In this paper, we propose an object-oriented modeling technique using UML(Unified Modeling Language) for accessibility of user and efficiency of facilities under Web-based integrated manufacturing management system application. For this, we first collect user requirements and related technology of integrated manufacturing system, and then design proposed system considering business flow and various essential design part(class, component, package, use case, and etc) to reduce system risk as well as communicate peacefully between developers in system redevelopments. Additionally, we develop database of manufacturing master code, check management, repair management and error management for proposed systems. Finally, we design and implement our three main modules; manufacturing check module, manufacturing repair module, manufacturing error module under Web-based environments with JSP language.

벽산건설(주)은 최근 '열병합발전과 개별난방 통합 시스템’을 개발, 특허를 획득했다. 이 기술은 아파트에 소형 열병합발전기를 설치하는 중앙난방방식과 기존 개별난방방식이 합쳐진 통합 시스템 이다. 이 시스템은 열병합발전 시스템과 개별난방 시스템을 동시에 실시, 열병합발전에서 발생하는 폐열을 이용해 급탕수 온도를 높여 이를 직접 배출시키거나 개별보일러로 공급해 개별보일러의 연료 소모량을 절감토록 한 것이다. 벽산건설(주)이 개발한 '열병합발전과 개별난방 통합 시스템’에 대해 살펴본다.

The integrated prevention of disaster management system is collected prevention of disaster data from prevention of disaster relation other systems and smart sensor in USN. This system manages fire fighting facility effectively. The relation equipment which is used in existing and network using "Open Protocols" about under using the support system which is integrated effectively as the destroyer. It connects CCTV, the sensitivity environmental sensor, automatic fire detection equipment and security equipment and air flow equipment system using Internet. The System Server was collected monitoring data at the each equipment and processing by operational scenario. It will verified the effectiveness of operational scenario and integrated prevention of disaster management system

Recently, as shown demands and the need for Cloud dig data, large-scale data centers, as well as factory unit's have also vigor. This study focuses the system design that can integrate various facilities on the data center build upon of the factory and the midsize group. Because the integrated facilities management of midsize groups should have variety of sensors and devices requires integrated monitoring system that can manage them as a whole. In this study, it constitutes a integrated model protocol interface of the various facilities, it suggests ways to avoid the errors that may occur during design to study the development and systematically carried out. For this purpose, this study provides the analysis of a failure information delivery time and integration scenario for efficient analysis and evaluation of an integrated monitoring system.

최근 정보통신시장이 성숙기에 도달함에 따라, 기존 통신을 기반으로 한 타 분야와의 통합 또는 융합에 대한 관심이 매우 높다. 그 중 유무선 통합은 종래에는 분리된 영역이라고 여겨왔던 유선과 무선 영역이 서로 부분적으로 또는 단계적으로 연결, 공유 또는 통합되는 현상이다. 본 논문에서는 유무선 통합 서비스에 대한 개념과 국내외의 유무선 통합 서비스 현황을 살펴보고 향후 발전방향을 논한다.

사회 기간산업이라 할수 있는 전기, 가스 석유등의 대단위 산업설비들은 사고 발생시 대량의 인명, 재산 피해를 가져오기 때문에 고도의 안전관리 시스템 하에서 운용되고 있다 이러한 기존 산업설비들의 안전관리는 서로 분산, 독립적인 안전관리 시스템들을 사용하고 있다 분산, 독립적인 안전관리 시스템은 산업설비에 대한 사고나 고장발생시 대부분 사람에 의존한 상황처리 작업을 수행하게 된다. 즉 사고가 발생하면 다른 안전관리 시스템들을 확인하고 그 결과를 통합하는 과정을 거처 상황처리에 대한 대책을 세우게 된다 이러한 과정은 추가적인 인력소모와 시간소모가 발생하게 되고 상황처리자의 미숙한 상황처리로 인한 사고가 발생하기도 한다. 본논문에서는 이러한 독립 안전관리 시스템의 단점을 극복하고 사고 발생시 신속, 정확하고 효율적인 상황처리를 위해 개별적인 안전관리 모니터 시스템들을 통합하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 기존의 독립적이고 단편적인 상황추론을 국복하고자 통합된 지식베이스와 모니터 시스템들의 실시간 자료에 근거한 블랙보드 기반의 제어지식을 이용하여 종합적인 상황추론을 수행한다. 이를 위하여 각 시설물들에 대한 고장진단 시스템을 포함하는 지능형 원격감시 제어 통합시스템을 제안한다.
