목질계 바이오매스는 신재생에너지원에 비해 국내 잠재량이 가장 풍부한 에너지원 가운데 하나이다. 그러나 주요 공급원인 간벌목 부산물의 10%, 폐목재의 1/3 정도만 활용되고 있다. 따라서 향후 관련법제도 개선 및 지원을 통해 바이오매스의 에너지 활용도를 높일 필요가 있다. 목질계 바이오매스를 이용하여 에너지를 생산할 경우 잠재적 기여도는 2005년 신재생에너지 공급량의 29.4%에 달하며, 신재생에너지의 일차에너지 소비대비 2.13%에서 2.76%로 증가시킬 수 있는 잠재력을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 전국 16개 시도별로 잠재되어 있는 목질계 바이오매스 생산 가능량을 추정하고 이를 바이오열병합발전소의 주연료로 이용할 경우 지역별 경제적 파급효과를 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 경기, 서울, 전남, 경북, 강원, 충남 등에서 파급효과가 크게 나타났다. 지역별 파급효과를 합할 경우 부가가치 파급효과가 15,736억원, 고용효과가 2,630명으로 나타났다.

국가과학기술연구망(KREONET)은 초고성능 슈퍼컴퓨팅, 그리드(Grid), e-Science 등 국내의 첨단 과학기술분야에 관한 연구 개발을 지원하고 있는 국가연구망(National Research Network)이다. 그러나 국가연구망이 국가연구개발 사업의 전반에 걸쳐 직 간접적으로 많은 영향을 미침에도 불구하고, 이러한 파급효과에 대해 체계적인 분석이 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 KREONET에 대한 경제성 분석을 통해 국가과학기술과 산업발전에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 분석방법으로는 KREONET의 존재 유무에 따른 비용편익분석과 산업연관분석을 사용하였다. 비용편익분석의 평가지표로는 순현재가치, 비용편익비율, 내부수익률을 사용하였고, 산업연관분석의 평가지표는 생산유발효과, 부가가치 유발효과, 취업유발효과를 사용하였다. 분석한 결과, KREONET은 경제적 파급효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 다른 연구망에 적용하기 위해서는 보다 다양한 범주의 평가범위와 평가방법에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

This paper deals with the economic effects for the Surion(KUH-1) research and development program. The economic effects was measured by Inter-industry analysis method for production-inducing effects, value-added inducement effects, and job-creation effects and by estimating actual domestic input cost. In addition, technical riffle effects was analyzed for aerospace industry, defense industry and commercial industry market through similarity and contribution of technology.

Dense of population construction and high density of skyscraper, and geological characteristics caused natural disasters(e.g. typhoon, tsunami, flood, storm, earthquake, etc.) and manmade disasters(e.g. fire, collapse, explosion, traffic accident, etc.). the extent and scale of the disaster are getting larger. To cope with such problems, Busan City has established the basic plan to secure the life and property of the citizens through model strategy and design of Ubiquitous-Safety Busan. This study quantitatively analyzed the ripple effect on local economy through the fulfillment of Ubiquitous-Safety. The production inducing effect of 250 billion won directly and indirectly can be estimated due to the realization of Ubiquitous-Safety. The value added effect of 115 billion won can be estimated. the employment effect of 5,580 persons can be generated with income effect of 51 billion won.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 미디어 패러다임을 급격히 변화시키고 있는 IPTV 서비스를 대상으로 도입 3년 시점에서의 경제적 성과를 분석하는 한편, 향후 3년간 IPTV 서비스 도입에 따른 경제적 파급효과와 비교 분석하는 것이다. 비교대상이 되는 경제적 성과는 생산유발효과, 소득유발효과, 고용 유발효과를 포함한다. 우리는 이 분석을 통하여 IPTV 서비스가 과거 3년동안 어떤 산업에 어느 정도의 영향을 미쳤으며, 향후 어떤 산업에 큰 영향을 미칠지 전망할 수 있다.

본 연구는 기술에 대한 대용개념으로 사용되고 있는 연구개발투자의 효과가 산업의 생산성 향상에 얼마만큼 기여하고 있는가에 관한 실증연구로, 그 효 과를 자체 연구개발효과와 파급효과로 나누어 측정하는 데 목적이 있다. 파 급효과의 경우, 중간재의 거래를 통한 체화된 파급효과와 산업간의 기술거리 로 인한 비체화된 파급효과로 나누어 한국 제조산업을 18개로 분류한 후 각 산업의 연구개발스톡을 측정하였으며, 연구개발투자의 체화된 파급효과 측정 을 위하여 산업 연관표를 이용하여 가중치를 계산하였다. 그리고, 비체화된 파급효과 측정을 위하여는 각 산업에서 고용하고 있는 전공별 연구원 수의 자료를 이용 기술거리를 구하였다. 본 연구에서는 각각의 가중치로 구한 연 구개발스톡, 체화된 연구개발 스톡, 그리고 비체화된 연구개발 스톡을 이용 하여 각 독립변수들에 대한 한계생산성을 구하였으며, 분석 방법으로는 단순 회귀분석과 함께 시계열의 효과와 산업간 효과를 고려하는 패널데이터 분석 을 시도하였다. 체화된 파급효과와 비체화된 파급효과 중 하나만을 변수로 포함하는 경우에는 추정치가 유의한 결과를 나타내고 있지만, 두 가지의 변 수를 모두 포함하는 경우에는 보호도 일정하지 않으며 비유의적인 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 다중공선성에 의한 것으로 보인다. 두 가지 파급효과 에 대한 한계생산성 추정치는 기술과 연구개발투자가 외부성을 가지고 있으 며, 기술과 관련된 변수의 도입이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 이러한 파급효과 의 추정치는 거시차원에서 연구개발 지원의 정당성에 대한 근거를 제시하고 있으며, 기술혁신을 위한 투자의 타당성을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.사하였다. 이 사례 연구들의 결과는 각 계열사들의 상황에 따라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. This paper analyzes both the FTA effects and FTA spillover effects on bilateral trade using 62 countries' panel data during the period of 2003 ~ 2013. To this end, we construct a FTA dummy variable for the effect of FTA in the model and the weighted FTA matrix interacted with export and import for the spillover effect of FTA. Gravity model is applied to the empirical analysis with GMM, fixed and random effects, and PPML estimation. As a result of the analysis, FTA variables have positive relationships with bilateral export and import. The weighted FTA matrix interacted with export and import also have positive signs on the bilateral export and import in all estimations. Thus, we conclude that various FTAs of neighbor or 3rd countries increase the bilateral export and import. We provide some implications that a country to increase the amount of trade has a trade relationship with the countries having various FTAs and for the FTA effect analysis, the three-country model is better than to the two-country model.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the economic impacts of regional cultural festival via using the regional input-output model. In order to achieve this purpose, calculate output, value added and employment multiplier impacts of the Jeonju International Film Festival. The impacts of the JIFF on regional economic follow as ; Output is 112 hundred million won, value added is 53 hundred million won and employes is 254 labors. We need a new following strategies to obtain highly positive impacts from regional cultural festival. It needs to made networks among sight-seeing places, cultural remains, restaurants, hotels and entertainment institutions, in order to made visitors and customers expend much.

This research was conducted to investigate the economoic effects of aviation safety technology development. The important subjects of aviation safety technology development, aviation accident prevention and damage reduction technique, aircraft safety certification development, BASA promotion in an aircraft class, were included to investigate the economic effects. The survey technique using Benefit-Cost Anlysis was performed and the results showed that aviation safety technology development brought scientific technique effect, industrial and economic effect, and the rest effects. Also, the benefits from aviation safety technology development were much greater than the costs.

한국지질자원연구원에서 1998년부터 2002년까지 기본사업으로 5년간 수행한 대도시 지역 지하수 오염저감기술연구사업의 경제적 파급효과로서 조건부가치측정법을 활용하여 연구사업성과의 비용, 편익, 순현재가치, 비용편익비, 내부수익률을 산정하였다. 분석과제의 주요성과 중 계량화가 가능한 직접 편익은 지하수 음용화 시설 구축에 따른 편익 및 지하수 데이터 가치 편익 두가지로 분석되었다. 이들 편익에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 2002년도 현재가치로 환산한 결과, 비용은 50.9억원, 편익은 676.9억원, 순현재가치는 626.0억원, 비용편익비는 13.3, 내부수익율은 152%로 나타났다.
