바낙 공기 급기(UFAD, underfloor air distribution)는 사무실과 상업 건물의 공조를 위하여 바닥 하부 공간을 사용하는 혁신적인 기술이다. 북미에서는 UFAD가 기존 천장 공기 급기 방식에 비하여 많은 장점을 지니므로 그 수요가 날로 증가하고 있다. 잘 설계된 UFAD 시스템은 다음과 같은 장점을 지닌다. - 건물의 용도 변경에 따픈 유연성이 우수하므로 건물의 생애 주기 비용을 감소시킨다. - 개별 쾌적성 제어가 가능하므로 온열 쾌적성, 거주자의 만족도 그리고 생산성을 향상시킨다. - 거주자주변에 직접 선선한 공기를 공급하므로 환기 효율, 실내 공기질 그리고 건강 상태를 향상시킨다. - 이코노마이저 운전, 온도 성층화 그리고 낮은 정합 운전에 의하여 에너지 비용을 감소시킨다. - 설비 공간이 축소되고 표준 철골 구조에서는 콘크리트 구조체 변경이 가능하므로 새 건축 공법에서는 충고를 감소시킬 수 있다. 1995년까지만 해도 UFAD는 파격적인 설계 기법이라고 여겨졌지만, 이제 설계자와 건축업자들은 2004년까지 신축되는 사무용 건축품의 35%는 바닥을 높인 기법이 적용되며 이 중 반 정도가 UFAD를 채택할 것이라고 예측하고 있다. 2000년 2억불이라고 추정되던 바닥을 높이는 건축의 시장 규모가 2004년에는 최소 10억불이 되리라고 예측된다. UFAD는 기본 연구에 의한 정립된 표준화된 설계 기법과 지침이 아직 마련되지 않았음에도 불구하고 현재 설계, 시공되고 있다. 이라한 경향은 펄수적인 연구가 수행되어 관련 업계가 지식과 경험을 충분히 쌓기 전까지는 계속될 전망이다. 본고는 시스템 설계와 운영의 주요한 특징, 기존 방식과 비교하여 지니고 있는 잠재적인 장점, 한계와 기술 개발의 필요성, UFAD 기술 개발을 위하여 계속적으로 요구되는 연구 분야 등을 서술함으로써 현재 UFAD 기술에 대한 평가를 한다.

In this paper, a new control scheme to use 6-switch IGBI module for 3-phase switched reluctance motors(SRM) is proposed. Compared with the conventional asymmetric bridge converter topology, it can minimize the entire system size and cost. Therefore, it may have a new topology lot SRM to compare the other ac motors, such as induction motors, brushless dc motors, and so on. The validity of the proposed method is verified by simulation, and experimental results.

The Philippines in 2016 showed the highest GDP growth rate among Southeast Asian countries, in spite of domestic and international turbulence caused by the war on drugs and unexpected foreign policies after Duterte's presidency. The social contexts and political dynamics behind 'Duterte phenomenon' have raised key questions and issues to other countries including Korea, as to democracy and politics in current neoliberal challenges. The Philippines' choices for independent foreign policy and challenges against existing hegemony would continue to draw attention, particularly on whether this would end in an experiment of a country or initiate an alternative power block among neighboring countries and ASEAN communities.

This design proposal research is meaningful as Jogakbo can retain the traditional value of the it's design as it becomes a contemporary design proposal. As a specific method of research, history was been investigated to find meaning and formative characteristics defined through prior research under the theme of Jogakbo. Ideas, such as silhouettes, details for design, and the making domestic and foreign designer examples were obtained. The fabric used for the works were recycled from past leather works. All materials are sheep skin. There were various processed surfaces used to avoid monotony. Jogakbo's cotton composition focused on free and radial patterns. The pattern was manufactured using a flat and 3D combination, and the selection of items was mainly made with a simple and light silhouette, so that Jogakbo's details, such as dresses, slip dress, and vests could stand out. Color is an important factor in Jogakbo. However, traditions which are relics of the times, do not need to be preserved in their original form. If changes are inherited with reasonable grounds and directions in line with the changing times, the significance and values are retained are sufficient. It is hoped that these design development studies will continue in the future so that our precious cultural heritage can continue to change and develop positively.

Enactivism is the most influential and groundbreaking approach among the various theories of embodied cognition. Despite of it's impact and relatively long history, however, Enactivism is still considered as a new and unfamiliar theory in the Korean academic society. Even though this might be partly due to the genuine depth and dramatic approach of Enactivism, it is also due to the disagreement of Korean translation of Enactivism. This paper reviews the philosophical and theoretical implications of Enactivism in the context of history and conceptual terrain, and discusses how the various tranlated Korean words of 'Enaction' - '발제(發製)' '구성(構成)', or '행위화(行爲化)'- embraced and interpreted the essence of philosophy and concept of 'Enaction' and 'Enactivism'. Furthermore, we offer several alternatives Korean translations of 'Enaction': '실행(實行)', 수행(遂行/修行), or 작동(作動). Through this discussion, we hope to provide an opportunity for Korean researchers and philosophers to direct their attention to Enactivism properly and to make a common ground for further development of Enactivism in Korea.

This study is based on the opinions of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Policy Bulletin of the National Intelligence Service (http://www.people.go.kr) The data were visualized, frequency analysis and correlation analysis using the R program Big Data method, and the analysis was conducted by analyzing the public opinion on civil affairs and policies such as industrial relations, industrial safety, wage policy, The results of this study are as follows: First, disagreement of wage concept and labor - management conflict were found as complaints factor due to complex wage structure in Korea and lack of awareness among labor and management Second, And there are various complaints caused by the economic panic of the workers etc. Third, in the absence of safety awareness of small business sites An industrial disaster is constantly occurring, and institutional support for work-family connection is lacking.

본 논문에서 패션 디자인(fashion design)을 평가하는데 있어서 새로운 방법론적 접근 방식을 제시해 보려하였다. 즉 패션 디자이너의 디자인에 대한 철학을 이해함으로서 패션에 대한 근복적인 면에 대해 보다 나은 이해를 갖도록 하는 접근 방식을 모색하려는 것이다. 본 논문의 분석대상은 디자이너 루디 건라이(Rudi Gernreich : 1922-1985)와 그의 작품들인데, 그의 작품들에 나타나는 급진적인 성향 뒤에 숨어 있는 그의 디자인 철학을 집중적으로 분석함으로써 작품과 철학의 상관관계를 조명하려는 것이 그 주된 목적이다. 기존의 그에 대한 평가는‘파격적 패션’,‘소설 스테이트먼트(Social Statement)’,또는‘시각적 창출’등의 표현으로 극히 피상적인 것이었다. 반면에 그가 어떠한 경로로 이러한 디자인을 구상하게 되었는지 또는 그가 현대의상에 얼마만큼의 영향을 미쳤는지에 대한 연구는 극히 소수에 불과하였다. 본 논문의 초점은 건라이의 패션 디자인을 그가 중요한 가치로 믿고 있었던‘개인적 자유에 대한 추구’의 반영으로써 재 평가해 보려는 것이다. 이것의 입증을 위해서 그의 디자인들을 역사적, 사회적 그리고 미학적인 관점에서 분석하였다. 먼저 그의 디자인 철학을 도출하기 위해 그의 개인적 배경에 대한 상세한 검토를 하였고, 그의 디자인과 관련된 자료와, 현존하는 작품들과 그에 따른 참고문헌들에 대한 분석 조사 작업을 하였다. 이 작업을 통해 필자는 건라이의 작품들을 세 개의 주된 주제들, 즉,‘부분적 누디즘(Partial Nudism)’,‘유니섹스 모드(Unisexs Mode)’, 그리고‘옵 아트 패션(Op-art Fashion)’으로 구분하였다.‘부분적 누디즘(Partial Nudism)’과‘유니섹스 모드(Unisex Mode)’는 60년대 중반에서 70ssu대 초반에 출현한 유스 컬츄어(Youth Culture)에 부합하는 그이 디자인의 반영으로써 성의 혁명, 여성 인권운동과 동성애자 인권 운동과 같은 사회이슈들과 그의 디자인이 갖는 상관관계를 보여주는 것이다.‘옵-아트 패션(Op-art fashion)’은 건라이 디자인의 미학적 요소에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 그의 작품에 나타나는 인체와 옵-아트 원리의 관계를 조명해 보고, 건라이가 옵-아트와의 연계하에 그의 디자인을 어느만큼 예술적으로 승화시켰는지를 보여주고 있다. 각 주체들은 건라이 작품들의 개별적인 분석을 통해 논하였다. 본 논문은 보다 넓은 관점에서의 건라이의 디자인에 대한 재 평가로 결론을 지었다. 이러한 재평가 작업을 통해 패션 디자인계에 미친 그의 공헌의 역사적 중요성을 강조하고 현대 패션에 그의 영향이 계속 미치고 있는 이유를 설명하려 하였다.

Depending on the flow of the times, the business-to-business struggles with the difficulty of PRM management and fast promotion of new products. Therefore, it is required B2B Social Commerce, new platform that can collect distribution and consumption firms in one place which is similar to B2C Social Commerce. Unlike the case of B2C social commerce, B2B Social Commerce should have an essential element, Installment payment system to pay over the period without purchase in accordance with the payment paid as a lump sum. B2B Social Commerce model which is introduced in this study will provide the solution of B2B transaction problems, opening up new markets and bring the expansion of the electronic market.

This study would analyze the visual expression elements, including layout, color, picture and typography in the election posters with the five main candidates of the 19th Presidential Election as the targets of the analysis. This study analyzed the candidates' images in the election posters and conducted a survey of the visual expression elements survey by the age of the voters. As a result of the analysis, Presidential Candidate Moon Jae-in felt fresh, and Yoo Seung-min like Moon had high percentages in layout and color, highlighting his clean image. Hong Jun-pyo had the most diverse preferences by age, and Ahn Cheol-soo, who showed the most unprecedented poster, too, had diverse preferences by age. Shim Sang-jung, who emphasized her familiar image, had preferences for her visual expression elements by all age groups in the following order: layout, color, picture and typography. Therefore, in order to utilize the visual expressions of the election posters, effectively, it is necessary to clarify the messages that the candidates would claim. For this purpose, objective research should continue so that they can be further developed artistically and academically through broad understanding and analysis of the voters rather than subjective expressions.
