  • 의료 기술이나 관련 장비가 발달해온 것과 달리, 현재의 단체 건강검진 환경에는 여러 가지 비효율적 요소들이 존재한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 단체 건강검진 현장의 개선을 위한 전자태그(RFID) 기반 운영관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 데이터베이스를 이용하여 검진과정에서 수집되는 데이터들을 실시간으로 관리하고, 이를 토대로 현장 검진의들의 작업을 지원할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다. 아울러, 수검자들은 검진현장을 순회할 때 기존처럼 문서로 된 검진서식을 지참하는 것이 아니라 개인 RFID 카드를 이용하게 되고, 수검자들의 검진 내역 역시 지속적으로 추적이 가능하다. 결과적으로 제안하는 시스템을 통하여 전체 검진현장의 실시간 통합 관리가 가능하며, 단체 건강검진 현장의 업무효율성과 수검자 편의성이 증진될 수 있다. 아울러, 제안하는 시스템은 건강검진 현장에서 여러 가지 성과지표를 수집, 산출하여 검진 서비스의 지속적인 개선을 위한 토대를 제공한다.

  • Objectives: Immunizations have been one of the most effective measures preventing from infectious diseases. It is quite important national infectious disease prevention policy to keep the immunizations rate high and monitor the immunizations rate continuously. To do this, Korean CDC introduced the National Immunization Registry Program(NIRP) which has been implementing since 2000 at the Public Health Centers(PHC). The National Immunization Registry Program will be near completed after sharing, connecting and transfering vaccination data between public and private sector. The aims of this study was to evaluate the immunization module of non-chart system in private clinic with health information system of public health center(made by POSDATA Co., LTD) and immunization registry program(made by BIT Computer Co., LTD). Methods: The analysis and survey were done by specialists in medical, health field, and health information fields from 2001. November to 2002. January. We made the analysis and recommendation about the immunization module of non-chart system in private clinic. Results and Conclusions: To make improvement on immunization module, the system will be revised on various function like receipt and registration, preliminary medical examination, reference and inquiry, registration of vaccine, print-out various sheet, function of transfer vaccination data, issue function of vaccination certification, function of reminder and recall, function of statistical calculation, and management of vaccine stock. There are needs of an accurate assessment of current immunization module on each private non-chart system. And further studies will be necessary to make it an accurate system under changing health policy related national immunization program. We hope that the result of this study may contribute to establish the National Immunization Registry Program.

  • Wireless sensor networks are expected to play a vital role in the upcoming age of ubiquitous computing such as home environmental, industrial, and military applications. Compared with the vivid utilization of the sensor networks, however, security and privacy issues of the sensor networks are still in their infancy because unique challenges of the sensor networks make it difficult to adopt conventional security policies. Especially, node compromise is a critical threat because a compromised node can drain out the finite amount of energy resources in battery-powered sensor networks by launching various insider attacks such as a false data injection. Even cryptographic authentication mechanisms and key management schemes cannot suggest solutions for the real root of the insider attack from a compromised node. In this paper, we propose a novel trust-based secure aggregation scheme which identifies trustworthiness of sensor nodes and filters out false data of compromised nodes to make resilient sensor networks. The proposed scheme suggests a defensible approach against the insider attack beyond conventional cryptographic solutions. The analysis and simulation results show that our aggregation scheme using trust evaluation is more resilient alternative to median.

An Empirical Study on the Economical Competition Factors of Internet Retailers (인터넷 소매상의 경제적 경쟁요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • 고석하 등(2002)은 인터넷 소매상이 상품 품목의 명목 가격과 배송료를 이용해서 고객의 일회 총 구매 비용을 조절한다는 것을 밝혔다. 고석하 등(2002)은 같은 내용의 상품 조합을 인터넷 시장에서 구매하기 위한 비용과 전통 시장에서 구매하기 위한 비용을 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 그 교호작용과 함께, 상품 종류와 일회 구매액/가격의 크기의 두 요소가 인터넷 시장의 전통 시장에 대한 총 구매비용 할인율의 변동의 약 60%내지 80%를 설명할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 한편, 구매액/가격은 인터넷 시장에서의 해당 산포도(전통 시장의 그것에 대비한)에는 거의 영향을 미치지 못하며, 상품의 종류도 산포도에는 할인율에서와 같이 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 인터넷 시장의 가격이나 구매비용 산포도는 상품 특성이나 구매액 크기 이외의 다른 요인에 의해서 주로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 가격 요인 이외의 경제적 경쟁요인에 관한 실증연구로서, 2002년 6월 17일부터 20일까지, 소프트웨어, PC와 주변기기, 휴대폰, 가전제품, CD, 화장품, 그리고 책의 7가지 산업 전문 쇼핑몰과 종합 쇼핑몰을 대상으로, 인터넷 시장에서 수행되고 있는 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인에 관한 실증 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 인터넷 시장에서 수행되고 있는 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인은 매우 다양하며, 상품별로도 다른 특성을 보이고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 인터넷 소매상의 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인은 크게 배송료 면제와 배송료 외 인센티브 제도로 구분된다 본 논문에서는 경제적인 비 가격 경쟁요인의 모든 경우의 수를 고려할 수 있도록, 코드표를 작성하여 정리하고 분석하였다.전체 분석정보의 공유가 필수적으로 발생하게 됨으로, 유전체 정보와 임상정보의 통합은 미래 의료환경에 필수기능이 될 것이다. 3) 각 생명공학 연구소에서 사용하는 첨단 분석 장비와 생명공학 정보시스템의 자동 연계가 필요하다. 현재 국내에는 전국적인 초고속정보망이 가동되어 웹을 기반으로 하는 생명정보의 공유는 기술적으로 문제가 될 수 없으나 임상정보의 유전체연구에 그리고 유전체연구정보의 임상활용은 다양한 문제를 내포하고 있다. 이에 영상을 포함한 환자정보의 유전체연구센터와 병원정보시스템과의 효율적인 연계통합 운영을 위해 국내에서는 초기 도입단계에 있는 국제적인 보건의료정보의 표준인 Health Level 7 (textural information 공유), DICOM (image 및 wave 공유), 관련 ISO표준, WHO의 ICD9/10 (질병분류), LOINC (검사 및 관련용어), SNOMED International (의학용어) 등을 활용하여야 한다.matrix.   • Recently, developing medical devices have a tendency becoming the module for satisfying user's mutual complex needs. Because the most effective method for the observation of patients condition a diagnosis and a treatment is collecting data from various devices and controling operation following it. Module tendency is more popular due to manage easily totally many individual systems. This study implemented communication protocol to control by one control system connecting modular medical devices. Implemented system consist of one master module controlling all module and managing communication and many Slave modules. Communication between each modules introduced SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) among many synchronous serial communication methods for the exact transmission and receipt of data. All communication executes by packet format. This can detect error. And, this protocol introduced PNP(Plug And Play) function that auto-detect connecting or removing module during running. This protocol exactly transmitted and received in faster speed more than 1Mbps. And in practical application to the ventilator this confirmed to give and take real-time data. And various functions by th central control system is implemented in this protocol.

  • XML-based standards such as CCD(Continuity of Care Document) and CCR(Continuity of Care Record) have been developed for representation, integration, and exchange of personal health record(PHR), and various of researches on PHR based on the standards have been conducted. These researches have developed and used CCD/CCR parsers each with their own different ways, but it can be hard to develop and update the parsers because of the structural complexity of the standards. Moreover, inter-exchange between CCD and CCR documents in the PHR-related medical information systems should be possible for the interoperability of the systems. Therefore, we proposed a designing method to develop the tools treating XML-based CCD/CCR documents. And we implemented CCD/CCR parser based on the proposed method and developed a converter from CCD to CCR using the parsers. To confirm the usefulness of the developed tool, we performed an experiment of creating CCD documents using the personal health data gathered from chronically ill patients in Kyungpook National University Hospital and of converting from the CCD documents to CCR documents.

  • In overseas-hospital construction, the digital hospital is a trend that is based on the developments of the information and communication technologies, state-of-the-art medical equipment, smart health, and telemedicine. Along with the increasing proportion of IT, this has resulted in the spreading of the concept throughout city-like hospitals and their transformation into digital hospitals. In the hospital-construction business, IT is a key element that will link the modernization of the mechanical, electrical, and equipment systems, construction, and medical equipment for efficiency maximization through integration. The purpose of this study is the analysis of the market-expansion success factors through the construction of a success-story-based, IT-driven overseas-hospital business. The digital-hospital concept and the development process are analyzed through a literature review, and the success factors are analyzed in terms of the cost, time, and quality that are proposed in the project-management body of knowledge. The main contributions of this study regarding the success factors are as follows: First, a cost-side need exists regarding the establishment of strategic-value engineering in terms of increasing the value from the perspectives of the IT and operational infrastructures; second, in terms of the construction time, all of the hospital systems must comply with the established deadlines for the integrated test and commissioning; and lastly, in terms of quality, it is important to ensure that the System Integration digital-hospital services are delivered according to the user requirements.

  • 본 논문에서는 전산화 및 통합된 환경에서 의료정보처리 요구사항을 만족시키기 위하여 만성질환 클러스터링 기법을 제안하고, 이를 서비스 지향형 PACS-Grid 플랫폼에 적용하여 그 성능을 평가한다. 마지막으로 제안된 시스템 형상이 기존의 PACS-Grid 보다 데이터 처리 성능이 개선되었음을 보여준다.

A Study on the Strengthening of the Library's Role via the Provision of Health Information Service (건강정보서비스 제공을 통한 도서관의 역할강화에 관한 연구)

  • Today, interest in health information has risen overall due to the aging society, increased public interest in the quality of life, and the increased state's interest in reducing medical costs. Accordingly, efforts have been made across the library and information science in terms of academic research, libraries in terms of providing health specialized services, and the state, yet policies and strategies for providing the health related information in an integrated and systematic manner through the libraries have not been proposed with clarity to date. Thus, this study aimed to propose a method to provide the health information in an integrated manner by the libraries through the previous studies, policy studies, and case studies. Consequently, it proposes to build a system to integrate the health information, build an overall database of the health related information, develop and operate a health specialized library program, operate a general support center for the health information service, and build a cooperative network among the related departments and institutions for the health information service. The details proposed by this study is likely to contribute to developing services for improving the health of the citizens of this country.

PHR Profiling System Based on FHIR (FHIR 기반 개인건강기록 프로파일링 시스템 개발방법)

  • HL7 released V3 CDA(Clinical Document Architecture) and V2.x message standards for medical information exchange. Currently, these standards are successfully adopted by a number of nations across the globe. However, substantial amount of time is required to develop and implement these standards. Moreover, developers need a lot of time to understand these standards. To solve these issues from 2011, the HL7 standard framework started to discuss Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources(FHIR) as next generation standard of healthcare information exchange. People's interests toward personal health record and smartphone penetration rate are growing and increasing rapidly. Therefore, our research team believes it is necessary to develop a PHR profiling system which could be accessed by using a smartphone and we developed the system. Through a FHIR Profile editor tool developed in Furore, we found that improvements could be made in generating and changing the profile. In order to build the PHR Profiling system, an Open-API on FHIR is used for exchanging information between electronic medical record system and PHR Profiling system. In the PHR Profiling system, the transactions of information between two systems are provided by RESTful service. In this study, we verify the efficiency of development of the PHR Profiling system through FHIR.
