우수한 기술은 국력의 원천이 되며 이러한 기술의 개발은 완벽한 특허관리로부터 출발되는 것이다. 따라서 특허관리는 곧 기업의 흥망을 가름한다고 보건대 우리나라 기업은 공업한국을 건설하여 앞으로 기술에 의한 국제경쟁에서 이겨나가야 한다. 그러기 위해선 기업이 사내 특허관리전담부서를 하루 빨리 설치운용해 나가야 할 것이다.

Albeit numerous endeavors in matching names and surveying inventors, inventor-level studies of patent data have been scarce because unique inventors can not be identified across patents. Using the Korean patent data with inventor IDs, birth year, and gender available, we construct unique inventor-level panel data. As the first undertaking with our data, we investigate the age profile of patent productivity among inventors. We find an inverted U-shaped profile with the peak at age 31. We also find an increasing productivity for younger cohorts of inventors. These findings are robust after we control for the calendar year effects and the quality of patents.

하루가 멀다하고 새롭게 변모하는 지식정보화 시대에서 특허가 재산권으로서의 막강한 지위를 갖게 되었다. 따라서 특허제도를 분명하게 이해하고 적절히 대처하지 않으면 애써 개발한 기술이 아무나 쓸 수 있는 보통의 기술로 전락하게 된다는 사실을 알아야 할 것이다. 본 고에서는 특허제도에 애해가 깊지 않은 과학기술을 연구개발하거나 이 분야에 종사하는 자들에게 최소한 이해를 제공하기 위해, 7월호에 이어 9월호에 특허심사가 진행되는 과정의 개요와 알아두면 도움되는 특허제도 몇 가지를 추려서 소개하고자 한다.

User interface technology has applied to various fields. it is considered as the powerful tool to interact between users and devices efficiently. also. before the actual study, many companies are examining a patent. In this paper, we classified the UI technologies into seven categories and perform quantitative analysis. We can understand domestic technical level and research trends of advanced countries by in this research. We provided objective patent information and we proposed the direction of the development and the way of the securing patent.

This paper presents the mega trends of technology and competitiveness analysis results based on patent analysis for establishing effective research and development (R&D) strategy on UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) in the aerial ICT industry. In order to analyze mega trends of UAV technologies, patent analysis is conducted focusing on published/registered patents of Korea, the U.S., Japan, and Europe. We divided the target technologies into 3 main category levels based on the converging technology of UAV and ICT. The 3,433 patents are collected. Patent indicators such as patent activity (PA), cites per patent (CPP), and major market expansion (MME) are extracted for grasping the technology competitiveness and Korea's competitiveness per sub category levels of UAV. We suggest the R&D strategy of each technology areas based on patent analysis results. We analyzed Korea's technology levels, advanced companies' R&D trends, and patent trends through patent information and expected that this paper would be utilized for establishment of R&D strategy of UAV in the future.

본 연구분석은 세면대에서 사용한 세면수를 화장실 변기의 세정수로 재활용 할 수 있도록 하는 절수식 일체형 세면대와 양변기 기술에 대한 특허분석으로, 국내외의 특허 동향을 파악하고자 함과 관련사의 기술동향 및 핵심특허 분석을 통하여 연구개발 방향을 설정 점검하고, 기술추이 및 사업성 검토, 연구개발 예산의 효율적 기초자료로 활용하고자 함이다.

Patent analysis is the extracting knowledge which is needed for the company's research and development strategy through accumulated worldwide patent database. In order to set the future direction of corresponding technology which is scheduled to be developed, the technology trends and deployment processes are identified by analyzing results of present patent applications. The patent analysis provides the required results for analyzing present patent applications. In this paper, we will carry out technology classification for related patent analysis methods and systems. Moreover we will investigate and analyze related domestic patents, U.S. patents and IEEE papers. Due to the characteristics of technology sector, not only patents are applied but also research papers are released actively about patent analysis system. We will analyze patents according to the technology classification by using the final searching results which come from the selected search words in this study. To find necessary niche technology which is needed for patent analysis system, matrix analysis was performed to all of valid patents and papers. Identifying the technology development trends of registered patent analysis systems, and presenting the future direction of technology development which is related to patent analysis system. To figure out the technology which is developed relatively weak based on domestic patents, U.S patent and research papers by analyzing the valid patents and papers with statistical test and self-organizing map quantitatively. Then, presenting the necessity of this technology development.

정보통신을 비롯한 다양한 분야에서 새로운 기술과 아이디어를 이용한 기술개발이 활발하게 이루어 짐에 따라 창의적 연구결과에 따른 특허 출원도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 고에서는 사용자의 특허검색 과정에서 특허와 관련된 기술 문서를 동시에 검색이 용이하도록 지원하는 시스템의 개발에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 특허 및 기술정보 연계 시스템은 신규 특허 문서에 대한 분류를 위해 주제별 주요용어를 추출하고 특허 문서와 유사한 기술 문서를 코사인 유사도 기법을 사용하여 유사도에 따라 기술 문서를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있도록 설계하였다.
