Nowadays, domestic construction companies make an effort to share knowledge and experience accumulated while conducting a project. One way of improving knowledge sharing is to develop specifications which are linked to the expert's knowledge and experience based on the specification classification. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to review the current domestic specification system and develop the specification linked to the construction lessons learned database. It is expected that the proposed specification system will support the decision making process by effectively providing the knowledge and solution.

The purpose of this study is to develope an algorithm which generates trip plans based on rating points of travel app users and travel experts to help potential travellers experience their desired destinations in advance. This algorithm uses the above rating points and the gradually created hierarchy to generate the most preferred and efficient trip courses. Users can go through video clips or panoramic VR videos of the actual destinations from their trip plans generated by the algorithm which may add excitement to their actual trips. With our heuristic methods, the more users input their ratings, the better trip plans can be generated. This algorithm has been tested on android OS and proven efficient in generating trip plans. This research introduces a way to experience travel destinations with panoramic VR video and proposes the algorithm which generates trip plans based on users' ratings. It is expected to be useful for travellers' trip planning and to contribute growth in the travel market.

Value and importance of online information are increased day by day as the knowledge and information society is emerging. However there is little study on information assessments due to the lack of the valid methodologies and models in this field. In this study we proposed a model of the economic value assessments for online information and utilized it to the contents of ITFIND which is an integrated IT information system supported by the MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication). We measured information value of ITFIND as follows: (1) both 'use value' and 'exchange value,' (2) annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person by the category of each information, and (3) annual economic value of $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ of ITFIND information based on it's users' annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person.

In recent years, the development of weapons systems in the field of defense research and development has become increasingly large, complex, and long-term, and so have budgets and the time spans involved. In order to improve this, the Weapon Systems Requirement Verification Committee, which benchmarked the preliminary feasibility of the private sector, was established to verify the appropriateness of requirements, and the necessity and priority of the projects. This research proposes a methodology for analyzing and prioritizing proposed weapons systems for effective and strategic allocation of defense budget funding. First, the evaluation factors that can be used in the defense sector were assessed by analyzing the related fields. We set the weighting of items by using the analytical hierarchy process for technical risk assessment and technical profitability evaluation. After that, we applied the methodology to 32 weapons systems and analyzed the results. In conclusion, through this study, it was possible to analyze profitability dimensions overlooked in the existing methodology.

Flash Translation Layer(FTL) which enables NAND Flash memory-based storage system to be used as a block device is designed considering only characteristics of NAND Flash memory. However, since FTL precesses I/O requests which survived against buffer replacement algorithm, FTL algorithm has tight relationship with buffer replacement algorithm. Therefore, if we do not consider both FTL and buffer replacement algorithms, it is difficult to predict the actual I/O performance of the computer systems that have Flash memory-based storage system. The necessity of FTL and buffer replacement algorithm co-design arises here. In this work, we implemented I/O performance evaluation tool, IPSiNS, which simulates both the buffer replacement and FTL algorithms, simultaneously.

In this paper, we designed the open service platform based on integrated type of individual customized service and intelligent information technology with individual's complex attributes and requests. First, the data collection phase is proceed quickly and accurately to repeat extraction, transformation and loading. The generated data from extraction-transformation-loading process module is stored in the distributed data system. The data analysis phase is generated a variety of patterns that used the analysis algorithm in the field. The data processing phase is used distributed parallel processing to improve performance. The data providing should operate independently on device-specific management platform. It provides a type of the Open API.

This study reviewed the structural and operational systems of two professional learning communities in Korean society and analyzed their strengths and weaknesses: the Association of Korean History Teachers and the Communities of Elementary School Classroom Management. In order to analyze these cases, Robey's organizational change model was used as a theoretical frame. Two research methods were mainly employed for this study: literature review and on-site interviews. The analysis found several strengths (easy accessibility, led by teachers' initiative and autonomous will, abundant and practical teaching solutions) and weaknesses (financial burden, lack of theoretical background, sporadic participants). In conclusion, this study suggests three strategies for an educational leader who has an important role in developing a teacher's professionalism: 1) Make an institutional effort to stimulate teachers' motivation to learn, 2) Create a strong network of university professors and other experts for career advice, 3) Build a synthesized and consolidated system.

This study is intended for the development of urgent facing strategies for the designation of a CFZ(Customs Free Zone) in Incheon city. First, it analyzes the current status of the Incheon CFZ. Next, it suggests several strategies for successfully growing the CFZ of Incheon City. Finally, it develops and proposes a method for establishing an integrated management system for the effective management of the CFZ. The key findings of this study are as follows: First, the CFZ should provide state-of-the-art movement of port logistics, create new added value caused by the movement of logistics, and provide other public support. The Incheon CFZ should be developed in three stages: an inducement stage in 2002-2005, a growth stage in 2005-2008, and an implementation stage in 2008-2011. Second, The parties responsible for the management of the CFZ would be as follows: for the port area, the Ministry of Maritime and Fisheries; for the back space of CFZ, Incheon City; and for port management, port management companies. However, a committee for CFZ management is strongly suggested for the improved efficiency and effectiveness of CFZ management. Furthermore, additional regulations ensuring the role of local government will likely be necessary for the sucessful designation and sustainable management of the CFZ. Third, For the creation of additional revenue, reformation of the current laws of the CFZ are recommended in the area of business administration. Fourth, A strategic marketing plan that supports the successful management of the companies of the CFZ will be a key component in the success of the CFZ. Thus, the new marketing plan should be developed in the near future based on case studies of other CFZs. Fifth A method for an integrated CFZ management system was developed and suggested for the comprehensive and transparent management of port logistics.

Spatial heterogeneous characteristics of solar radiation energy from Climate Change gives rise to energy imbalance in the general ecological system including water resources. To understand energy flow, flux towers are up and running throughout the world. In step with, in domestic major areas, there have been observed using several flux towers. In this study, downward shortwave radiation, downward long wave radiation, and net radiation that take important part in hydro-meteorology and ecology were calculated by proposed physical equations using flux data of the Seolmacheon and Choengmicheon, then, the calculated net radiation and observed net radiation were individually compared and validated. The results confirmed applicability of physical methods for insufficient hydro-meteorological data and possibility for observed data of hydro-meteorological variables.

Through Korean Smart-Navigation Project we are tasking with a VDES test network construction and service solution development. In this task, we design a structure that interoperates the VDES network with the service host/client simulator which is communication framework for efficient and reliable and seamless service. The proposed structure includes interface design between VDES test equipments which is VDES shore station, mobile station, gate way, service host and client. And detailed design includes message definition, interface design, operation scenario, equipment design and implementation for VDES test network. After implementing these test equipments with proposed design, we will firstly proceed the test equipment integration and interface test indoors for VDES test network. After fully verifing the VDES test network through indoor tests, we will construct the VDES shore station and mobile station and conduct the sea area tests by 2020.
