The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for early childhood SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education through a survey on SW·AI education in kindergartens. For this study, data were collected from 194 kindergartens through convenience sampling. The data was analyzed using frequency distribution, and it was found that 44% of kindergartens are conducting SW·AI education. 22% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of regular curriculum, and 70% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of special activities after school. SW·AI education was found to be conducted mainly by external instructors (97%) in the classroom (80%). For SW·AI education, block coding-based programs developed by companies such as Naver and the Clova were used, and all of these programs used programs and teaching aids in a package format, including teaching aids and materials developed by companies. 56% answered that they are not currently conducting SW/AI education, and lack of awareness on SW·AI education and lack of human/environmental infrastructure were the main factors. In order to realize SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education based on this survey, First, SW·AI education programs should be developed to develop play-centered computational thinking skills. Second, systematic teacher education at the national level should be conducted. Finally, the establishment of a department dedicated to early childhood SW·AI consisting of early childhood education experts and SW·AI education experts and financial support at the national level should be provided.

최근에 TV 방송에서 가상스튜디오나 가상캐릭터와 같은 가상현실(VR:Vinual Reality) 기술이 자주 사용되고 있으며, 증강현실(Ah: Augmented Reality) 기술에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 방송에 응용한 가상스크린 시스템에 대해 소개한다. 가상스크린 시스템은 움직이는 색상패턴 패널을 추적하여 실시간으로 그 위에 동영상을 합성하는 증강 영상 시스템이다. KBS 기술연구소에서는 가상스크린 시스템을 개발하고 'K-비전'이라 이름지었다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 들고 움직이는 패널에 동영상이나 그래픽 영상 등을 보여줄 수 있는데, 보여지는 모든 영상은 카메라의 움직임과 패널의 움직임에 따라 정확하게 입혀진다. 패널 추적을 위하여 블럽분석(blob analysis)이나 특징추적(feature tracking)과 같은 영상처리 기술을 이용한다. K-비전은 모든 타입의 카메라와 사용 가능하며, 특별한 부가장치가 필요하지 않다. 센서를 부착하지 않아도 되고, 캘리브레이션(calibration) 과정 또한 필요하지 않다. K-비전은 선거개표방송, 다큐멘터리, 오락 프로그램 등 생방송 프로그램에서 활용한다.

온라인 게임 산업은 다양한 경험을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 가치를 창출하며 지속적으로 성장해왔으며, 현재 상당한 규모의 시장을 형성하고 있다. 그러나 게임회사들이 개발단계 및 서비스 운영단계에서 기술적 보호조치를 충분히 하지 못하여 게임클라이언트가 리버스엔지니어링으로 분석당하거나, 취약한 통신설계로 인하여 네트워크 단에서의 패킷 구조가 분석당하거나, 게임회사 내부 또는 IDC로 해커가 침입하여 서버프로그램 바이너리 및 소스코드를 탈취당할 수 있다. 이러한 공격이 가능할 경우 불법 사설 서버가 만들어져 운영되어 온라인게임회사의 이미지에 타격을 주거나 영업상 손실을 유발할 수 있게 된다. 각 게임회사 및 정부에서는 불법 사설 서버를 탐지하고 차단하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있지만, 점차 사설 서버가 음성적으로 운영되어 차단이 어려우며, 특히 해외에서 운영되는 경우 특별한 대안이 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 게임 산업을 저해하는 불법 프로그램 및 불법 사설 서버의 운영 실태를 파악하고, 이에 대한 심각성을 논의하고자 한다.

Dynamic analysis of a vehicle is carried out with rigid body and flexible body models. The chassis of the vehicle is treated as flexible body in the flexible body model, and vibration normal modes are considered to account for elastic deformation of the component. Using output from the modal analysis in the finite element program, input data for the dynamic analysis with flexible body is generated. To achieve the computational efficiency, SUPERELEMENT technique is used for the vehicle suspension subsisted. The computer simulation time with suspension superelement was much reduced due to the reduction of coordinates and no kinematic constraint in the system.

2008년 11월에 개관한 국립과천과학관은 매년 약 150만 명의 관람객이 방문하고 있으며, 천체투영관과 천체관측소에도 매년 20만 명 이상이 방문하고 있어 지금까지 방문한 총 누적 인원은 100만 명이 넘는다. 그리고 그동안 국립과천과학관에서는 일식, 월식, 유성우와 같은 특별한 천문현상 관측행사, 국제천체투영관영화제, 천체투영관 음악회와 과학 토크콘서트, 천문학 교실 등 다양한 천문 행사와 교육프로그램이 진행되어 천문학 대중화의 대표적인 기관으로 자리 잡았다. 하지만 점점 높아지고 있는 관람객들의 눈높이와 요구수준을 맞추기 위해서는 더욱 창의적이고 새로운 행사와 교육프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 이것은 현재 천문시설을 운영하고 있거나 앞으로 운영할 계획인 다른 기관들도 모두 공통적으로 직면하고 있는 현실일 것이다. 이번 발표에서는 그동안의 국립과천과학관 천문시설의 운영 경험을 공유하고 향후 발전 방향을 함께 논의하는 기회를 가져보고자 한다.

자바의 Jini 기술을 이용하여 네트웍에 분산된 Java 컴포넌트 소프트웨어를 동적으로 통합하기 위한 방법론을 제안한다. 통합대상 개별 컴포넌트는 Jini 인터페이스(interface)를 구현하도록 설계하거나 혹은 기존 컴포넌트를 포장한 것으로서 네트웍에 구성된 Jini federation 에 Jini Service 오브젝트로서 공개된 것이다. 통합의 주체는 Service Discovery Manager 와 같은 특별한 Jini 헬퍼클래스 기반으로 작성된 클라이언트 프로그램이다. 클라이언트는 지정된 조건 (Entry 오브젝트)을 충족하는 컴포넌트 소프트웨어를 네트웍으로부터 Service Template를 이용하여 검색, 다운로드 한 후 단일한 GUI 를 가지는 프로그램에 통합한다. 필요한 컴포넌트만을 필요할 때 사용할 수 있고, 영구 설치의 필요성이 없으므로 소프트웨어 개발과 배포에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.

단백질들의 복수서열정렬은 단백질 서열간의 관계를 유추할 수 있는 유용한 도구이다. 최적화된 복수서열 정렬을 얻기 위해 사용되는 가장 유용한 방법인 dynamic programming은 특정한 비용함수를 사용할 수 없기 때문에 특별한 경우 최적의 복수서열정렬을 제공하지 못하는 문제점이 있어 이를 해결하기 위하여 이 논문에서는 부분정렬 개선 기법을 사용한 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 서열정렬을 하는 사용자가 윈도우 시스템의 GUI환경을 사용하여 서열정렬을 보다 편하게 할 수 있도록 우리가 제안한 알고리즘과 다양한 서열정렬 알고리즘을 및 여러 개의 서열포맷형식을 하나의 프로그램으로 통합한 서열정렬 및 편집 프로그램을 Visual C++ 사용하여 개발하였다.

Nowadays contents of crimes are complicated and diversified because of differentiation and specialization of society. For this reason, special judicial police officer system that each special field officers investigate crimes related to their special fields is introduced to produce high quality private law service. Nevertheless, special judicial police officers who deal with fire crimes show many problems because they have less experiences and ability about investigation than general judicial police officers. Then, purpose of this study is deduction problems by analyzing cases of fire crimes and suggesting improvements which are ways to improve special judcial police officers's who investigate fire crimes efficiencies and professionalisms. Problems about investigation of fire crimes are absence of professional investigation agency, a shortage of professional workforce, absence of professional investigation officers education system. Improvements are creation professional investigation agency, securing experts, developing professional investigation officers education system, construction professional techniques manage system, introduction fire crime cases manage system.

VIP marketing strategy is mainly applied to commercial companies. This study proposed a plan to provide preferential services to excellent users of public libraries by referring to VIP marketing strategies. For this purpose, we surveyed 210 university students in their 20s and measured their Reliability, Empathy, overall usefulness for preferential service. As a result, 'Issue special membership card', 'provide exclusive lounge', 'additional book loan' services had common effects on three measurement items. Through these research results, this practical study can be used as a reference when public libraries implement preferential services in the future.

제34회 전국도서관주간(한국도서관협회 주관, 문화관광부 후원)이 4월 12일부터 18일까지 전국의 공공도서관을 비롯하여 각급도서관별로 다양하게 개최되었다. 우리 협회는 도서관에 대한 국민적 관심과 이해도를 높이고자 지난 ‘65년부터 매년 4월 12일에서 18일까지 1주일 간을 ’도서관주간‘으로 정하고 우리협회에 주관하에 전국 각급도서관이 중심이 되어 다양한 도서관문화 행사를 전개해오고 있다. “도서관에 가서보면 길이 보인다”라는 주제로 개최된 이번 도서관주간 행사에는 ’특별강좌. 강연‘ ’모범이용자표창‘ ’작가와의 만남‘ ’도서관 알기‘ ’동화구연‘ ’독서토론‘ 등과 같은 행사뿐만 아니라 경제위기로 인한 고실업사회의 대응책으로 ’창업 및 구직정보 관련코너‘설치 ’자녀 논술 및 독서지도 강좌‘등이 많은 공공도서관에서 실시된 것이 눈에 띄었으며 ’정보찾기대회‘ 컴퓨터강좌’ ‘영어동화들려주기’ 등의 다양한 프로그램도 정보화, 국제화 시대에 맞춰 개최되었다. 이번 행사에서 특히 눈길을 모은 것은 제주도 한수풀도서관에서 ‘창간호 특별전시회’로서, 이는 고병률 사서의 개인소장자료 전시회로 한 사서의 자료보존에 대한 애착을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 대구광역시립동부도서관의 ‘도서관주간 음악회’와 대학도서관에서는 드물게 개최된 계명대학교동산도서관의 초청강연회 ‘미국대학도서관의 업무처리와 정보 서비스: 연사 박혜옥(캘리포니아대학도서관사서)’등도 돋보였다. 이번 도서관주간에 개최된 각급 도서관별 행사 내역을 아래의 표는 정리한 것임.
