Today, the curtain wall is used in many construction projects because of excellent economical efficiency and constructability. The life-cycle process of curtain wall construction consists of the architectural design, curtain wall design, manufacturing, const겨ction, and maintenance phase which has become one of the most important objects that have to be managed. Since the general management method focused on each separated phase, it has accompanied many problems such as increases of the cost and duration, and loss of productivity. To solve these problems, it is necessa교 to have a new management method based on supply chain management. Thus this research analysed the processes of stick system, semi-unit system, unit system, and panel system classified by the type of the curtain wall, and suggested proper methods of application of SCM concept to each type of curtain wall construction.

Construction process works in sequence order and there are many different software for managing project and activity. So, there are many limitations such as in the stage of activity data loss can occur, in each stage concurrent cannot operate in construction industry. In order to solve these problem, agents have to cooperate each other and they need to share of data. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop a process model and the process model will be use in the future to make Construction Project Life-Cycle Management based on concept of PLM(Product Life cycle Management) in the manufacturing industry, CE(Concurrent Engineering) and BlM(Building Information Modeling)

This paper focused on exploratory testing the organizational management area by examining conceptualized relationships between e-commerce usage type and organizational structure. The research model consists of three e-commerce usage type such as buy-side, internal, sell-side activities and four organizational structure dimensions like decentralization, specialization, formalization, and administration intensity. An interview and an e-mail survey of managers were used to obtain information on the variables relevant to e-commerce activities and organizational structure. The data resulted in response from 58 companies. Major findings of this research are summarized as follows: buyer related e-commerce activities is positively relate to the administrative intensity and the specialization, internal process is positively relate to the formalization, while customer related e-commerce is directly relate to the decentralization and the specialization in terms of organizational management.

The main purpose of this study is to develop a system and data model extracted from the TO-BE process model of rental apartments to promote information exchange based on knowledge obtained through maintenance status analysis. Currently, it is difficult to find examples suggesting a data model through a process analysis of maintenance in rental apartments. Thus, this study intends to suggest a process as well as a data model to promote the development of a maintenance system for rental apartments by using building management knowledge, utilization of standardized tools, and existing FM (Facility Management) techniques to break through limitations in actual application. Ultimately, this study aims to show examples of document-oriented analysis and information technology for middle managers in charge of the maintenance of rental apartments, as well as work analysts developing the maintenance system. In further research beyond this study, complex issues on the maintenance of rental apartments, legal restrictions on customary practices of maintenance activities, effects of the scales of maintenance practices, requirements to perform maintenance activities, evaluation on the status of maintenance, life cycle cost and risks will be investigated.

In a make-to-order manufacturing environment, the manufacturer's quotation information is important information used as basic information for bidding, receiving orders, and producing products in response to various customer demands. This quotation information is changed according to various factors such as customer demands, changes in product production environment, changes in drawing information of technical partners, and technological improvement of products. Due to this change, various changes occur in the quotation information that the manufacturer is preparing to reflect the customer's requirements. The change of quotation information according to these various change factors puts a lot of burden on the quotation management work from the standpoint of a make-to-order manufacturing company. In particular, the change of quotation information due to the change factors of quotation is inevitable and frequently occurs due to the requirements of the customer in the customer-oriented make-to-order production environment. In this paper, we propose a quotation change process based on the quotation creation process and propose a consistent and efficient quotation change processing method. To this end, the factors causing the change of quotation were defined, and the types of changes for each factor were defined. And it shows the procedure of applying the quotation change process to the quotation management system through the cases of each cause of the quotation change. In addition, in order to show the usefulness of the quotation change factors, the type of quotation change, the quotation change process, and the quotation system management, the proposed quotation change process and function was applied in the integrated quotation management system for the ship engine division of a typical make-to-order manufacturing company 'H'. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed quotation change process and management system according to the quotation change factors were efficiently performed.

This study aims to evaluate KOLIS-NET system by usefulness testing of 'KOLIS-NET client integrated system' and by usability testing of 'KOLIS-NET web site'. For evaluating the usefulness of the system, we used searching, ease of use, customer support as criteria, and used brainstorming and in-depth interview as evaluation method. On the other hand, for usability testing of the web site, we used cognitive walkthrough. Evaluation results are categorized and represented as page redesign, term consistency, function improvement and new functionality.

In this paper, high-quality business-type communications(UC) capabilities of the communication activities overlap, waste, reducing rework process improvement provides for high efficiency. Messages sent via UC app development, FMC calling features, schedule management organization for the development and deployment DataBase UC server deployment, the search for the JSP implementation, XMPP is using the messaging system. IP-PBX running on the IP network, on the basis of UC applications in real life, improve utilization of the infrastructure necessary to provide services to the system design and implementation.

This article analyze a constructing process of photographic digital archive based on photographs of korean democratization movements. After photographic digital archive defines as integrated systems in which photographic digital objects collect, classify, describe, preserve and access, this article explains metadata elements and classification schema reflecting a special quality of photograph. Especially, this article presents dynamic classification structure using subject keywords. After all, this method provides integrity and interrelationship with photographes which promote usability of photographic digital objects.

On the point of data quality management, data quality is influenced by quality policy, quality organization, business process, and business rule. Business rules, guide of data manipulation, have effects on data quality directly. In case of building an integration database among distributed databases, defining business rule is more important because data integration needs to consider heterogeneous structure, code, and data standardization. Also data value has various figures depended on data type, unit, and transcription. Finally, database structure and data value problem have to be solved to improve data quality. For handling them, it is needed to draw database integration model and cleanse data in integrated database. NTIS(stands for National science and Technology Information Service) has an aim to serve users who need all information about national R&D by internet, and for that aim, it has a integrated database which has been made with several database sources. We prove that database integration model and data cleansing are needed to build a successful integrated database through NTIS case study.
