본지 제47호('11년 9, 10월) 기획특집으로 "기후변화 대응 국가방재대책"을 게제하여 '기후변화에 따른 재해환경 및 재해양상', '국가 방재 개선대책'을 중심으로 '기후변화대응 재난종합개선대책'을 소개한 바 있다. 특히 '10.9.1일 태풍 '곤파스'로 인해 광역적 대규모 정전사태등 예기치 못한 피해에 대한 지자체나 한전 등에서 신속하게 대응체제를 가동하지 못한 문제점이 대두되어 관계기관 긴급 대책회의(차관회의)를 개최 하고, 중앙합동점검기획단을 구성하여 현장점검을 실시하였으며, 기후변화 선제대응 차원에서 국토 체질 강화를 위해 현행 방재기준을 재설정, 방재시설 용량확대 및 재난대응시스템을 전면 개선하는 등 재난예방 근본대책을 마련하였다. (7개 분야 58건 추진과제) 이중 태풍 '곤파스' 이후에 추진된 "강풍대책 분야" 9개 개선대책에 대한 추진현황을 소개하고자 한다.

올 하반기 국내 포털업계에 대규모 검색서비스 전쟁이 예고되고 있다. 관련업계에 따르면 다음커뮤니케이션.야후코리아.엠파스.MSN코리아∙구글등 주요 포털 업체들이 각종 신규 검색서비스를 내놓고 올 하반기 검색서비스 시장에서 한판 승부를 벌일 채비를 하고 있다. 특히 이들 포털들은 지난해부터‘블로그’, ‘미니홈피’붐에 힘입어 인기를 끈 개인화, 1인 미디어 시대에 맞춰 커뮤니티에 초점을 맞춘 신규 서비스를 대거 선보일 계획으로 기존 일반 검색을 넘어선 커뮤니티 검색에서 치열한 경쟁을 펼칠 것으로 전망된다. 이와 함께 올 하반기에는 구글.야후.MSN 등 외국계 기업이 주도하고 있는 데스크톱 검색서비스 역시 본격 점화될 것으로 예상되고, 지난 5월말 엠파스의 열린검색으로 본격적인 포문을 연 전문검색 영역 역시 계속 가속화돼 한층 진화된 서비스가 보여질 것으로 보인다. 이에 따라 새로운 검색서비스들이 검색 패러다임의 전환을 가져올 수 있을지 관련업계의 관심이 모아지 고 있다. 최근 들어 새롭게 등장한 신규 검색서비스에는 어떤 것들이 있고 어떤 경향을 담고 있는지 검색서비스 현황을 살펴본다.

본 논문에서는 콘크리트 사장교 가설 중 태풍 곤파스 내습시 교량에 설치된 계측 장비들의 측정된 데이터를 이용하여 난류스펙트럼과 고유진동수를 분석하였다. 현장조건을 반영한 업데이트된 해석모델로 버페팅해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과는 SRSS조합으로 응답을 산정하여 주탑의 가속도 응답과 계측된 가속도 응답을 평가하였다. 버페팅해석 결과는 전반적으로 해석결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다.

Most of the small-type fishing boats in this country don't have the autopilot system such as the large ships have. In this papers, we describes on the development of electro magnetic compass for the autopilot system of the small-type fishing boat, which is utilized the MR(magnetic resistance) device and the inclination sensor. And we investigated the validity of the developed electro magnetic compass through results of actual experiment.

Threaded Tree is the data structure that can express parse stack as well as parse tree with LR parsing table. $Larchev\^{e}que$ makes Threaded Tree and Incremental Parsing with stack. This paper suggests the algorithm consisting of changed threaded tree without stack in order to reduce reparsing node and parsing speed. Also, it suggests incremental parsing algorithm to get rid of the reparsing process in node.

Scala의 파서 콤비네이터를 사용하면 프로그래밍 언어의 파서를 비교적 손쉽게 구현할 수 있다. 그런데 Scala의 파서 콤비네이터는 몇 가지 문제점이 있다. 첫째, 파싱을 할 때마다 파서를 생성해야 하는 온라인 방식이라 처리속도가 늦을 수밖에 없다. 둘째, 하향식 파서라 좌 재귀 문법을 처리하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 따라서 좌 재귀가 없도록 문법을 작성해야한다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제들을 해결하기 위해 파서 콤비네이터의 장점인 직관적인 문법정의와 LALR(1)의 문법 표현력을 결합한 LALR(1) 파스테이블 생성 콤비네이터를 정의한다.

RFC1807은 네트워크상에서 기술보고서를 원활하게 교환하기 위한 서지레코드에 대한 형식을 규정하고 있다. 이 형식은 MARC 처럼 복잡하지 않고 자동으로 파스(parse)하기 쉽도록 설계되어 코넬대학의 Dienst 프로토콜과 스탠포드대학의 SIFT시스템 등에서 활발하게 사용되고 있는 메타데이터이다.

In this study, a commercial seakeeping program Seakeeper, integrated into Maxsurf, which is based on the linear strip theory was employed to compare the effect of bulbous bow (with/without) on motion response characteristics in a 18-meter catamaran. The seakeeping analyses were conducted at several Beaufort wind conditions such as scale No. 3 ($\bar{T}=2.98s$, $H_{1/3}$ =0.6m), No. 4 ($\bar{T}=3.85s$, $H_{1/3}$ =1m) and No. 5 ($\bar{T}=5.44$, $H_{1/3}$ =2m) based on ITTC wave spectrum. Pitch motion response spectrum was calculated at Head sea, Head & bow sea and Beam sea as encounter angles. Hull form of a catamaran with bulb showed the maximum 20% decrease of pitch motion response as compared to that of hull form without bulb.

This study takes a look at diverse artistic strategies is taking as a graphic novel of participation. Pascal Croci has used and combined the forms to convey the message he want as a writer of an inclusive graphic novel, image-text. It is linked with an intrinsic to the graphic novel as well as tradition of realism in a wide variety of genres. This study takes a brief look at the realism art in each genre and confirms in relation to the artistic characteristics of intrinsic to the graphic novel is taking as a graphic novel of participation. is consists of the process of covering a case and the form of a broadcasting report and a fictional format emphasizes the objectivity in contents to highlight the journalistic characteristics of the general narrative. uses various artistic languages of realism. The audience feels a realistic case through the experience and writer's message is convey effectively. shows the generic openness of the graphic novel.

This study investigated the physicochemical characteristics of Korean wheat flour substituted for 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60% durum rimachinata wheat in order to develop a Korean wheat pasta suitable for consumer-preferred soft textures. The particles of Korean wheat that were less than 250 ${\mu}M$ were 87.03% of all particles, while 68.7% of durum rimachinata had particles more than 250 ${\mu}M$ in size. Durum rimachinata had more protein (13.84${\pm}$0.03) and ash (0.70${\pm}$0.02) than Korean wheat. In farinograph characteristics, water absorption, development time, stability, and weakness increased as the amounts of substituted Korean wheat flour increased. Also, the gelatinization characteristics of the amylograph exhibited an increase of gelatinization temperature and decrease in maximum viscosity. However, maximum viscosity was shown to be more than 550 B.U. until 30% of the substitution level of Korean wheat flour to durum rimachinata wheat. Also, it did not affect the texture of the noodle product. We could make pasta with softness and springiness with less than a 15% substitution level of Korean wheat flour due to similar characteristics in cooking properties such as weight, volume, water absorption, turbidity, and cooking loss when compared to the control. L and a values increased, and the b value decreased in color as substitution amounts of Korean wheat flour increased. The hardness and adhesiveness of cooking noodles was shown to be a low value at more than a 30% substitution level of Korean wheat flour, and springiness, gumminess, and chewiness all exhibited high values. In a sensory evaluation, overall acceptability was shown to have the highest score in control. More than 30% of substitution of Korean wheat flour showed high preferences. Therefore, 15% of the substitution level of Korean wheat flour could be adapted in dough and cooking properties for making pasta-substituted Korean wheat. However, a texture analyzer and sensory evaluation of cooked pasta was shown to have a good quality at more than 30% substitution level of Korean wheat flour.
