다수사업자 경쟁환경이 도래함에 따라 사업자간 공정경쟁을 위한 효율적인 상호접속과 합리적인 접속료 산정이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 최근들어 고도화 작업이 활발히 추진되고 있는 가입자 선로시설은 전체 통신망 투자비의 40%를 상회하고 있어 접속료를 구성하는 비용요소중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구는 합리적 접속료 산정의 근거로서 대도시 가입자망의 투자비를 산출하는 모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대도시 가입자망의 구조와 현황을 조사분석하고 이를 바탕으로 공학적 비용 모형을 개발하였다. 대도시 가입자망은 그 특성상 동선가입자망과 광가입자망 설비로 나누어질 수 있다. 본 연구는 두가지 가입자망의 구조와 현황에 기초하여 각각을 모형화 하였고, 적용사례를 통해 개발된 모형의 유용성을 검토하였다. 개발된 투자비 산출 모형은 농어촌 지역을 비롯한 다른 지역에도 적용이 가능하며, 교환/전송망 투자비산출 모형과 결합되어 합리적 접속료 산정모형의 일부로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we examine the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-related content on the success of online crowdfunding proposals. Along with the increasing significance of ESG standards in business, investment proposals incorporating ESG concepts are now commonplace. Due to the ESG trend, conventional wisdom holds that the majority of proposals with ESG concepts will have a higher rate of success. We investigate by analyzing over 9000 online business presentations found in a Kickstarter dataset to determine which characteristics of these proposals led to increased investment. We first utilized lexicon-based measurement and Feature Engineering to determine the relationship between environment and society scores and financial indicators. Next, Logistic Regression is utilized to determine the effect of including environmental and social terms in a project's description on its ability to obtain funding. Contrary to popular belief, our research found that microentrepreneurs were less likely to succeed with proposals that focused on ESG issues. Our research will generate new opportunities for research in the disciplines of information science and crowdfunding by shedding new light on the environment of online micro-entrepreneurship.

방산업체는 IMF를 거치면서 연구개발은 물론 경영개선을 통하여 기술혁신, 품질관리, 원가절감 노력들을 생존을 위해 뼈를 깎는 마음으로 점철되어 왔음을 피부로 느낄 수 있었다. 이제는 업체자체 개발의 경쟁적 체제를 정착시키도록 방산업체의 활성화에 지혜를 모아야 하며 국내시장중심에서 벗어날 수 있도록 "홀로서기"를 위한 연구개발과 투자환경 조성에 관심을 가져야 할 때이다. 국방정책과 무기체계획득의 의사결정자나 실무자들은 방산업체에서 요구하는 사항이 무엇이며 그들의 숨소리와 목소리를 겸허하게 경청하는 자세를 견지해야 하며 방위산업육성의 환경조성과 제도적 개선노력이 필요한 분야는 심층 검토하여 개선되어야 할 것이다.

산업안전 문제는 과거 기업의 인사노무 관리에서 뒷전에 밀리는 경향을 보였으나 요즘은 다르다. 사업주와 근로자의 안전에 대한 인식이 높아지며 산업재해 예방은 기업 인사관리의 주요 관심사의 하나로 자리 잡았다. 그러나 영세 소규모 기업들은 산재 예방에 대한 투자 여력 부족에 따라 아직도 산재가 매우 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 점에서 한국산업안전공단이 주도적으로 영세 중소기업의 산재예방을 위한 시설투자 자금, 환경 개선 자금을 지원하는 '클린사업장 조성사업(클린사업)'은 실효성 높은 재해방지 프로젝트로 평가되고 있다. 인쇄업계의 관심도 매우 크다. 재해예방과 작업환경 개선에 도움을 주는 이 사업은 구인난 해소에도 크게 기여하고 있다.

Recently, foreign direct investment of Korea has increased significantly. Foreign direct investment is motivated by various reasons and renewable energy investments in foreign countries can be performed by many causes. Korean companies can enjoy the export of products, related EPC contracts, acquisition of the knowledge of the project management technique, pre-occupying effect of the market and profit itself. Wind power projects have biggest share in the investment amounts among the renewable energy business. So, in this study, one wind farm project was selected and supposed to be invested in China, USA, Germany and UK at the same time and the effect of electricity price, corporate income tax, inflation rate and interest rate of debt were analyzed. The result showed that investing in Germany is most profitable because of the highest electricity price and electricity price and debt interest rate are the most sensitive factors for IRR. This approach would be helpful to make decisions in investing foreign wind power projects.

This study is aimed at analyzing the factors that affect the behaviors of employee's investment, such as a decision making process in a variety of views and proving the extent of how those factors influence on their investment. The basic assumption is that the preceding factors that can be determined by the personal investment propensity, a psychological factor asserted by Behavior Financial Theory and financial-economic and social environment. This study uses Hershey's Investment Behavior Model(2007) as the main analysis tool to explain the investment behavior of individuals and deals with personal investment inclination in the psychological perspective of overconfidence, self-control and the risk tolerance propensity and add the financial and economic factors in terms of financial literacy and economic distress. Also the new preceding social environmental factors like social interaction and the effect of reference group are added to make this research to be more precise. This study analyze the adjustment effect of professional invest-consulting service that affect the fluctuation influence between the individual variables(those factors) and subordination variable(the level of investment satisfaction). The study reveals that overconfidence and self-control in direct ways have a positive effect on the level of investment satisfaction in terms of investment behavior and economic distress has a negative effect on the level of investment satisfaction. The adjustment effect provided by financial experts in investment consulting service is affirmed as the critical factor that increase the influence between self-control and the level of investment satisfaction. To conclude, the research reveals that the psychological factors are the main criteria when the workers as employees have to make investment decisions. To make investors be reasonable, a systematic financial education system provided by experts is needed from the early adolescent stages and financial companies should develop the relevant services of consulting service department as a key financial sector and financial investment products and consulting program and marketing tool pertinent to investors ages, vocational traits and their inclinations.

인도는 2014년 모디 정부 출범 이후 부정부패 척결, 기업환경 개선, 적극적인 외자유치 등의 경제개방 및 개혁정책을 추진하는 들 높은 경제성장 잠재력을 보유하고 있다. 인도의 면적은 329만 $km^2$로 서유럽 면적과 비슷하고, 인구는 중국에 이어 세계에서 두 번째 많은 약 13억 명으로 높은 생산 소비 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 모디 정부 출범 이후 전 정부 대비 인프라 개발 예산을 4배 이상 배정했고, 주요 항만 개발 및 제조업 육성에 힘쓰고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 인도 시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구는 인도시장에 진출하는 우리나라 물류 기업의 항만 물류시설 투자 후보지에 대한 정성적 정량적 분석을 통해 투자유망지역을 선정하는 것이 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 인도의 경제 및 교역, 물류시설 및 관련 정책 등의 현황 조사를 실시한다. 그리고 우리나라 물류기업 진출 시 투자가 유망할 것으로 예상되는 지역을 대상으로 정성적 정량적 분석을 통해 투자유망지역을 선정하려 한다.

환경보건정책의 영역은 대기, 수질 등 환경매체에 배출된 오염물질이 수용체인 인간에 도달하여 건강피해를 야기하는 일련의 과정을 규명하여 예방 관리하는 폭넓은 범위를 차지하고 있다. 환경보건정책은 다른 매체별 환경정책에 비해 뒤늦게 출발하였지만 깨끗하고 안전한 환경을 보전하여 국민의 건강을 보호하기 위해서는 앞으로도 환경보건정책에 대한 지속적인 관심과 투자가 필요하다.

The study explored a way to analyze return-on-investment for evaluating corporate e-learning programs. It is said to be not easy to measure return-on-investment due to complexity of determining exact amount of cost and benefit of any e-learning program. In this vein, it has been rare to see researches regarding return-on-investment for corporate e-learning programs. Nevertheless, it is needed to try to document return-on-investment evidence for verifying effectiveness of the programs. More concretely, the purpose of the study is to draw up guidelines in making decisions about whether companies should invest in e-learning programs any more at particular point of time.

The purpose of this paper is to find the desirable R&D policies in defense area by analyzing causality between GDP and R&D investments in government, private, defense sectors. We have five variables which are composed of GDP, total R&D investment, R&D investments in government, private and defense sectors to figure out the causality between R&D investment in defense sector and other components. In the course of analysis on causality, we took the unit root test of variables to prevent spurious regression. Also we need to take cointegration test about non-stationary variables before the causality test. According to these test results, we took the causality test using ECM(Error Correction Model) for the models which have cointegrating relations. And we took ordinary Granger causality test for model which doesn't have a long-run stationary relationship. As a result of the causality test, it was shown that there exists the long-nu causality to GDP and R&D investments in government and private sectors from other variables. However, there doesn't exist the causality to defense R&D investment from other variables. We found that there doesn't exist the causality between R&D investments in defense and private sectors, and that they are independent.
