The most important factor in IWRM is considering different characteristics of water within a system. These sectoral and regional different should be analyzed before the implementation of IWRM. This includes hydrological, hydraulic and meteorological characteristics of water. This research suggests that the way of implementation of IWRM by integrated watershed management, also try to find the financial plan of the institution.

The purpose of this study is to examine the dispute over creativity domain at schools in Korea. In other words, this study is to examine the creativity domain among all subjects, a group of high level performance, and a group of low level performance in creativity. Based on ability-differentiation hypothesis, correlation among 4 domains, correlation between divergent thinking variables of domain-generality and 4 domains of domain-speciality, and multiple linear regression have been computed. The results are opposed to the hypothesis. The group of low level performance is related to domain-speciality. The group of high level performance, however, has relationships neither domain-generality nor domain-speciality. Instead of differentiation between domain-generality and domain-speciality, the results support the domain-complementarity.

모바일 클라우드란 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 모바일 기기의 영역까지 확장시킨 것으로 모바일 기기의 특수성을 고려하여 클라우드 서비스를 제공하는 서비스를 말한다. 모바일 기기의 특수성에는 하드웨어 제한, 이동성, 모바일 환경에 최적화된 응용 등이 있고, 본 연구에서는 모바일 기기의 특수성을 반영하기 위해서 기기와 클라우드를 중계하는 브로커와 그 브로커에서의 퍼지 모델을 이용한 자원 프로바저닝 방법을 다룬다.

This paper deals with the distinctiveness of interaction. The interaction discussed here is one that must be understood in philosophical context. The following is the procedure of this paper. First, reviewing the external properties of interaction, second, understanding the internal properties of interaction, third, grasping gamers' double-sidedness, fourth, the interpretation of meaning of gamers' interaction. In conclusion, The distinctiveness of interaction is an playful and ontological energy that turns the usual point of view on the basis of the double situation of the gamers.

대기질의 악화와 오염원이 많아짐에 따라, 실내공기 정화장치 또한 재래식의 방법을 벗어난 방 식으로 설계 시설되어야 한다. 인위적으로 만들어진 유해 물질과 작은 먼지들을 제거하기 위한 새로운 환풍장치는 지역의 특수성을 고려하여 설계되어야 한다. 더욱이 대도시의 생활은 오염 원과 작업장 및 거주지가 가까이 위치하기 때문에 특별히 지역의 특수성을 고려하여 환풍장치가 설계되어야 한다. 끝으로 작업장안에서 오염원 격리수용하는 것은 매우 바람직하여, 청정공 간(clean room)을 요구하는 반도체 및 제약회사 등은 건축물자체 오염원에서 멀리 떨어져서 지 역의 영향을 최소화하는 것과 건축물의 자재 및 공기정화장치가 새롭게 연구되어 설계되야 한다.
