A Study on Improving Scheme and An Investigation into the Actual Condition about Components of Physical Distribution System (물류시스템 구성요인에 관한 실태분석과 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present an alternative improving the efficient and reasonable of the physical distribution system management is influenced by many factors. Therefore, the study depends on the documentary method and survey method to achieve the purpose of this study. The major components of a physical distribution system are refers to as elements, include warehouse·storage system, transportation system, inventory system, physical distribution information system. The factors used in this study are ① factor of product(quality·A/S·added value of product·adaption of product·technical competitive power to other enterprises), ② factor of market(market channel·kinds of customer·physical distribution share), ③ factor of warehouse·storage(warehouse design·size·direction·storage ability·warehouse quality), ④ factor of transportation(promptness·reliability·responsibility·kinds of transportation·cooperation united transportation system·national transportation network), ⑤ factor of packaging (packaging design·material·educating program·pollution degree measure program), ⑥ factor of inventory(ordinary inventory criterion·consistence for inventories record), ⑦ factor of unloaded(unloaded machine·having machine ratio), ⑧ factor of information system (physical distribution quantity analysis·usable computer part), ⑨ factor of physical distribution cost(sales ratio to product) ⑩ factor of physical distribution system(physical distribution center etc). The implication of this study can be summarized as follows: ① In firms that have not adopted a systems integrative approach, physical distribution is a fragmented and often uncoordinated set of activities spread throughout various functions with function having its own set of priorities and measurements. ② The physical distribution is recognized as more an important strategic factor than a simple cost reduction factor, ③ It can be used a strategic competition tool to enterprise.

Design of Experiment and Analysis Method for the Integrated Logistics System Using Orthogonal Array (직교배열을 이용한 통합물류시스템의 실험 설계 및 분석방법)

  • This paper presents the simulation design and analysis of Integrated Logistics System(ILS) which is operated by using the AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle). To maximize the operation performances of ILS with AGV, many parameters should be considered such as the number, velocity, and dispatching rule of AGV, part types, scheduling, and buffer sizes. We established the design of experiment in a way of Orthogonal Array in order to consider (1)maximizing the throughput; (2)maximizing the vehicle utilization; (3)minimizing the congestion; and (4)maximizing the Automated Storage and Retrieval System(AS/RS) utilization among various critical factors. Furthermore, we performed the optimization by using the simulation-based analysis and Evolution Strategy(ES). As a result, Orthogonal Array which is conducted far fewer than ES significantly saved not only the time but the same outcome when compared after validation test on the result from the two methods. Therefore, this approach ensures the confidence and provides better process for quick analysis by specifying exact experiment outcome even though it provides small number of experiment.

  • In this paper, we build a web ERP system that is focused on the logistics, storage, materials management to establish internal enterprise information system for small business. This system is possible to be transformed to separated modules so it is possible to be modified and added easily. And it is also implemented to provide mobile interlace for mobility extension. The ShopE.R ERP system is a solution that can be reorganized flexibly according to variable changes in the corporate business processes.

The Effects of the Level of Use of LIS by Functions and the Linkage of Logistics Activities on the Logistics Performance (통합물류정보시스템의 활용이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • While the national economy has rapidly grown, both insufficience in indirect capital facilities of society and attempt to avoid having a logistical job as one of the so-called dirty, difficult and dangerous jobs have resulted in the leak of labor in the logistical industry. First of all, it was shown that the functional utilization level of the logistical information system had a partial effect on the logistical performance, that the reduction of logistical costs was influenced by the information system of connecting and supporting functions, and that the improvement of customer service was significantly influenced by only the supporting-function system. Second, the logistical performance was partially influenced by the linkage between logistical activities, only the customer linkage had a significant effect on the reduction of logistical costs, and the improvement of customer service was influenced by the intra-company linkage. Third, in verifying a hypothesis that the logistical information system's functional utilization level and organizational structure would interact with each other and have an effect on the logistical performance, it was shown that based on their mutual interaction at a normalized level this center's functional information system had a significant effect on the reduction of logistical costs. Fourth, in testing a hypothesis that both the linkage between logistical activities and logistical organization structure would interact with each other and would have an effect on the logistical performance, it was shown that their interaction at a normalized level was significant concerning only the reduction of logistical costs, while there was I10 its significance in the customer service. In proving a hypothesis that the linkage between logistical activities and logistical strategy patterns would interact with each other and would have an effect on the logistical performance, it was shown in a differentiated, aggressive investment one among variously patterned logistical strategies that the customer linkage had a significant effect on the reduction of logistical costs, and in the improvement of customer service that the supplier linkage had a remarkable impact. It also was shown that in case of the cost reduction and offensive control strategy, the customer linkage had a remarkable effect, and th at in the improvement of customer service the intra-company and customer linkage had a significant effect. In the marketing and customer service strategy, finally, there was no any significant influence while the customer linkage had a significant impact in the improvement of customer service. Accordingly, whether or not individual companies utilize the logistical information system's functional utilization levels well will have an effect on their logistical performance, and how their supply chain management is well-linked will affect their logistical performance.

인터넷 기반 원스톱서비스 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 -수출컨테이너화물 원스톱서비스 시스템 개발-

  • 오늘날 우리 나라가 당면한 최우선 경제과제중 하나는 물류부문의 혁신을 통한 국가경쟁력 강화라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 정부도 1993년 물류체계 개선을 위한 장기구상으로 ‘화물유통체계 개선 10개년 기본계획’을 수립하여 적극 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 PORT-MIS사용자를 상대로 한 설문조사에서는 선박입출항 업무 관련 서류의 40%, 항만시설 사용 업무와 관련된 서류의 31%, 하역업무 관련 서류의 10%만이 EDI를 활용하고 있었다. EDI 활용이 저조한 사유로는 전송시간이 많이 걸리며, EDI 소프트웨어가 작동되지 않으며, 수신확인이 되지 않기 때문이라 응답을 하였다. 이처럼 오늘날 항만물류산업이 겪고 있는 물류 데이타 흐름의 단절적 현상은 시간이 흐를수록 해결될 기미가 보이고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리 나라가 겪고 있는 물류관련 업무를 한번의 데이터 입력으로 해결할 수 있는 원스톱 서비스 시스템개발을 목표로 우선 PORT-MIS EDI 업무를 처리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 향후 화주, 운송사, 선사, 포워더, 창고업자, 하역회사, 철도청, 화물터미널, 컨테이너 터미널, 해양수산청, 관세청, 출입국관리사무소, 검역소 사이에 서로 교환되는 적하목록, Booking List, 컨테이너 Pick up정보, 위험물 정보, COPINO 정보를 비롯하여 대 관세청 신고 등 수출컨테이너 화물업무의 전반적인 영역으로까지 쉽게 확대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구결과 구축된 시스템은 원천정보를 중앙의 통합데이터베이스에 저장하여 이를 사용자의 요구에 의해 인터넷을 통해 전달하는 FTP와 웹 EDI 방식을 결합한 하이브리드 형태이다.인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technologica

Effect of Floor Plan Characteristics on Housing Price - Focused on the Apartment in 3 Gangnam Districts since 2005 - (공동주택 평면특성의 가격영향에 관한 연구 - 강남3구의 2005년 이후 분양주택을 중심으로 -)

  • The study analyzed the effects of the floor plan characteristics on the apartment price under the national housing size in 3 Gangnam districts for decades, the primary apartment markets in Korea. The analysis showed that the storage spaces such as kitchen, warehouses and dressage rooms have a positive effect on the price. Especially, the highly opened space with three-side open plan and the one with the unified type of livingroom, diningroom and kitchen have shown the strong effect on the price. For the kitchen spaces, the I-shaped kitchen tends to be more expensive while a centered living room has a positive effect on the price. These findings have an academic significance as the direct effects of plan characteristics on price has been examined unlike prior research focused on the analysis of trend, basic statistics, and satisfaction level. It is noteworthy that these research finding has identified the productive implication for the future floor plan design and pricing and also be implemented in the purchasing decision making by buyers in the housing market.

EDI 활용이 저조한 사유로는 전송시간이 많이 걸리며, EDI 소프트웨어가 작동되지 않으며, 수신확인이 되지 않기 때문이라 응답을 하였다. 이처럼 오늘날 항만물류산업이 겪고 있는 물류 데이터 흐름이 단절적 현상은 시간이 흐를수록 해결 될 기미가 보이고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리 나라가 겪고 있는 물류관련 업무를 한번의 데이터 입력으로 해결할 수 있는 원스톱 서비스 시스템개발을 목표로 우선 PORT-MIS EDI 업무를 처리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 향후 화주, 운송사, 선사, 포워더, 창고업자,하역회사, 철도청, 화물터미널, 컨테이너 터미널, 해양수산청, 관세청, 출입국관리사무소, 검역소 사이에 서로 교환되는 적하목록, Booking List, 컨테이너 Pick up정보, 위험물 정보, COPINO 정보를 비롯하여 대 관세청 신고 등 수출컨테이너 화물업무의 전반적인 영역으로까지 쉽게 확대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구결과 구축된 시스템은 원천정보를 중앙의 통합데이터베이스에 저장하여 이를 사용자의 요구에 의해 인터넷을 통해 전달하는 FTP와 웹 EDI 방식을 결합한 하이브리드 형태이다.CS Cell 방식에 의한 위치결정방식을 채택하였는데, 이것은 PCS망을 기반으로 데이터를 주고받이며 인터넷 단말기로 확장 가능한 PCS 단말기를 사용해서 위치추적을 하는 시스템이다. 이러한 시스템을 선정하게된 배경은 단말기아 망 이용료의 가격이 저렴하여 현실적으로 트럭이 쉽게 부착할 수 있다는 장점이 있으며 나아가 인터넷 단말기를 활용하여 차량과 관제센터사이에 메시지 전송 등 부가적인 서비스가 가능하기 때문이다.비교한 결과 토사 유출 억제효과는 한지형과 나지형잔디들의 혼합형(MixtureIII)과 자생처리구(MixtureV), Italian ryegrass와 자생식물의 혼합형(MixtureIV)등에서 비교적 낮은 수치를 토사유출량을 기록하였다. 이러한 결과는 자생식물들이 비록 초기생육속도는 외래도입초종에 떨어지지만 토사유출의 억제효과면에서는 이들 외래초종에 필적할 수 있음을 나타낸다고 할 수 있겠다.중량이 약 115kg/$m^2$정도로 나타났다.소 들(환경의 의미, 사람의 목적과 지식)보다 미학적 경험에 주는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 사람들에게 비슷한 미학적 경험을 발생시키는 것 이 밝혀졌다. 다시 말하면 모든 사람들은 그들의 문화적인 국적과 사회적 인 직업의 차이, 목적의 차이, 또한 환경의 의미의 차이에 상관없이 아름다 운 경관(High-beauty landscape)을 주거지나 나들이 장소로서 선호했으며, 아름답다고 평가했다. 반면에, 사람들이 갖고 있는 문화의 차이, 직업의 차 이, 목적의 차이, 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인

A Guidance Methodology Using Ubiquitous Sensor Network Information in Large-Sized Underground Facilities in Fire (대형 지하시설물에서 화재발생 시 USN정보를 이용한 피난 유도 방안)

  • Because of the insufficiency of ground space, the utilization of underground is getting more and more in these days. Moreover, underground space is being used not only buildings but multipurpose space for movement, storage and shopping. However, ground space has vital weakness for fire compared to ground space. Especially in case of underground shopping center, there are various stuffs to burn and poisonous gas can be exposed on this count when the space is burned. A large number of casualties can be also occurred from conflagration as underground space has closed structures that prevent rapid evacuation and access. Therefore, this research proposes the guidance methodology for evacuation from conflagration in large-sized underground facilities. In addition, suggested methodology uses high technology wireless sensor information from up-to-date ubiquitous sensor networks. Fire information collected by sensors is integrated with existing underground facilities information and this is sent to guidance systems by inducing process. In the end, this information is used for minimum time paths finding algorithm considering the passageway capacity and distance. Also, usefulness and inadequacies of proposed methodology is verified by a case study.

Risk Factor Analysis for Preventing Foodborne Illness in Restaurants and the Development of Food Safety Training Materials (레스토랑 식중독 예방을 위한 위해 요소 규명 및 위생교육 매체 개발)

  • Recently, with the rapid expansion of the franchise restaurants, ensuring food safety has become essential for restaurant growth. Consequently, the need for food safety training and related material is in increasing demand. In this study, we identified potentially hazardous risk factors for ensuring food safety in restaurants through a food safety monitoring tool, and developed training materials for restaurant employees based on the results. The surveyed restaurants, consisting of 6 Korean restaurants and 1 Japanese restaurant were located in Seoul. Their average check was 15,500 won, ranging from 9,000 to 23,000 won. The range of their total space was 297.5 to $1322.4m^2$, and the amount of kitchen space per total area ranged from 4.4 to 30 percent. The mean score for food safety management performance was 57 out of 100 points, with a range of 51 to 73 points. For risk factor analysis, the most frequently cited sanitary violations involved the handwashing methods/handwashing facilities supplies (7.5%), receiving activities (7.5%), checking and recording of frozen/refrigerated foods temperature (0%), holding foods off the floor (0%), washing of fruits and vegetables (42%), planning and supervising facility cleaning and maintaining programs of facilities (50%), pest control (13%), and toilet equipped/cleaned (13%). Base on these results, the main points that were addressed in the hygiene training of restaurant employees included 4 principles and 8 concepts. The four principles consisted of personal hygiene, prevention of food contamination, time/temperature control, and refrigerator storage. The eight concepts included: (1) personal hygiene and cleanliness with proper handwashing, (2) approved food source and receiving management (3) refrigerator and freezer control, (4) storage management, (5) labeling, (6) prevention of food contamination, (7) cooking and reheating control, and (8) cleaning, sanitation, and plumbing control. Finally, a hygiene training manual and poster leaflets were developed as a food safety training materials for restaurants employees.
