This study analyzes the visual access opportunities of neighborhood park users using the Space Syntax theory. In order to achieve this goal, 27 neighborhood parks were selected and 27 axial maps drawn according to the spatial configuration of the sites. Based on the axial map data, this study has calculated some specific space syntax indices, including Connectivity, Integration, and Intelligibility using the Axwoman ver 3.0 based on the Arcview 3.2 application. The value of the representative indices were used to examine visual access opportunities presented by the parks. This study was conducted in two aspects: one focusing on the entire space and another focusing on only the main entrance of the parks. The former used integration and intelligibility values and the latter used connectivity and integration values to evaluate the visual access opportunities of the sites. As a result, this study found that some parks, including Joongang, Balsan, and Sangdang, have high visual access opportunities in terms of the spatial configuration surrounding the park, which shows an integration value higher than 2, and also having intelligibility values higher than 0.7. This is the result of the grid land use pattern surrounding the parks and the straight roads that are closely linked to the main entrances of the parks. It is expected that this methodology and results will be used for locating neighborhood parks during the urban planning stage as providing reasonable evidence.

강원대학교와 삼척대학교의 통합은 강원도에 산재한 5개 대학 간에 논의된 연.통합의 연장선이며, 1도 1 국립대학 추진이라는 다자간의 틀 속에서 추진된 양자 간의 통합이라는 것이 타 대학의 통합 사례와 다른 점이다. 통합으로 인해 입학정원과 대폭적인 기구 감축을 통한 운영의 효율성 강화, 교수의 연구 경쟁력 향상, 학생 충원 및 신입생 수준 향상, 캠퍼스별 특성화, 대학의 혁신역량 제고 등의 성과가 있었다. 그러나 통합 이전 양 대학이 가지고 있던 이질적인 대학 문화의 일체화, 캠퍼스 간의 거리로 인한 접근성의 한계와 업무적 중복성, 정부차원의 행.재정적 지원의 지속 여부는 향후 통합의 성패를 가름하는 매우 중요한 과제로 남아 있다.

최근 많은 국가들이 유역통합관리(IWM: Intergrated Watershed Management)의 개념을 적용하여 하천의 기본단위라 할 수 있는 유역에 적용시켜 유역통합관리의 구현을 모색하고 있다. 유역통합관리는 하천의 관리에 있어 이제까지의 단편적인 접근이 아닌 유역내 다양한 요소들을 종합적으로 고려하여 하천관리를 시도하는 새로운 접근방식이다. 국내에서도 행정구역이라는 공간적인 구분없이 유역을 기본 단위로 관리해야하는 타당성을 인식하고 한국정부에서는 최근에 물관리기본법을 제정하였고 이 법에 유역별 관리원칙을 명시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안양천 유역에 안양천유역협의체 구성에 기초가 되는 안양천의 청사진(blueprint)을 Shared Vision Planning 개념을 적용하여 작성하였다. 안양천의 청사진은 유역관리의 원칙에 입각하여 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 계획 마련을 위해 안양천과 관련된 이해당사자들이 함께 공유할 수 있는 안양천의 비전, 관리원칙 및 목표 등을 제시하여 유역계획의 수립 및 실행을 위한 지침서로 활용하기 위해 되었다.

21세기는 정보기술과 함께 폭증하는 정보의 홍수 속에서 가치 있는 정보를 선택, 판단하고 활용할 수 있는 정보활용능력이 필수적인 사회로 전환되고 있다. 정보 사회 적응을 위한 기본소양 교육이 효과적으로 실천되기 위해서는 정보 소양 학습을 지원하는 다양한 활동이 있어야한다. 교과 교육의 정보화를 실현하는 한 방법으로 교육 과정의 통합적 접근이라고 할 수 있으며, 교육과정의 통합적 접근은 복잡한 사회의 변화에 대한 종합적인 안목을 길러주고, 지식 정보의 폭발적 증가에 보다 적절하게 대응하게 해 준다는 점에서 그 교육적 정당성을 발견할 수 있다. 결국 교육과정의 통합은 급속한 사회의 변화를 교육체제에 조정시키는 수단으로서의 역할을 담당할 수 있다는 점에서 그 교육적 의미가 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계화된 ICT 교육과정을 편성하였으며 그 편성 방향은 ICT를 기본으로 하여 여러 교과를 통합지도 할 수 있는 교육과정을 조직하고 이를 웹 기반 교수 학습 형태로 제시하였다.

웹 서비스는 최근 가장 주목받고 있는 기술 중 하나이다 오늘날 웹 서비스는 간단한 데이터 공유에서부터 대규모의 인터넷 판매 및 통화 교환. 애플리케이션 통합 시나리오의 범주까지 다양한 분야에서 전개되고 있다 또한 웹 서비스는 모바일, 디바이스, 그리드 시나리오 등에도 적용되고 있다. 현재 웹서비스는 이기종간에 구축된 서비스를 통합하고 호환시키는데 많은 중점을 두고 있다. 설기서 반드시 필요한 부분이 이기종 간의 인증 부분이다 서로 다른 시스템에 접근하기 위해서 사용자는 여러 번의 인증절차를 거쳐야 한다. 본고에서는 사용자의 인증절차를 통합하고, 접근 권한에 대한 제어를 위해 WS-Security의 표준안에 포함된 보안 토큰을 이용한 통합 인증 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 클라우드 기반 자산 및 부실예측관리 통합 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서, 각기 독립된 모듈에서 처리된 데이터를 기초로 거래관리 모듈로 통합하여, 자산 및 부실예측을 평가하고 통합지원 시스템의 데이터 및 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 자산 및 부실채권 회수 및 관리의 효율성을 높인다. 또한 제안 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 운영되므로 정보화를 통한 경영혁신 및 경영정보를 활용한 리스크관리 시스템을 처리하는데 목적을 둔다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 고객 및 기업의 전략경영 등의 기능을 강화하여 업무투명성, 비용절감, 고객 접근성이 기존시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

정부의 주민통합서비스 실현 방안은 최근 사회복지계의 이슈가 되고 있는 사회복지전달체계의 개편 방안의 일환으로 지역중심의 통합복지서비스를 제공하려는 의도는 인정될 수 있으나 보건과 복지의 통합도 시범사업에서 실패한 경험적 사실을 깨닫지 못하고 복지, 보건, 고용, 주거, 문화, 생활체육을 행정적으로 통합하면 문제가 해결된다는 안이하고 지극히 비현실적인 접근방법이라 할 수 있다고 지적하였다.

Lately innovation is perceived as a systemic, horizontal phenomenon and requires a new governance for innovation. Subsequently, broader societal questions enter the domain of innovation policy and coordination and integration between innovation policy and various other policy domains, such as economic, educational, social, regional and environmental policies become crucial. Definitions of policy integration include terms such as coherence, cooperation, coordination and put great emphasis on joint working to promote synergies among policies and reduce duplication and the use of the same goals to formulate policy. As innovation capabilities of the private sector have improved and it has become unclear who to catch up with, the Korean government, a leading player in the process of "catch-up," is likely to have more difficulties in maintaining the old way of planning and executing policies. The Korean government is now under the pressure of planning technologies and policies that do not allow any easy imitation or copy of other advanced countries longer, which in turn reveals various limits of the existing policy framework. Policy integration involves a continual process demanding changes in political, organizational and procedural activities. To ensure long term and cross sectoral innovation policy, overall change and improvement in policy and its implementation needed in terms of political commitments, governance systems, policy instruments and monitoring, and evaluation systems.

We live in an age which is exponentially growing as the knowledge paradigm is changing. New sites are subject to contemporary landscape architecture function as "fields" in which this hybrid aspect is both actively practiced and becoming a catalyst for change in the area of landscape architecture. With this as its background, this study attempts to deal with how the aspect of integration in environmental design is manifested. For this purpose, the tendencies for the discussion of integration in various fields of practice were examined: planning theories, urban theories, architecture, public environment, engineering, and landscape architecture. As yet, the discussions of interdisciplinary integration, which occur in practice in these respective fields, mainly tend to be oriented toward the effective implementation of the merits of other related fields. Seen from these examples of practice, integrated design approaches can be found in the following three aspects: design objects, respective professional areas, and methodologies of approaches and design. In terms of design objects, the positions of individual design subjects present themselves as most obvious, and integration or combination of the physical targets that come to exist through design can be easily seen. Most examples of integration turn out to be this, in almost every case of which the theme and the target of expression are integrated via a small number of certain methods. In terms of professional areas, what can be mainly evidenced is how the individual subject acts when the subject designs. The strong points of professionals from each field seem to create synergy, achieving through integration optimum results. In terms of methodologies of approaches and design, there are attempts to create integrated approaches as ways of effective decision-making, in which case the integration of all of the interest parties is of primary concern. As yet, few instances have been found in which integrated design has had enough strength to be seen as a concrete design methodology based on practical examples. However, it is encouraging that theoretical approaches and the necessity for integrated design have been identified from multiple perspectives, and that a practical movement such as landscape urbanism has come into active being. The authors of this study find this point in time to be ripe for discussions on integrated practices in terms of environmental design, on the basis of the synthetic approaches mentioned above.

Many security issues occur in cloud computing service environment such as authentication, access control, and so on. In this paper, we propose an effective authentication and access control model which provide integrated management and control when we access various resources in cloud computing environment. To address these problems, we suggest a context-aware single sign-on and access control system using context-awareness, integrated authentication, access control, and OSGi service platform in cloud computing environment. And we show design and implementation of context-aware single sign-on and access control system. Also we verified the flexibility and convenience of the proposed system through multi fact based integrated authentication in cloud computing environment. We could provide flexible and secure seamless security service by user context in cloud computing environment.
