최근 정부 R&D 방향을 보면 정부출연연의 역할은 중장기, 대규모 신규사업발굴에 초점을 두고 있으며 출연연 자체적으로 연구기획에 많은 투자와 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만, 출연연 주요사업 연구개발계획서에 철저한 준비가 되어야 함에도 기획 전문지식이 체계적으로 축적되지 않았으며 연구기획에 대한 좋은 본보기를 요구하는 연구자들이 지속적으로 이어져왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 논리적이고 심도있는 검토를 거치는 사전평가 과정인 국가연구개발 예비타당성조사 사업을 본보기로 제안하며 주요사업 기획에 도움이 되는 평가항목들과 내용을 메타분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 KISTEP에서 공개한 예비타당성조사 보고서의 평가항목들 중에서 출연연 주요사업에 적용될 수 있는 기술적 타당성 평가항목들을 선별한다. 그리고, 선별된 평가항목들끼리의 내용분석을 통해 사업 타당성에 대한 지적사항을 항목별로 정리하여 시사점을 찾아내고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 주요사업 대규모, 중장기 연구기획 시 실무적으로 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 발전과 함께 컴퓨터에서 처리 해야 할 데이터량이 크게 증가하고 있다. 클러스터 내의 node들 사이에서 이런 대용량의 데이터들을 보다 빠르게 전송하기 위해서 Lightweight Messaging 기법이 등장하였으며, 대표적으로 AM, FM, U-Net, VIA등이 있다. 이 중에서 VIA는 커널 수준에서 구현된 TCP/IP를 대신해서 사용자 수준에서 커널을 거치지 않고 네트워크 장치와 직접적으로 통신을 할 수 있게 하여 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있으며, 새로운 프로토콜의 표준으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 프로그래밍의 난이성 때문에 제대로 숙지하기 가지는 많은 시간의 투자가 필요한 것이 사실이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 EVIL(Easy-to-use Virtual Interface Library)이라는, 개발자들이 좀더 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 라이브러리를 제안하였다 그리고 EVIL. Native VIA TCP/IP로 각각 같은 역할을 하는 프로그램을 작성하여 기존의 프로토콜들과 성능을 비교하였다.

To transfer the large size of data more quickly among cluster nodes, the lightweight messaging scheme has been developed. VIA(Virtual Interface Architecture) allows that user can directly communicate with network devices without any interference of kernel and has become a communication protocol for clusters. But one must spend a lot of time to be skillful with it because of difficulties of programming. Therefore, we propose an easier library called EVIL(Easy-to-use Virtual Interface Library) that developers can easily deal with. We evaluated the performance of EVIL, Native VIA, TCP/IP respectively.

The rapid growth of information industry fields has been changing according to the times due to the transformation of an industrial structure and a new paradigm. The majority of contents which are handled off-line are somehow aimed to be on-line, and many companies pursue to maintain research and investment according to the changes that are mentioned above. In this study, the DM service system which was controlled off-line demonstrates to make handling data easier and more effective using an on-line system which can be more advantageous than an off-line one.

기업들은 새롭게 변화하는 법률 및 표준이 포함하고 있는 정보보호 요구사항들을 만족하기 위해 매번 상당한 시간과 비용을 투자하고 있다. 또한, 기업이 자체적으로 개발한 내부 컴플라이언스 정책 및 체계를 활용하고 있어 다양한 법, 표준의 변화가 있을 때 기업 내의 서로 다른 조직들과 협업하여 이를 준수하기란 어려운 상황이다. 이와 같이 관련 법, 표준의 내용들이 변경되는 한, 이에 대한 컴플라이언스를 위해 반복적으로 시간과 자원이 투입되기 때문에 막대한 비용이 소요될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 금융기관들의 컴플라이언스 체계를 개선하며 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 금융 IT보안 컴플라이언스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

현재 많은 국가들이 자동차 업계 중심으로 사업 모델을 진행하고 있고 그중에서 M2M과 관련하여 지능형 자동차에 대해 많은 관심과 투자가 예상되고 있는데 차량 안전 운행, 교통 분야 공공 서비스, 교통 신호 확장, 차량 진단, 보안의 문제점 해결 여러 가지의 서비스가 요구되고 있다. 여기서 차량 내 졸음방지를 위한 무선제어 시스템과 졸음 방지로 인하여 교통사고의 안전과 사고율을 낮추고자 졸음 운전차량이 발생시 주변 차량에 경고 또는 온도와 이산화 탄소량을 측정하여 창문을 개방하여 운전자에게 졸음 운전으로 인한 사고율을 낮추는 시스템을 제안 한다.

최근 미래형 농업으로 주목받고 있는 '아쿠아포닉스(Aquaponics)'는 물고기 양어 기술(Aquaculture)과 수경 농법(Hydroponic)을 융합한 친환경적인 순환형 생산 시스템이다. 하지만 양식 환경과 수경재배환경이 서로 성장하는 데에 영향을 주기 때문에 농업인이나 일반인이 사용하기에 난도가 높고, 초기 투자비가 많이 든다는 점에서 국내 도입에 대한 문제점이 제기되고 있다.[1] 본 논문에서는 IoT 기술을 이용해 아쿠아포닉스의 단점을 보완할 기술적 대안과 국내 도입 문제 해결방안으로서 오토팜(AutoFarm) 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 전력계통에서 고장발생시 자속의 변화를 통한 magnetic switching을 이용한 전류제한기를 제안하였다. 구조는 자속이 흐를 수 있는 철심과 회로에 연결되어 있는 1차권선, 철심과 1차권선 사이에 위차한 1차권선과 반대방향으로 감겨져 있는 2차권선 및 2차권선 하부에 이동이 가능한 동판의 2차권선 secondary로 구성되어 있다. 정상상태에서는 철심내에 1차권선과 2차권선에 의해 발생된 자속이 서로 상쇄되어 두 권선에 유기되는 전압은 0이지만 고장이 발생하여 2차 권선의 스위치를 open하고 2차권선 secondary를 철심밖으로 쳐 내면 그동안 상쇄되었던 자속이 철심을 통하여 흐르게 되고 이에 따라 1차권선에 유기된 전압은 회로의 전류를 제한하게 되므로 차단기를 용이하게 동작시킬 수 있는 구조이다. 실험을 통하여 전류제한기 동작 전 후의 전류제한 효과를 분석하였으며 이를 통해 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 차단기에 가해지는 아크충격을 완화하여 설비의 수명을 연장하고 적은 용량의 차단기 사용이 가능하므로 설비투자예산 절감 및 모든 차단기 사용분야에 활용될 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다.

Data redundancy is problematic in that it not only induces heavy storage management cost but also could bring critical degradation of information systems. Unfortunately, to our knowledge, only few enterprises willingly afford time and efforts for the faithful conceptual design to prevent the degree of inappropriate data as much as they could, while most of enterprises pay rare attention to the notion of that sort of data quality. Wondering if there would be any other way to design the enterprise.wide data design without prior knowledge about business works is our major motivation for this study. In this paper, we present our data modeling methodology in which associations among objects in each sentences of a business job descriptions are treated as the focal point in database design. A proposed agent for automated design tool simply takes a business job description written in natural language as an input, and then designs an entity relationship diagram with some smart rules. We introduce the scope of the proposed agent and its detailed logics with several examples. And then, we verify the appropriateness of the resulted associations among objects. Lastly, we perform case studies to evaluate the devised agent's applicability to a business field.

Companies has been investing enormous resources in promotion as the market keeps changing rapidly. Therefore, there are growing needs to measure the impact of a promotion on revenue growth. To investigate the effect of promotion in franchise food service industry, this study empirically analyzed text data from Twitter, one of the dominant social network services. Our findings show that a gap between promotions, promotion duration, and season have a significant influence on a volume of twitter buzz, which represents a promotion effect in our study. Next, we tried to analyze the reason why those factors were related to the promotion effect. Finally, we suggested promotion strategies related to each influential factor depending on types of business in food service industry.
