This study starts from interests on an endeavor of each economy unit, especially the enterprises, for the survival and sustainability of themselves. Competition, how to get it, maintain it and advance it! Agreeing the perceivedness of industries, scholars and public; what the core competition of manufacturer is an competitiveness of product, this study focuses on the PLM system as the key solution for obtaining the competitiveness of product with reviewing the contents and studies of PLM formulated. PLM is highlighted as the one of top tier ICT solution for the product development domain of manufacturing industry today. First of all, this study deals with the opinion of actual work-site and management of our small&medium business for the benefits of PLM based on product development; the impact on the performances of management, which is the key objective of the existence of enterprises. In conclusion, the answers for these questionnaires shows positive perception of actual work-sites and managers for the PLM system. They agree some useful effects on shortening the term and downsizing the cost of product development due to Data integration and Process management, even if they have not full confidence on the effectiveness of the individual functionality of the PLM system.

당사 제품인 건설 중장비용 대형 용접 구조물에 대하여, 설계단계부터 구조해석 및 초도품에 대한 Rig Test, 실차 시험 등 여러 단계를 거쳐 내구성을 평가하고 있다. 그러나 용접품 특성상 수명 평가 및 예측이 용이하지 않아 특히 내구성 개선 또는 효율 증대를 위한 경량화 등의 필요에 따른 설계 변경시 시행착오를 거치는 경우가 많다. 이에 개발 일정의 지연, 시험 비용의 증대 등이 불가피하고, 보증 수명의 증대를 통한시장 확대 등에 있어서도 애로가 있다. 또한 기존 Rig Test의 경우도 실제 사용환경과의 차이 등으로 인해 필드에서의 사용 수명을 예측하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 당 센터에서는 통계적 분석을 통한 사용 조건의 DB 구축과 제품 품질 DB의 구축 및 통합을 통하여 제관품의 특성을 반영한 용접 구조물의 가속 수명 평가법의 신뢰도 향상과 시장 목표에 부합하는 최적 설계 달성을 위한 독자적 Tool을 개발하고 있으며, 이에 대한 첫 번째 과제로 기확보 데이터에 대한 상관관계를 분석하였다.

In this paper, we have developed sensor composited heater of 2-pin, and unified the fuel filter. In order to evaluate the performance of the 2-pin sensor composited fuel heater, we have make of the low temperature fluidity system. The one measure and analysis the electrical and oil flow quantity characteristics at an input and out port of 2-pin sensor composited fuel heater. Especially, in the characteristics verification elements of the proposed goods, we use the test chamber for the temperature variable and oil flow quantity test, and designed an embedded system for interfacing an engine. By interfacing both user and the system, it support an experimental and date gathering function in 2-pin sensor composited fuel filter. And then test the temperature, oil pressure, electrical characteristics and oil flow quantity in variable status from - 30 ℃ to + 80 ℃. These can help us to determine the quality and performance of elementary goods.

So far, there have been mary studies on human emotions and the emotional side of products in the field of emotional engineering. Contemporary emotion-related researches have focused mainly on the relationship between product aesthetics and the emotional responses elicited by the products, but little is known about emotions elicited from using the products. In this study we have extracted some emotional words that can come up during user interaction with a product and reveal emotional changes. Firstly, we assembled a set of emotional words that were sufficient to represent a general overview of Korean emotions, collected from various literature studies in the field of psychology, linguistics, emotional engineering. Secondly, we found emotional words from collecting user opinion on the website. In this study, we used heavy traffic websites such as shopping mall and mania sites. Finally the emotional words were collected from verbal protocols by using Think Aloud technique. The collected words were integrated according to standards and they were applied on evaluation survey twice for evaluating their appropriateness. This survey was conducted for identification of emotional expressions while using a product. Finally, we extracted 88 emotional words for measuring user's emotions expressed while using products. And we categorized the 88 words to form 6 groups by using factor analysis. The 6 categories that were extracted as a result of this study, such as aesthetics, satisfaction in usability, novelty, uncomfortable- ness, pleasure and excellence were found to be user's representative emotions expressed while using products. It is expected that emotional words and user's representative emotions extracted in this study will be used as subjective evaluation data that is required to measure user's emotional changes while using a product.

국내 염색가공업에 종사하는 중소기업은 약 1,700여개 업체로써, 평균 50억/년 매출을 하고 있으며, 생산의 대부분을 임가공에만 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 이들 염색가공업체들은 섬유제품의 품질 향상 등을 위해 전처리, 염색, 가공이라는 섬유습식공정을 행하게 되는데 그 공정이 따로 분리되어 있어 임가공 업체 입장에서는 시간과 비용 차원에서 비효율적인 면이 존재하여 왔다. 따라서 공정합리화, 원가합리화를 위해 따로 분리되어 있는 위 공정을 통합하려는 시도를 많이 했지만 전처리/염색 공정의 통합에서 일부 성과가 있었을 뿐 효과면에서는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 가공이란 공정은 그사용 약제의 특수성에 따라 기존 Padding-Drying-Curing이라는 3 step process를 반드시 필요로 하고 있기 때문에 가공 공정의 통합은 시도조차 이루어지지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 염색공정과 가공공정의 통합을 시도하기 위해서는 관련 약제 개발이 출발이라 할 수 있으며 그 첫 대상은 염색 공정의 소핑과 가공공정의 유연처리를 동시에 행할 수 있는 소핑유연제로 선정하려 한다. 즉 셀룰로오스계 섬유의 반응성 염색 후 소핑 공정에서 일액형 소핑유연제, 한가지 제품만을 간편하게 사용해도 소핑효과와 유연효과를 동시에 얻어 후속 유연처리 공정을 생략할 수 있는 것이다. 그렇게 되면 시간적으로나 비용적으로 큰 절감 효과를 가져와 임가공 업체의 부담을 덜어 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공정 통합을 통해 배출되는 폐수의 양도 상당량 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구 결과, 폴리옥시에틸렌 트리데실 에테르 타입의 계면활성제와 개질된 디메틸폴리실록산 계열의 실리콘 오일, 그리고 이들의 상용성을 확보하기 위한 특수 용제 및 첨가제를 최적의 비율로 배합하여 안정한 일액형 복합 소핑유연제를 제조할 수 있었다. 제조된 소핑유연제는 유백색 반투명 액상의 외관을 가지며 pH(10%solution)는 $7{\pm}1$, 고형분은 $13.5{\pm}0.5%$이었다. 이 소핑유연제의 성능 평가결과, 소핑력은 기존의 소핑제와 동등 수준으로 세탁견뢰도 4급이상의 성능을 보였고, 유연성 면에서도 기존의 유연제와 동등 수준으로 평가되었다. 이로써 기존의 분리된 소핑 공정과 유연공정을 개발된 제품을 이용하여 통합할 수 있어 염색현장의 비용절감, 공정단축의 효과를 기대할 수 있게 되었다.

최근 Firewall, IDS와 같은 응용프로그램 수준의 보안 제품은 내부서버 자체의 취약성을 방어하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 TCSEC C2급에 해당하는 보안성을 가지는 리눅스를 LKM(Loadable Kernel Module) 방법으로 B1급 수준의 다중등급 보안을 구현하였다, 따라서 구현된 다중등급 보안 리눅스 커널의 주요 기능을 기술하고, 시험 평가로서 강제적 접근제어, 성능 및 해킹 시험을 실시하였다. 구현된 보안 커널 기반의 리눅스 운영체제는 B1급의 요구사항을 만족하며, root의 권한 제한, DB를 이용한 실시간 감사추적, 해킹차단, 통합보안관리등의 추가적 기능을 제공한다.

본고에서는 개발자에게 단위, 통합 및 서비스 시험에 대한 시험과정 보증문서 작성 기법에 대한 참고자료를 제공하기 위하여, 국내에서 개발된 침입차단시스템과 침입탐지시스템 평가기준에 의한 시험과정 보증요구사항을 분석하여 소프트웨어 공학에 기반한 전통적인 구조적 방법론을 토대로 한 시험과정 보증문서 작성 경험을 기술하고자 한다. 따라서, 개발자는 사용자 요구사항에 의한 객관적이고 체계적인 시험과정을 이해하여 시스템 개발에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 줄일 수 있으며 또한, 정확한 보안 기능명세 및 시험보증 설계$.$개발$.$구현을 통하여 제품의 안전성 및 신뢰성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Many companies launched convergence products that are merged with several functions. Mobile convergence has some advantages such as portable convenience, usability of use, economic advantage that takes parts of the common component among products in the aspects of the digital products. Even though a plenty of items launched by convergence boom in the market, not tons of convergence products succeeded in the market because One of the major reasons is that companies don't take consumer evaluations in the process of the product development. It is important to set up infrastructure and excellent quality of the products for lasting the lifecycle of the convergence items. But, above all, it is imperative to find out how consumers evaluate convergence products and what they are affected to meet their satisfaction. Nevertheless, there are few case studies about consumer evaluations in mobile convergence until now. This study is to find out how consumers evaluate convergence products and what is the factor. This study surveyed 158 subjects and used multi-regression analysis and ANOVA(analysis of variance). The results of this study show that factors such as relative advantages, complexity, observability, perceived convenience affect the attitude of consumers.

One of the critical issues in the management of manufacturing companies is the efficient process of planning and operating service resources such as human, parts, and facilities, and it begins with the accurate service demand forecasting. In this research, service and sales data from the LCD monitor manufacturer is considered for an empirical study on Product Life Cycle (PLC) based service demand forecasting. The proposed PLC forecasting approach consists of four steps : understanding the basic statistics of data, clustering models using a self-organizing map, developing respective forecasting models for each segment, comparing the accuracy performance. Empirical experiments show that the PLC approach outperformed the traditional approaches in terms of root mean square error and mean absolute percentage error.
