7차교육과정에서의 초등 컴퓨터교육은 재량활동시간 또는 특별활동시간에 단순한 응용프로그램(워드프로세서, 엑셀, 파워포인트 등)을 활용하거나 인터넷을 이용한 정보검색 수준이다. 따라서, 문제해결 능력이나 논리적 사고력을 향상시키는데는 미흡하다. 인지능력이 뛰어난 초등학교 5, 6학년에는 이러한 컴퓨터 활용방법 교육보다 컴퓨터 기초원리 또는 프로그래밍교육이 필요하다. 본 논문은 프로그래밍교육을 재량 특별활동 시간에 학년별(5, 6학년) 또는 통합학년으로 학습할 수 있게 프로그래밍교육과정 60차시 분을 개발하여 제안하였다. 개발한 교육과정은 교수 및 학습자의 요구사항을 최대한 반영하기 위해 설문조사 등을 통해 얻은 기초자료를 참조하였다. 제안한 교육과정이 초등학교 5, 6학년에 적합하고 우수한지를 검토하기 위해 일부 차시의 교육과정으로 5, 6학년을 대상으로 재량활동시간에 직접 교수 학습한 후 자기평가, 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과로 제안한 교육과정이 적합성과 우수성이 있다고 판단되었다.

본 논문에서는 현 교육의 문제점을 해결하고 학생들 개개인의 특기.적성을 살릴 수 있는 특별활동 프로그램에 있어 기존의 방식인 손으로 직접 작업을 하던 특별활동 부서 배정 방식을 향후 교육환경의 변화 추세에 맞추어 학교 안에서 이루어지는 교육활동을, 시간적 공간적 제약을 벗어나 자유로운 공간에서 학생 임의로 특별활동 부서를 신청, 자동 배정할 수 있도록 PHP 와 MySQL을 이용하여 시스템을 구축함으로써, 학생들에게는 정보화 교육의 극대화를 꾀하였고, 교사에게는 조직 편성 운영의 시간과 경비를 줄임으로서 교수-학습의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of the extracurricular activities in the early childhood education institutions because the discussions and the discrepancy between theoretical viewpoint and reality are gradually expanded. For this purpose, the classes of three early childhood education institutes were observed, and interviews with the instructors were conducted where extracurricular activities programs were implemented. The meanings of extracurricular activities in the early childhood education institutes were 'coexistence of newness and pleasure', 'meaning as learning', 'diverse teaching media experience' and 'inevitable limit' in the reality of formal lessons and other situations. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to make comprehensive and complementary approaches between the formal curriculum and extracurricular activities for the future high quality extracurricular activity education. Continuous training and education of the instructor are required for better extracurricular activities.

"4월 1일 발족한 '국가과학기술위원회'를 중심으로 과학기술정책과 사업에 대한 종합 조정을 철저히 하여 효율적인 과학기술행정을 구현하는데 최선을 다하겠습니다." 과학기술부 장관에 취임한 서정욱 박사는 본지와의 특별대담에서 이렇게 말했다. 서장관은 이어서 "21세기의 지식기반사회를 구축하기 위해선 대학과 연구소가 새로운 산업기지가 되어야 하겠다"고 말하고 "앞으로 과학기술의 대중화사업을 위해 과학축전, 과학영상프로그램 제작방영, 과학도서 보급 등 다양한 사업을 펼치겠다"고 강조했다.

지적 능력은 정상인데 해당 연령층에서 기대하는 학습 결과를 나타내지 못하여 교육성취도가 정규학년 수준에 크게 미달되거나 학습 속도가 부진한 특수학습장애 아동들은 일반 아동들과 같은 수업을 받는다. 이런 현실은 학부모나 교사들의 특별한 배려가 없다면 당연히 장애 아동들의 학습에 대한 흥미를 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 우리 나라에서 특수교육을 받는 장애 아동 중 가장 많은 수를 차지하는 특수학습장애 아동들을 위한 특별한 프로그램의 개발이 절실하다. 이에 본 논문은 동기 이론들 기반으로 특수학습장애 아동들의 흥미를 길러 줄 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이의 개발로 특수학습장애 아동들의 주의 집중 능력과 성취동기를 길러주고, 흥미를 키워주므로 학습에 대한 의욕을 가질 수 있다.

발티모아 가스.전기회사는 최근에 신에너지 제어소를 건립하였다. 여기에 소개하는 시스템은 본인들이 지난 82년11월에 미국의 콘트롤 데이타사의 공장을 방문하였을 때 마침 공장인수 시험을 완료하고 선적중에 있었던 최신기술의 에너지 제어시스템이다. 이 시스템은 2대의 대형 컴퓨터와 6대의 전단 소형 컴퓨터가 2중화 되도록 구성되며 원방감시제어와 자료취득 및 인간-기계연락기능을 보좌하는 기본 소프트웨어에 전력계통응용 프로그램과 진보된 전력계통응용 프로그램이 부가된다. 그리고 급전사고 운용시스템도 이사업의 일부로써 시설된다. 여기서는 에너지 제어시스템에 필요한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 기능에 관하여 설명하고자 하며 특별한 기능을 가지고 있는 전력계통응용 프로그램이 주로 다루어질 것이다.

일본에서는 영재아를 위한 특별교육에 약간을 제외하고는 충분한 관심을 갖지 못해 왔다. 왜냐하면, 전후 일본의 교육시스템의 여러 특징들 중 하나가 지나친 평등주의였기 때문에 교육의 장에서는 물론이고 교사와 부모에게서도 그러한 교육은 때때로 무시되어졌다. 다른 이유는 학교에서의 주입식 교육 때문인데 이것은 도쿄대학이나 쿄토대학과 같은 유명한 대학에 입학하기 위한 시험의 합격을 위해서 고등학교 과정에서 꼭 필요한 것이었다. 그러나, 1997년에 영재아를 위한 특별교육의 약간의 시도가 시작되었다. 교육부는 "1년을 뛰어넘어 대학에 들어가는 것"을 인정했다. 이 논문에서는, 다음의 세 가지 주제들이 논의될 것이다. 1. 17살 고등학생들의 시바대학 입학등록 2. 일본 수학 올림피아드 협회에 의해 실행되어진 여름 세미나 3. 교육부에 의해 설립된 특수 과학 고등학교(Super Science High school) 프로그램.

Objective : This study investigated the prevalence of dysphagia in older adults in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province and its impact on Quality of Life (QoL) and educational needs. Methods : A cross-sectional survey was conducted from August 1 to 15, 2023, with 207 cognitively normal older adults from three senior welfare centers. Data included general characteristics, Korean-version of the Eating Assessment Tool (K-EAT-10), Swallowing-QoL, and educational needs related to swallowing disorders. Dysphagia was defined by a K-EAT-10 score of 3 or higher. Participants were divided into normal and risk groups for analysis using chi-square and Independent t-test. Results : The prevalence of dysphagia risk (K-EAT-10 score of 3 or higher) was 41.5% (86 individuals). Among the 92 individuals reporting dysphagia symptoms, 64 (69.6%) were at risk. QoL was significantly lower in the risk group, especially among those living alone or with denture discomfort. The most preferred educational need was training in eating solid foods (Mean = 4.27), with higher needs in the dysphagia risk group. Conclusion : This study underscores the prevalence of dysphagia, its impact on QoL, and the need for educational programs. Emphasizing prevention, public awareness, and early detection, along with the role of dysphagia rehabilitation experts and community collaboration, is essential for supporting healthy aging.

There is few cultural tourism festival study which investigated snow related sculptures satisfaction from festival visitors and residents. The purposes of this study were to investigate the satisfaction of snow related sculptures based on festival visitors' and residents' evaluation and give directions for festival planners The important results of this study are as following: First, visitors from out of Taebak city satisfied with National Snow Sculpture Contest, International Snow Sculpture Exhibition, and Mysterious International Snow Culture Exhibition. They did not satisfied with Making Snowmen for Genius, Our Family Snow Sculptures, and Winter Riding Experiences. Secondly, residents satisfied with International Snow Sculpture Exhibition, Mysterious International Culture Snow Exhibition, and National Snow Sculpture Contest. Their satisfaction was low about Our Families' Snow Sculptures, and Winter Riding Experiences. Thirdly, introducing experience-oriented programs and facilities are recommended to festival planners for better festival than this year.
