As the needs for accessing distributed informations and computing resources are increasing the need for network interconnection is growing. There are many of the network management packages including performance management tools; but most of them are not appropriate to be used in heterogeneous interconnected networks. To monitor and to control efficiently the performance of heterogeneous network, first, we have to define all performance parameters in general meaning. We need models and criteria for supporting performance analysis activities of the management system. In this study, we have designed a centralized performance management system based on the OSI management, which can be used in heterogeneous networks.

오늘날 전산망을 통해 대량의 다양한 언어 정보가 일상 언어로 교환되고 있다. 따라서 대량의 이러한 정보를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 언어 정보 처리 시스템이 필요하다. Hausser (1999)와 이기용(1999)는 그러한 언어 정보 처리 시스템으로 데이터베이스 의미론을 주장하였다. 이 의미론의 특징은 자연언어의 정보 처리 시스템 구축에 상업용 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 활용한다는 점이다. 이때 야기되는 문제 중의 하나가 표상(representation)의 문제이다. 그 이유는 언어학의 표상 방법이 데이터베이스 관리 시스템의 표상 방법과 다르기 때문이다. 특히, 관계형 데이터베이스 관리 시스템(RDBMS)에서는 테이블 (table) 형식으로 각종 정보를 표시한다. 따라서, 이 논문의 주안점(主眼点)은 언어학에서 흔히 쓰이는 표상 방법, 즉 문장의 통사 구조를 표시하는 수형(tree)이나 의미 구조를 표시하는 논리 형태(logical form), 또는 단어나 구의 특성을 나타내는 자질 구조(feature structure)를 테이블 형식으로 대체하는 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 더욱이 관계형 데이터베이스 관리 시스템에서는 테이블에 대한 각종 연산, 특히 두 테이블을 연결(link)하는 작업이 가능하고 이런 연산 과정을 통해 정보를 통합하거나 여과할 수 있기 때문에 관련 정보를 하나의 테이블에 표상하거나 정보 자료의 분산 저장과 자료의 순수성을 유지하는 것이 용이하다. 이 논문은 곧 이러한 점을 가급적 간단한 예를 들어 설명하는 데 그 목적이 있다.

기업들은 정보기술 리스크(IT Risk)에 대하여 어떻게 대처하고 있을까? 금융기관이나 공공기관은 태생적으로 이미 위험관리를 적극적으로 수행하고 있다. 정보기술에 대한 위험관리도 지난 10년동안 전산망 마비, 해킹 사고, 디도스 공격, 고객정보 유출 등을 겪으면서 적극적으로 대응해 왔다. 특히 2011년 농협사태는 IT 성과보다는 IT 보안을 훨씬 중요하게 보는 계기가 되었다. IT 보안 인력과 예산이 대폭 강화되고 망분리 사업이 추진되는 것이 대표적인 사례이다. 하지만 그동안 IT 위험관리는 특정 기술에 대한 사전 대응 및 사후 대응 강화에 집중되었다. 현재 IT 위험관리는 단편적 관리에서 종합적 관리로 전환되고 있다. 최근에 많은 기업들이 전사 차원의 정보기술 리스크 거버넌스(IT Risk Governance) 체계를 구축하고 있거나 구축하는 계획을 갖고 있다. 하지만 아직도 IT보안은 전사적으로 통합되지 못하였으며, IT 위험관리 프로세스는 조직에 내재화 되지 못 하였고, IT 성과관리와 연계성은 고려하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT 관리와 기술을 효과적으로 연계하기 위하여, 그리고 IT 성과와 IT 위험을 균형되게 관리하기 위하여 엔터프라이즈아키텍처(EA: Enterprise Architecture) 활용을 제안하고자 한다.

This study focused on whether the existence and type of originals have any effects on box-office performance of the movie. Cultural products have characteristics of experience goods of which consumers hardly know the value of the products before they actually experience the products. To reduce the uncertainty, movie producers may want to use existing contents already made for other type of cultural products, which is generally called of One Source Multi Use. Using 381 Korean box-office data during January 2010 and September 2012, this study found that, first, the existence of original affects positively the movie's box office performance, second, the fiction based original has a positive effect on the movie's box office performance while cartoon and movie/TV based originals do not, and third, the movie type(commercial movie) positively moderates the relationship between fiction based original and movie performance. This study showed that box-office performance is not only affected by the characteristics of the movie itself, but also affected by other conditions including the use of existing originals created for other purposes.

With the advancement of the digital convergence of content and platform, Korean film industry sees good opportunities of maximizing the profits and increased distribution opportunities by independent film makers. Nevertheless, the domestic film market almost entirely relies on the box office sales, which seems to be caused by the stagnation of new additional copyright market. The study aims to address the following problems: First, information asymmetry of the revenues to which the contents providers and the service providers are exposed leads to the distrust among digital film contents businesses and the disadvantages to film makers and investors, in particular. Secondly, the VOD(Video on Demand) market of film industry is adversely affected by the illegal uploads and downloads of film contents, which harms the formation of paid additional market. Based on the examination of current legislation and policy options addressing these issues, the study suggests legislative accomodations and cultural industry policy alternatives to promote the additional market of film industry.

This paper shall suggest the improvement model for invigorating cyber threat information sharing from the national level, which includes, inter alia, a comprehensive solutions such as the legislation of a guideline for information sharing, the establishment of so-called National Center for Information Sharing, the construction and management of a integrated information system, the development of techniques for automatizing all the processes for gathering, analyzing and delivering cyber threat information, and the constitution of a private and public joint committee for sharing information, so much so that it intends to prevent cyber security threat to occur in advance or to refrain damage from being proliferated even after the occurrence of incidents.

When thinking about the essence of color, green is the image that is settled on the plant itself, and it is also the color shining by the sun. Physics tries to explain green of plants in the correlation of sun and moon, and the history of art contemplates how it is expressed on the canvas. The film attempts to represent a realistic green using camera or computer specific to the medium. Many color theorists who explore the essence of color do not trust the mechanical and reductive scientific colorism that began in Newton and seek a completely different way of exploring in psychology and aesthetics. Like Goethe, who opposed Newton, they do not distinguish the human as subject and the color as object, but focus on the internal grounds of the relationship between subject and color. The representation of color in film is a combination of physics and art. Film color can be expanded to the spiritual dimension beyond the previous emotional and aesthetic, even beyond the physical and mental domains.

이 글은 1990년 10월 29일부터 11월 1일까지 서울 아카데미 하우스에서 열린 제11차 국제문헌정보연맹 아시아$\cdot$태평양위원회 학술회의에서 행한 기조연설의 내용이다. 이 학술회의의 주제인 국가정보정책의 현황과 주요 문제를 정리하여 제시하는 것이 기조연설자가 맡은 과제라 보고 첫째, 최근 수년간 한국정부가 입안 실행한 산업정보정책을 살펴보고 둘째, 일반적으로 개발도상국에서 국가산업정보정책은 누가 입안하고, 입안된 정책은 누가 실행하며, 한국의 경우는 어떤지를 살펴보았다. 산업정보정책은 한 나라의 산업정보봉사활동이 이루고자하는 여러 목표들을 열거한 것이며, 다른 분야의 경우와 마찬가지로 정부에 의하여 결정된다. 산업정보정책을 심의 결정하여 공포하는 것도, 지정된 기관에 재정지원을 제공하거나 법적 의무를 지워 공포된 정책을 실행하는 것도 정부의 책임이다. 제6차 경제사회발전 5개년 계획(1987-91) 속에 표시된 한국정부의 전반적 산업정보정책은 $\ulcorner$산업기술정보 유통지원을 강화하여 현행 산업연구원내 기술정보유통센터의 운영을 대폭 강화하고 전국적 온라인 전산망을 구축하여 산업연구원을 명실 상부한 국가의 중추적 기술정보유통기관으로 육성해나가는 한편 이를 토대로 기술정보 거래시장(테크노 마켓트)을 설치 운영$\lrcorner$하는 것이다. 산업정보정책은 산업발달을 위한 정책 속에 통합되고, 그것은 다시 경제발전 및 기타 부문의 국가발전 정책 속에 포함되는 것이 바람직하다. 한국에서 일반경제정책은 경제기획원이, 산업정책은 상공부 가, 기술정책은 과학기술처가, 재정정책은 재무부와 한국은행이, 통신정책은 체신부가 심의 입안한다. 산업정보정책의 일부를 이루는 산업정책 입안의 주요 책임은 상공부의 산업정책국에 있다. 모든 개발도상국에 꼭 같이 적용할 수 있는 국가산업정보정책 입안 및 실행 지침 같은 것을 마련하기는 어렵다. 그것은 이 분야에 개발된 일반모형이 없고 또 개발도상국이라고 하는 것이 동질집단이 아니기 때문이다. 개발도상국 사이에는 그 경제 발전면에서 뿐만 아니라 정보활동 면에서도 큰 수준 차가 있다. 각 개발도상국은 그 나라 고유의 전통과 형편에 맞는 산업정보정책을 마련하여야 한다. 그렇지만 발전 수준이 비슷한 다른 나라의 산업정보정책을 검토하여 자국의 가능성과 제한점을 바르게 이해하는 일은 적절한 정책 입안에 있어서 도움이 될 것이다. 본 기조연설은 아시아와 대양주의 다른 개발도상국 정책 입안자들에게 그러한 검토자료를 제공할 목적으로 행해진 것이다.

To protect financial services against danger of financial accidents and customer information leakage caused by malware, injection attack and so on, Financial Services Commission announced "Financial Networks Security Enhancement Comprehensive Plan", which suggests the guideline of protecting customer information and providing secure financial services by separating network topology and then makes the financial company use network partitioning system. In consequence of this policy, financial companies respectively chose between the physical partitioning mechanism or the logical partitioning mechanism according to their IT environment. This paper suggests an efficient infrastructure configuration plan for making the logical network partition, by comparison of a construction of traditional general equipment and an integrated HCI(Hyper Converged Infrastructure) through 'Hyper Converged' which is one of virualization techniques for developing currently, and the case study of the integrated HCI method.

The prediction of box office performance in performing arts institutions is an important issue in the performing arts industry and institutions. For this, traditional prediction methodology and data mining methodology using standardized data such as cast members, performance venues, and ticket prices have been proposed. However, although it is evident that audiences tend to seek out their intentions by the performance guide poster, few attempts were made to predict box office performance by analyzing poster images. Hence, the purpose of this study is to propose a deep learning application method that can predict box office success through performance-related poster images. Prediction was performed using deep learning algorithms such as Pure CNN, VGG-16, Inception-v3, and ResNet50 using poster images published on the KOPIS as learning data set. In addition, an ensemble with traditional regression analysis methodology was also attempted. As a result, it showed high discrimination performance exceeding 85% of box office prediction accuracy. This study is the first attempt to predict box office success using image data in the performing arts field, and the method proposed in this study can be applied to the areas of poster-based advertisements such as institutional promotions and corporate product advertisements.
