근래에 들어, ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) 기술을 비롯한 첨단 디지털 기술의 발전으로, 선박/해양 산업에서 운용되는 시스템들은 더욱 복잡하고 다양해지는 경향을 보이고 있으며, 첨단 시스템 운용의 증가는 기존에 경험하지 못한 새로운 위험에 대한 불안과 함께 더욱 체계적인 방식으로 이러한 위험을 분석 및 제어할 수 있도록 하기 위한 발전된 위험도평가 방법론 적용의 필요성을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 첨단 디지털 기술이 적용되는 자율운항선박에 대한 위험도평가 절차 및 방법론과 정성적 위험도평가(Qualitative Risk Assessment) 적용 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 자율운항선박의 정성적 위험도평가를 위하여 자율운항 시스템들이 탑재된 자율화 등급 3 수준의 가상 자율운항선박을 선정하고, 기존 유인선박의 운용에 필요한 다양한 기능들과 자율운항선박 운용에 필요한 기능들을 식별하여 비교분석 하였다. 또한, 자율운항선박의 운용에 필요한 다양한 기능들의 실패로 인하여 발생 가능한 위험시나리오들을 식별하고, 식별된 위험시나리오를 바탕으로 자율운항선박의 운용 안전성 향상을 위하여 추가 고려되어야 할 안전조치들을 식별하였다. 본 연구 결과는, 이후 연구 수행 계획인 자율운항선박에 대한 정량적 위험도평가 (Quantitative Risk Assessment) 방법론 개발을 위한 자료로 활용될 예정이다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest strategies of team project based learning for undergraduate students by exploring the effects of perceived usefulness on satisfaction in team project-based learning. Also, this study investigated the effects of autonomy support, self-efficacy for group work, and perceived interaction on perceived usefulness. The findings of this study revealed that perceived usefulness affects satisfaction in team project-based learning. Moreover, the results showed that autonomy support and self-efficacy for group work influence perceived usefulness. The findings of this study imply that perceived usefulness is critical team project-based learning is critical to successful learning. Additionally, autonomy support and self-efficacy for group work enables users to perceive usefulness in team project-based learning.

Many studies have been published on the relationship between project management styles and project performance. In recent researches, it is argued that project management styles should be different based on project characteristics and these project characteristics may have an effect on the relationship between project management styles and project performance. However, there are few empirical studies covering these issues. In this study, we examined the effect of project characteristics (i.e., degree of newness) on the relationship between project management styles (i.e., team autonomy, internal and external communication, individualism orientation) and project performance. The empirical results using 78 government sponsored R&D projects showed that team autonomy has a stronger positive effect on project performance as project newness becomes higher. In addition, as project newness becomes higher, internal communication showed a stronger positive effect on project performance, while external communication had a stronger negative effect.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ways to enhance the creativity of R & D teams of government-funded research institutes through systematic empirical studies. For this purpose, a research model was established based on existing research on group creativity and verified through empirical studies. Specifically, This study first attempts to investigate the influence that team diversity, team cohesion, team autonomy and team efficacy have on team creativity. Second, it intends to verify the mediating effects of team efficacy between team characteristics and team creativity. An empirical study was conducted on 102 R & D teams of government-funded research institutes. In the team creativity measurement, the evaluation by the leaders and the self evaluation of the members were performed in parallel. This is to increase the accuracy of the evaluation and to compare the differences of the viewpoints of the two subjects. The result of the analysis demonstrated that team cohesion among the others had a positive influence on team creativity, and that team efficacy possessed certain positive qualities in mediating the relationship between team diversity, team autonomy, and team creativity. Based on these findings, this study discussed its academic implications as well as its practical limitations, and made suggestions on future research tasks that remain.

자율운항선박을 IMO 자율화등급 3단계 이상으로 운용하기 위해서는 내·외부 통신시스템의 사이버보안뿐만 아니라 실시간으로 데이터를 교환하는 데이터 및 시스템 사이버안전에 대한 고려가 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박 사이버안전체계 구축방안에 대해서 살펴본다. 자율운항선박 사이버안전체계 구축을 위해서는 선박 내 사이버위협을 실시간으로 탐지하고 영향을 모니터링하는 통합 보안 시스템 구축이 필요하며, 선박 사이버안전 설계 타당성을 검증하는 사이버리스크평가 기술, 사이버안전체계를 검증하기 위한 CVE(Common Vulnerabilities Enumeration)기반 취약성 진단 및 침투테스트 기술, V-Model을 활용한 통합 소프트웨어 품질인증 기술, ISO 25024 기반 데이터 무결성 검증 기술 적용이 필요하다.

MBC 기술연구소 산하 기술정보사업팀에서는 수 센티미터 이하의 오차정밀도를 요구하는 측지측량, 3D 건설기계 제어 등의 응용분야부터, 극도의 서비스 안정성을 요구하는 자율주행차, 드론 등의 응용분야에 걸쳐 정밀위치 보정정보를 제공하는 'MBC RTK' 상용서비스를 실시하고 있다. 본 고에서는 MBC의 정밀위치측위 서비스인 'MBC RTK' 서비스를 소개하고, 자율주행차의 적용적합성을 설명하고자 한다.

Recently, the interest in the safety of autonomous vehicles has globally been increasing. Also, there is controversy over the reliability and safety about autonomous vehicle. In Korea, the K-City which is a test-bed for testing autonomous vehicles has been constructing. There is a need for test scenarios for autonomous vehicle test in terms of safety. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation scenario for autonomous vehicle at community roads in K-City by using crash data collected by the Korea National Police Agency and a text-mining technique. As a result, 24 scenarios were developed in order to test autonomous vehicle in community roads. Finally, the logical and concrete scenario forms were derived based on the Pegasus 5-layer format.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect to financial outcome and workers' outcome, using the manufacturing industry database of Human Capital corporate Panel from Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Especially, this study used the typology of Lean production and Autonomous team production, that are the typical form of alternative work organization, to analyze. In the case of domestic manufacturing industry, individual participation practices, that have the main characteristics such as QC or suggestion system, is expanded. Therefore, with the reference of Lean production, Autonomous Team Production and the Taylor system are compared and analyzed, considering the characteristics of Socio-technical System. As a result, it is showed that the Lean production and Autonomous Team Production as a alternative work organization are more positive about the organizational performance and workers' outcome than the taylor system. However, when Lean production and Autonomous Team Production are compared, it is showed unsignificant distinction to the effect of organizational performance. Meanwhile, Lean production showed more negative effect on the every dependent variables such as working hours, income, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment as workers' performance than the Autonomous Team Production. Although the common ideas and belief is that the Lean Production is superior for the quality and organizational performance improvement, it is implied the possibility that there is some damaged workers' performance on the hidden side of that mechanism.

자율운항선박 (Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship, MASS) 관련 기술이 전 세계적으로 활발히 개발되고 있는 가운데, 이러한 신기술을 검증하기 위해 국제표준 개발의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 현재 ISO TC8(선박 및 해양기술) 분과에서 개발중이거나 제정된 표준 분석을 진행하였다. 3가지 카테고리로 분류하였을 때, 카테고리 3 - 세부 장비/어플리케이션에 대해 개발된 표준의 수가 카테고리 1 - 일반적인 가이드라인 및 기능적 요구사항에 대한 표준과 카테고리 1의 기능적 요구 사항을 만족하는 기술적 솔루션 레퍼런스인 기술적 솔루션 표준은 부족한 실정이다. 우선순위 도출을 통하여 카테고리 2 분야의 표준화 아이템을 도출하였고, 이를 기반으로 수립한 국제표준화 추진전략 및 계획을 소개할 예정이다.
