The designated professional institutions are individually establishing and operating information systems to manage R&D projects and information of researchers; however, systems of each institution do not allow sharing of information, resulting in researchers entering their information and achievements multiple times in each individual system. This paper investigates and analyzes the factors that hinder the research, and designates duplicate entry of researcher information due to the current system designs as the cause. This paper proposes an integration of personnel information as a solution to the issue and suggests a standard for the subject areas and management items for the integration of information. Ultimately, this paper suggests an establishment of a standard database model that is based on the proposed standard, a model that enables the convenient establishment of an information system. According to the results, it is estimated that this process will be effective to over 30% of estimated researchers whose information is entered in duplicate in the individual information system.

KINITI developed integrated client/server-based library automation system. This system is a part of project which is implementation of national industry & technology information distribution system. This paper describes history and characteristics of KINITI's library automation system. And It reviews briefly several functions and characteristics of sub-systems which consist of new integrated library automation system.

국가R&D사업 관리를 위해 17개 부처 청은 각각의 과제관리 대표전문기관을 지정하고 있으며, 16개 대표전문기관은 매년 국가R&D 과제를 발주하고 예산을 집행하며, 협약된 과제에 대한 성과를 관리하고 있다. 국가R&D 과제를 발주하기 위해 먼저 사업에 대한 공고를 시행하는데 대부분의 부처 및 대표전문기관은 온라인 시스템을 이용한다. 대표전문기관은 각각의 연구관리시스템을 운영하여 R&D과제 공고정보를 게제하고 연구자는 해당 시스템에 로그인하여 과제를 신청한다. 이 때 과제신청을 하고자하는 연구자는 원하는 공고정보를 찾고 과제를 신청하기 위해 산재된 연구관리시스템을 접근하여 원하는 정보를 탐색해야 하는 불편함이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 범부처 국가R&D과제 공고정보를 통합적으로 제공하고, 산재된 연구관리시스템에 개별적으로 접근하지 않고도 과제신청을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 이기종간의 로그인 방안과 과제신청 프로세스, 신청된 관제정보를 효율적으로 관리, 제공하는 방법에 대해 논하며, 이는 국가R&D과제를 수행하고자 하는 연구자에게 과제 신청 방법의 효율성을 제공한다.

Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.

The importance of the national reseach and development project has been increased since the global financial crisis for overcoming the world economic recession and responding the threatens of the global competitiveness. As the budgets are increased and the size of the tasks is enormous, the government often requests high-level audits and data for the transparent management of research expenses. As a result, the researchers who have to concentrate on the original research work spend much time in administrative processing, government audit, and responding to the demand data than the time to concentrate on the research work. It is absolutely necessary to have a system that can integrally manage R & D projects from a company-wide point of view in order for researchers to work efficiently and concentrate on the original research. Korean government has increased the investment for the national R&D, and therefore the size of R&D projects has become more larger. Therefore, this study attempts to present a standardized management process and system establishment direction for the efficient management of research and development project and to study the success factor of system establishment for the successful execution of project and the project management plan by the case study.

This research has its objective in searching for a management plan that is stronger than existing plan for the regional development project in time for the execution of "Regulations on Regional Development and Support". Accordingly, the following plans for improvement are suggested to make improvements in lack of regional development projects management awareness; absence of integrated management system; and lack of reliability in project management information. Firstly, the management of regional development project needs to be operated as a system for project evaluation management based on related legislations. Secondly, various information of regional development project should construct a database, which becomes an information system that can be utilized by the central government and regional governing organizations. Third, to promote efficiency in regional development project management and expertise, it is necessary to prepare a project management system utilizing professional outsourcing organizations and such. Lastly, it is necessary to improve the work environment to enhance the expertise and the responsibilities of those government officials in charge of the project.

원자력발전 산업은 국내 최대의 전력공급원으로서 '09년 현재 20기의 원전이 가동 중에 있고 8기의 원전이 건설 중이다. 또한 수출주도형 독자노형 개발을 목적으로 한 원전 설계 개발 사업도 진행되고 있다. 국가 기반산업이기도 한 원자력 산업에는 다양한 정보관리시스템들이 운영되고 있으며 지속적인 개선이 이루어지고 있다. 원자력발전소는 60년에 이르는 긴 수명주기를 가지고 있기 때문에 설계 단계에서부터 생산되는 정보를 관리할 수 있는 체계적인 방법이 필요하며, 산업 특성상 다양한 참여기관들이 상호 협업을 진행할 수 있는 통합 창구 역할의 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원자력발전소의 정보관리시스템 개발을 위해 신규원전 사업자에게 요구되는 EPRI URD 요건 및 실제 원전 설계개발 사업에서의 시스템 요구사항 등을 분석하여, 원자력발전소의 원전 정보관리시스템 개발요건을 도출하였으며 ISO 10303 국제표준 기술을 활용한 일부 시스템 프로토타입 구현을 통한 예비 타당성 평가를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 원전 산업에 국제표준 도입 가능성은 확인하였으나, 국제표준 개발이 아직 진행 중인 점을 고려할 때 실제 원전 적용을 위해서는 향후 추가 연구가 필요하다.

In this days, information resources are very important in the organization. So, Many public institutions as well as private companies eager to IRM(information resource management). Especially, one of core elements in this IRM is server's performance. Determinating server's performance is a big issue of an acquired organization. In this paper, we examine the key performance issue of server purchase and then we proposed the three measurement method of sever's performance that is considered environment of public sector.

National R&D project management agencies have promoted continuous investment and development to provide efficient information such as collection and analysis of industry and technology information and research trend information, and development of user oriented information system. This research analyzes Region Industry Total Information System status to manage regional R&D and suggests methods for regional industry project management. This paper may contribute to the advancement of efficient information management system though research method.

본 논문에서는 50인 이하 소규모 제조업에 대해 어떤 방법으로 접근하는 것이 BCMS를 적용 하는데 효과적인지 연구하였다. BCMS의 적용범위가 상당히 광범위하고 현재 BCMS를 적용하고 있는 기업의 규모는 대부분 크며, 기업인들의 인식도 큰 규모만이 BCMS가 적용될 수 있다고 믿고 있다. 이에 실질적으로 한국의 기업군을 대부분 차지하고 있는 50인 이하의 제조업이 어떻게 BCMS를 적용하는 것이 효과적인지를 개발하여 소규모 기업도 어떠한 상황 하에서도 사업이 지속가능할 수 있도록 BCMS를 적용 하고자 한다. 일단 50인 이하 소규모 업체는 조직의 상황이 대기업이나 중견기업에 비해 간단하다. 또한 이해관계자도 대부분 많지 않다. 그렇기 때문에 BCMS를 수립하기 위해 파악하여야 할 핵심 업무나 관련 리스크도 많지 않을 것이다. 여기에 착안을 하여 기존에 대부분 갖추고 있는 품질, 환경, 안전보건시스템과 연계하여 사업연속성관리 시스템을 구축하면 50인 이하 기업도 별도의 추가시스템이 아닌 통합시스템의 일환으로 손쉽게 BCMS를 적용하여 어떠한 리스크에도 사업의 연속성을 갖출 수 있는 능력을 가질 것이다. BCMS에서 요구하는 사항에 대해 개별적인 접근방식보다 기존에 갖추고 있는 시스템을 적용하여 통합시스템 접근방식이 키포인트이다.
