The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon studies related to athletic continuity and school life satisfaction of the intellectually disabled students. According to the analysis, the integrated sports volleyball program has acquired athletic skills in the satisfaction of school life and maintained close friendship through cooperation. The participants of intellectually disabled students have been more flexible with the improvement of the physical education volleyball program, and they are affiliated with the school's cooperation, through a cooperative study. Therefore, through the integrated sports volleyball program, students with disabilities can overcome limitations and dissatisfaction with the athletic continuity and satisfaction of school life and achieve the integration they seek in the integrated education.

This study tired to provide the fundamental data for the alternative of social integration of people with spinal cord injury in the field of social welfare practice as researching on the factors of integrating. With the assist of 13 local association under Korea Association of people with spinal cord injury, we used 304 answers counted by 335 responses subtracted by 21 untruthful responses among total 390 questionnaire. Based on significance test and path effect analysis of final structural equation model about the integrating factors of people with spinal cord injury, data shows after comparing how these factors physical and psychological factors, economic factors, and social support are affecting social integration of people with spinal cord injury. the satisfaction of life has partly parametric relation. Also it is perfectly parametric related with economic factors and social integration.

This study was conducted to compare and analyze occupational stress and satisfaction levels of the nurses in two different units to provide data for effective nursing resource management. Survey was conducted in four hospitals in June 2019 and data was obtained from 62 nurses in comprehensive nursing service units (CNSU) and 62 nurses in general units (GU). CNSU nurses had higher level of job satisfaction than GU nurses. Contributing factors included pay, professional status, administration, autonomy, task requirements, and interaction. Job stress level was not significantly different between groups. GU nurses had higher stress levels from nursing practice, conflict with doctors, and patients and caregivers, while CNSU nurses had higher stress levels in working condition. Negative correlation was found between job satisfaction and stress in GU nurses, whereas not in CNSU nurses. Clear definition of task, smaller work load, appropriate reward, and educational support is suggested to enhance job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between emotional labor, job stress, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction for the health promotion program personnel. The subjects were 126 in charge of the health promotion program. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 for the independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling. There were significant differences in emotional labor by age and marital status (p<.05), job stress by religion (p<.01) and job satisfaction by career, religion and marital status (p<.01). The indirect effect of emotional labor on job satisfaction was -0.315, and no direct effect was found. The indirect effect of job stress on job satisfaction was -0.288, and the direct effect was -0.228. The direct effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction was -0.507. These results can be used as baseline data to develop alternatives and intervention programs to enhance job satisfaction.

This study analyze the factors that can improve the satisfaction level of college students stable adaptation to college life and education service. It was analyzed whether students' personal characteristics, college life-related characteristics, and changes in college life Adaptation increase the satisfaction of college education service. As a result of analyzing CAT(college adatiation test) differences of 1st survey and 2nd survey in the results of the total 368 students, the graduates of the academic high school showed high academic integration and social integration and the social integration was high in the types of regular admission. As a result of multiple regression analysis with the increase in college education service satisfaction as a dependent variable, the lower the language score, the more positive changes in academic integrity, career identity, college satisfaction, relationship with professors, economic stability, and study keeping stability. Based on these results, various student support programs were proposed to increase the college education service satisfaction of college students.

This study focused on the relationship between elderly's participation in lifelong education(participation availability, participating fields) and ego integrity. To verify the correlation of two variables, mediating model structured by life satisfaction was used. The data was Seoul Welfare Panel Data made by Seoul Welfare Foundation in 2010 and the total subject was 1,862 elderly aged over 60. When it comes to research methods, structured equation analysis for verifying the mediating effect was practiced. The findings are as follows: First, life satisfaction did function as partial mediator on relationship between elderly's participation in lifelong education and ego integrity. Second, elderly's life satisfaction increased as participating in field of language, not in field of culture and art. Ego integrity of elderly was increased as participating in field of culture and art, not in field of self-improvement and hobby. This study indicates theoretical and practical interventions to promote elderly's lifelong education based on the conclusion elderly's lifelong education participation in the aging society has positive effects on life satisfaction and ego integrity are meaningful for successful aging.

목적: 한국은 지역사회 기반 통합 돌봄(커뮤니티케어)을 통해 노인들을 위한 보건 및 사회복지 서비스의 확대를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인의 경로당 이용에 대한 인구사회인적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태 등이 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 이용하여, 횡단 분석 연구가 실시하였다. 이용패턴을 파악하기 위해 기술통계를 하였고, 경로당 이용과 관련된 요소들을 결정하기 위해서는 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 지난 12개월간 노인 1만299명 중 22.7%가 경로당을 이용하였다. 경로당을 이용하는 이유 중 가장 많은 응답은 경로당 동료들과 여가를 보내기 위함이었으며, 대상자의 95% 이상이 제공되는 서비스에 만족하고 있었다. 사회인구학적 특성에 대해서는 여성(AOR=1.20; 95% 신뢰 구간(CI), 1.05-1.38), 80세 이상 노인(AOR= 3.94, 95% CI, 3.30-4.71), 문맹자(AOR=5.27; 95% CI 3.80-7.30), 교육 수준이 낮거나 읍면 지역 출신(AOR=6.42; 95 % CI, 5.72-7.20)이 경로당을 이용할 가능성이 가장 높았다. 생활 만족도 부분에서는 재정적 만족도(AOR=1.21; 95% CI, 1.06-1.37), 문화에 대한 만족도(AOR=1.49; 95% CI, 1.24-1.79) 및 친구들과 사회에 대한 만족도(AOR=4.24; 95% CI, 3.17-5.66)가 높은 사람이 경로당을 더 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 질병이 없다는 응답자에 비해 만성 질환을 2개 이상 보유한자(AOR= 2.01; 95 % CI, 1.60-2.53)의 경로당 이용률이 2 배 더 높았다. 결론: 정부의 지역사회 기반 통합돌봄 정책 수립을 위하여 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태와 관련된 요인들을 고려하여, 이용률을 높이고, 건강관리를 위한 통합 돌봄 시설이 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to understand the integration and clinical practice stress of nursing students and to understand the relationship with department satisfaction. Data collection was from June to July 2021. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of scales of integration, clinical practice stress, and departmental satisfaction, targeting 3rd and 4th grade nursing students who have had more than one clinical practice experience. A total of 394 copies were analyzed using the SPSS program to analyze the data. As a result of the study, integration showed a positive correlation with department satisfaction (r=.412, p<.01) and a negative correlation with clinical practice stress (r=-.193, p<.01). The predictive factors affecting the department satisfaction of nursing students were integration (β=.406, p<.001) and admission motivation (β=.166, p=.006), which accounted for 20% of the total variance. Integration Performance It was confirmed that the motivation for entering the nursing department affects department satisfaction. In order to increase the department satisfaction of nursing students, it is thought that it is necessary to operate an integration promotion program and department adaptation program from the early stage of admission.

The purpose of this study is to provide to alternatives to improve the relationship of local community resident of the rural-urban consolidation districts in analyzing the case of Jeollanamdo Suncheon city that has consolidated for around 10 years since 1th January 1995. The method of this study is to survey 335 number of Suncheon residents. The evaluation criteria about relationship of local community resident. used in this study were the unity of residents, the reconciliation of residents, and the satisfying degree of public administrative services. According to this survey. aspect of reconciliation of residents, access of administrative organ, unity of residents. satisfying degree of residents and administrative information are showed a little the positive effect. But locational preference of disgust facilities are appeared ordinary and negative sight.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction and nursing organizational culture on burnout in integrated nursing care units nurses. The participants were 170 nurses working in integrated nursing care units of three general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Burnout was significantly different according to turnover intention, job satisfaction, health status. Burnout showed a positive correlation with compassion fatigue and a negative correlation with compassion satisfaction and relation oriented culture. Regression analysis revealed that compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction, relation oriented culture and age were significant variables affecting the burnout, and the lower the age, the higher the burnout. Therefore, strategies to decrease compassion fatigue and to enhance compassion satisfaction and positive aspects of relation oriented culture for lower age nurses group are needed.
