디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)이 모든 분야에서 급속히 전개됨으로서 기업들은 전략적으로 IT를 전사적으로 활용하면서 글로벌 시대의 경쟁 기업들에 비해 보다 빠른 신기술 습득을 적용함으로써 생존 경쟁의 우위 확보 전략이 점차 강화되고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.

In this paper, we present an EST sequence annotation system based on Service Oriented Architecture, called SeqWeB. We developed the web services of eight applications (Phred, cross_match, RepeatMasker, TGICL, ICAtools, CAP3, Phrap and Blast) which are located in sequence annotation process and integrated the web services through BFEL. SeqWeB uses an XML file format for data input and output to maximize interoperability between each application. SeqWeB can be extended or modified easily through some modification such as insertion, deletion and replacement because service-oriented architecture allows loose coupling between applications.

This paper proposes a new touthind algorithm, the Bandwidth-Delay-Loss based Routing(BDLR) algotithm, which supports the selection of an effcienet routing path by cinsidering the characteristics and QoS requirements of intergarted servies over the Untegrated Serives Packet Network(ISPN), and also compareas it with other touting algorithms by simulating their perfomances on the various combinations of the realtime and non-realtime traffic over the ISPN. The simulation shows that the BDLR algorithm takes great advantages on transmisson dealy, the satisfiability of QoS requirements, and the adapation of traffic envirment over the other routing algorithms priposed for ISPN until now.

The increase in the number of PCS base station and repeater has increased the level of interference between PCS carriers. In this paper, interference of singular PCS repeater out-of-band noise power on mobile phone is analysed and compared with that of unified PCS repeater for multiple PCS carriers. It is shown that unified PCS repeater provide about 2∼3dB signal gain in comparison with conventional PCS repeater. As a result, the interference of out-of-band noise power on mobile phone is reduced. It is expected that PCS carriers are able to build an environmentally-friendly communications infrastructure and reduce the cost by using unified PCS revealer and apply it for the deployment of IMT-2000 network.

Recent lifeline with Internet and smart-phone is a new ICT-based revolution that has transformed the structure of economics and business activities in digital economy. This paper deals with some economic perspectives on the conceptual concerns on transaction costs and its applications to energy and environments, and glocalization strategies of e-business. First, we consider substantial differences between offline and online channel transactions and categorize three different aspects of transaction costs in the purchasing process in both channels. Second, we examine the impacts of e-business that affect sustainable environments and provide some considerations on energy savings, product-process design, and logistics. Finally, we present some opportunities and challenges posted by global e-business and outline the economics of networking in achieving enhanced performance and competitive advantage through glocalization strategies of e-business.

인터넷의 보편화와 컴퓨팅 기술의 다양화에 따라 점차 고가용성 서버에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 낮은 비용과 높은 성능을 만족시켜줄 수 있는 리눅스를 기반으로 한 클러스터 서버가 인기를 끌고 있다. 하지만 클러스터 서버의 높은 성능에 비해, 여러 노드를 통합하여 효율적으로 관리 및 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템은 상대적으로 부족한 상태이다. 하지만 이 논문에서는 기존의 모니터링 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고 이들 해결할 수 있는 새로운 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

광대역통합망(Broadband Convergence Network. BcN)의 핵심서비스로 자리 잡고 있는 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)는 IP망 경유를 통한 저렴한 통신비용 및 다양한 부가서비스 제공가능성에 따라 서비스 사업자뿐만 아니라 기업에서도 점차 도입이 증가할 것으로 예상되는 서비스이다. 그러나, 보안솔루션의 인터넷 전화 트래픽 통과 문제 및 IP망에서 발생 가능한 공격뿐만 아니라 VoIP 스팸이나 도청 같은 새로운 보안이슈들이 많이 발생할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 본 논문에서는 VoIP 서비스에 대한 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성적인 측면에서 예측 가능한 취약성을 살펴봄으로서 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하는데 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.

The extracellular matrix, which provides the structural and biochemical support of surrounding cells, is a cell physiological modulator that controls cell division and differentiation. In the bio sector, the company produces Scapold, a three-dimensional support for tissue engineering, and cultivates stem cells in the produced Scapold to be transplanted into animals to assess tissue regeneration. This depends on components such as collagen in the tissue. Therefore, it is very important to identify the inclusion rate and distribution of components in the tissue, and the data are obtained by analyzing the color of the dyed tissue image. The process from image collection to analysis is costly, and the data collected and analyzed are managed in different formats by different research institutions. Therefore, data integration management and analysis results search are not being performed. In this paper, we establish a database that can manage relevant bigdata in an integrated manner, and propose a bio-image integrated management and retrieval system that can be searched based on color, an important analytical measure in this field of study.

Data transfer technique is one of the key elements of the IT infrastructure, in accordance with each environment and function, using some kind of protocol. Using the three protocols such as WCDMA, AIS, and TRS at sea IT industry. so It uses three protocols saw has a problem that the operation of each protocol-specific server. so server maintenance costs increase and sea Device Manager has been placed in a situation which operates to develop each of the protocol-specific analysis program. The reason of the protocol is divided into three, marine equipment (lighthouses, buoys, light buoy) manufacturing companies and the date of manufacture, such as, communication environment (distance, communication speed) because such is wrong all, trying to unify this and enormous cost and time is a situation that can not be the exchange occurred when. So in the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the number of frequency of use is low, communication performance is seeking to refrain from Kure each local organizations and companies the use of low TRS protocol. his paper is intended to conduct research on the basis of the actual data to analyze whether the method is how economical to store a single DB by analyzing other types of protocols. This reduces the shortage of marine IT industry, even a little, shall helps reduce administrative costs.

To analyze travel demand fur transportation policy and transportation planning, it is important to construct realistic and reliable traffic data. And it needs a user friendly system to demonstrate transportation problems in the transportation planning and transportation management aspect. Generally, to construct network for analysis and collection about social and economical data is a core of transportation planning model. However, it takes a lot of time and effect. To overcome this problem GIS is more effective and efficient in data processing, such as selecting, editing and visualizing, etc. However, it is an early stage to use CIS in the transportation problems. This paper shows a new GIS-T system. The system can give traffic information and plan transportation planning using GIS which has ability as spatial representation and spatial analysis. To build this system, we design interfaces that are able to communicate transportation package for analysis with GIS and manage network efficiently, such as editing and examination. And we also develop a module for traffic information processing to handle spatial data and add it on the system. The proposed system shows more realistic transportation network modeling because the system presents more effective conditions to analyze network. And it can be a tool that can analyze various transportation problems.
