with similar characteristics to durum wheat semolina was substituted at rates of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50% in pasta dough and the physical and cooking characteristics were investigated for making optimal pasta. Water absorption of the dough increased with the 10, 20, and 30% substitution ratio of FS. Development times were high with >30% substituted FS. This result positively influenced an increase in production and the preparation of the fresh noodle pasta. Furthermore, soft textured fresh noodles could be made due to the decrease in stability and increased weakness of the >30% substituted FS. The amylograph gelatinization characteristics of Korean wheat semolina exhibited an increase of gelatinization temperature and decrease of maximum viscosity when compared with durum wheat. The handling property of the dough showed more than 4 points in all sample groups. Weight and volume decreased and turbidity and cooking loss increased according to the increasing amount of substituted FS. However, samples with ${\leq}$ 30% FS substitution ratio had similar volumes and cooking losses when compared to the control. The L- and a-values increased and the b-value of color decreased as more FS was added. In a texture analysis, the hardness of the cooking noodles showed a low value with the >30% substituted FS. Springiness, gumminess, and chewiness exhibited a high value. In the results of a sensory evaluation, overall acceptability was high score with more than 7 points for the 30% added FS. The preferences for pasta colors were divided into white, which is similar to the Korean traditional noodle, and yellow, which is similar to durum wheat. Flavor and taste were not affected by substituting with FS. Low hardness and high chewiness was the most preferred noodle. These results suggest that >30% substituted FS was suitable for increasing quality and organoleptic qualities of Korean wheat pasta.

As a matter of fact, menu functions as a list of product restaurant and a communication tool that facilitates the communication between a restaurant and its customers. Accordingly, many scholars and practitioners have suggested various for menu analysis. Among others, menu analysis methods proposed by Miller, Kasavana & Smith, and Pavesic have been frequently and repeatedly published in the academic literature. However, methods common limitation utilize a two-dimensional approach quadrants. Focusing on this problematic of traditional menu analysis methods, Hayes & Huffman suggested a new menu analysis method goal value analysis. The of this study to the menu analysis technique suggested by Hayes & Huffman using goal value. In this research, the goal value analysis adopted wine restaurant.

Could STS throw another-colored light on the Hwang's Affair, the scientific fraud committed by Hwang Woo-Suk and his research team in Korea? And could analytic tools of STS unfold another meanings which have been overlooked in most of the traditionally social-sciences-oriented analyses? In this essay, I try to answer these questions by analyzing the Hwang's Affair in the view of STS, especially by using some concepts of actor-network theory(ANT): movement, translation and displacement. I want to say that the Hwang's Affair seems to be a part of normal scientific activity, not an abnormal phenomenon, and as an evidence, focus on the similarities of their life styles between "pure/real scientist" Louis Pasteur and "impure/political scientist" Hwang Woo-Suk. I try to mobilize some concepts of ANT, especially movement, and find out why scientists came to move toward the opposed direction on the pure/real-impure/political line. I suggest that there exists "laboratory politics" as the key factor in this bifurcation. My tentative conclusion is that Pasteur can take a position to make his great world, so-called the Pasteurian world, owing to the success of "double movement" in which he treated his laboratory as a fulcrum to lift up the world, but Hwang degrades himself to "ugly scientific politician" due to the loss of the momentum of his movement; Hwang treated his laboratory only as the symbolic resources and in turn failed to solidify material entities, his real political resources, even though he knew the importance of laboratory.

This study gives the vertical motion analysis in multi-directional irregular waves using a commercial code(MAXSURF v.16) based on linear strip theory for a training ship. To verify the commercial code prior to the analysis, we guarantees the reliability of this paper's results using the commercial code by comparing with the results(Flokstra, 1974) of same hull and experimental conditions on a Panamax container. The analysis conditions are Beaufort wind scale No. 5($\bar{T}=5.46$, $H_{1/3}=2m$) based on ITTC wave spectrum, encounter angle Head & bow seas($150^{\circ}$) and Froude number Fn=0.257. Finally, we calculates heave RAO, pitch RAO and obtains the result of ship's response spectra for heave and pitch motions. In the motion response spectrum under the multi-directional irregular waves, heave motion reacts slightly high in short-crested waves and pitch motion reacts high in long-crested waves.

국수의 물성 측정에 있어서 기존의 방법들은 많은 시간을 요하고 또한 시간 경과에 따른 국수의 물성값에 오차를 주는 단점이 있다. 컴퓨터의 소프트웨어(Xtra)를 이용한 Texture Analyser로 부터 얻어낸 Texture Profile Analysis (TRA)곡선은 국수의 물성변화를 6∼8개의 상수들을 사용해서 설명할 수 있었다. 이 측정방법은 빠르고 효율적이며 시간을 단축할 수 있었다. 그러므로 국수와 파스타(pasta)의 물성 연구에는 이 방법을 도입할 것을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 진화 연산 기법을 이용한 자연어 구운 분석 기법을 제시한다 기존의 확률 문맥 무관문법(PCFG)에 관한 연구는 차트 파싱 방법을 구문 분석을 위한 기법으로 가정하고 있다. 하지만, 차트 파싱은 문장의 길이가 늘어날수록 복잡도가 크게 증가하는 문제를 안고 있다. 따라서, 차트 파서의 대안으로서 진화 연산 기법을 사용하여 이 문제를 해결하였다. 진화 연산의 적합도 함수로는 생성된 파스트리의 확률을 사용하였다. 작은 규모의 자연어 문제에 적용한 결과, 진화 연산이 파싱 문제를 성공적으로 해결할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
