흔히 정보보호는 IT 분야의 3D 업종으로 불린다. 그래서 일까. 기업 정보보호 담당자 중 여성 담당자를 찾기란 쉽지 않다. 일례로, 기업의 보안팀을 찾아가는 이 코너에 등장했던 여성은 손에 꼽을 정도로 소수에 불과하다. 그런데 이 '3D 업종'에 특이하게도 여성으로만 구성된 보안팀이 있다고 한다. 여성 3인조 보안팀. 그래서 더 눈에 띄는 씨앤에스테크놀로지 보안관리팀의 '야무진' 보안 활동을 이번 호에 소개하고자 한다.

It is necessary for an instructor to understand the student's team building behavior for an effective guidance of team activities. In this study, we developed an agent-based computational model for simulating the student's self-controlled behavior. We validated the model by comparing the actual behavior. Through the simulation, we found that the time to stabilization of team formation and the ratio of the students having no team are decreasing as the population of the student increases. However, we also found that over a certain amount of population, the time and the ratio do not show much progress in the difference. The simulation also shows that the more heterogeneity between the students the higher chance of delaying the team formation and increasing the ratio. We expect to use the model as a tool for guiding and supporting students' team activities.

This quasi-experimental study was conducted to develop and implement a team facilitation program as well as to evaluate the effects of the program on Problem Based Learning (PBL) and how these influence on team dynamics. Data were collected in a convenient sample of 126 nursing students (intervention group=69; control group=57). Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$ test, T-test, and ANCOVA. SPSS23 was used. The intervention group received the PBL team facilitation program, whereas the control group received a human interaction training. The intervention group than the control group demonstrated significantly higher scores in a team dynamic among team members(F=10.35,p<0.01), trust among team members(F=9.86,p<0.01), communication(F=5.69,p<0.05), learning behavior of a team(F=4.57,p<0.05), and individual capability evaluation(F=5.12,p<0.05). Team performance was not significantly different between groups. This study reveals that the team facilitation program is an effective strategy to maximize the effects of PBL. We propose the need for educational strategy to support team function.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of On-Line Community Assisted Team Learning (OCATL) activities on academic achievement and team member's Shared Mental Model(SMM) subscale scores. Two studies were conducted over two semesters in different universities. The first study was aimed at examining the effects of OCATL on university students' academic achievement using pre- and post- experimental design. For this experiment, 133 university students composed of 80 male and 53 female students from 13 colleges participated. The OCATL activities included the orientation of OCATL, seminar on collaborative learning, on-line community assisted team learning with sixteen hour participation during one semester and a final report (or a term paper). To measure these students' academic achievement, their pre- and post-semester's GPA were compared. The results of paired t-test revealed a significant difference in academic achievement (p<.05). The second study was designed to compare the scores of SMM subscales of the experimental group with the OCATL activities and those of the control group without using OCATL activities. The data was collected using the scale of Shared Mental Model(SMM)-short version developed by Johnson in 2011[18]. For this study, 74 participants from 10 teams served as an experimental group and 15 teams which were not exposed to OCATL activities served as a control group. The MANOVA results showed that SMM subscores of two groups measured after the experiment were statistically significantly different: The experimental group with the OCATL activities showed high scores on general task and team knowledge, general task and communication skills, attitudes toward team and task, team dynamics and interactions, team resources and working environment, and satisfaction with the team.

소프트웨어 검증과 확인은 소프트웨어 시스팀의 높은 신뢰도를 보증하기 위한 활동이다. 즉, 더 신뢰성 있는 소프트웨어 제품 생성, 더 낮은 가격의 생명 순기(life-cycle), 요구사항과 일치하지 않는 사항들과 설계 에러들을 초기에 발견하여 개발 가격을 줄이는데 큰 의의를 갖는다. 본고에서는 대형 소프트웨어 개발에서 필요한 검증에 관하여 그 정의와 이제까지 검증 활동을 통하여 제시된 여러 사항들 및 일반적인 자동화된 검증시스팀에 대하여 살펴보고, 특히 General Research Corporation(Santa Barbara, California)에서 개발하고 Huges 항공사에서 프로젝트에 적용을 시켜 성공을 거둔 상용화된 검증시스팀에 대해 고찰하였다.

지난 2월 한국통신기술협회는 정보통신표준관련 각 기관(ETRI, KT, NCA, DACOM)의 실무전문가로 구성된 특별조사팀 운영으로, 전기통신표준화지침(정보통신부 고시 제1994-97호)에 의해 국내의 전기통신표준 적합인증 업무를 수행할 수 있는 ''전기통신표준 적합인증 세부운영규정(안)''을 작성한 바 있습니다. 본 고는 이 세부운영규정(안)을 작성하기까지의 특별조사팀 구성 및 운영 등에 관한 전반적인 활동 결과를 소개한 것입니다.

기업이나 기관의 네트워크, 시스템에 침해사고 발생 시 신속한 대응과 예방활동을 펼치는 조직을 CERT(Computer Emergency Response Team)라고 한다. 국내 기업들 가운데 정보보호의 중요성을 깨닫고, IT 자산 보호의 일환으로 적지 않은 기업이 정보보호팀을 운영하고 있지만, 정작 CERT라는 이름을 내걸고 보안활동을 펼치는 기업은 그리 많지 않다. 그런 의미에서 지난해 개최된 정보보호대상에서 우수상을 차지한 현대정보기술은 국내에서 CERT라는 이름을 가진 몇 안 되는 기업 중 하나다.

과학기술계 연구와 개별활동은 1.연구자 개인2.연구팀이나 연구실 3.연구기관 4.정부부처 5.국가 등 5개의 링 위에서 존재한다고 본다. 이 5개링중 가장 중요한 것은 정신활동의 모태인 첫번쨰인 "개인 링"과 공정하고 투명해야 할 두번째 "연구팀의 링"으로 이 2개의 링이 원활히 작동할 수 있도록 과학기술계는 개혁의 역량을 모아야 할 것이다.

정보보호 담당자가 해야 할 일들이 점차 많아지고 있다. 침해사고 대응을 비롯해, 내부 정보 유출방지, 개인정보보호, 보안 프로세스 확립, 보안활동에 대한 평가까지. 그럼에도 정보보호팀이나 관련 부서가 수행해야 하는 여러 업무 가운데 가장 기본적인 임무는 해커의 공격으로부터 기업의 IT 자산을 안전하게 보호하는 것일 수 밖에 없다. 인터파크 지마켓 보안팀은 그 기본에 가장 충실한 곳으로 손꼽히는 곳이다.
