우리 나라의 수출입은 대부분 항만을 통해서 이루어지고 있으나 수출입 전체적인 흐름에서의 정보교환이 원활이 이루어지고 있지 않아 육상물류와 해상물류와의 정보흐름이 단절되어 육상물류에서 생겨나는 원천정보를 활용할 수 없다. 또한 각 선사를 비롯한 해운대리점과 관련업계, 그리고 정부기관들이 독자적인 데이터베이스를 보유하고 있어 정보의 중복성, 불일치성 등이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 그리고 물류망의 경우 망업자라는 한계와 독자적인 데이터베이스를 보유하지 못함으로써 항만관련업자나 기관들에 보다 유익한 정보를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우리 나라의 수출입 물동량 중 가장 비중이 높은 컨테이너 화물을 대상으로 수출입 컨테이너화물의 모든 정보를 원천지에서부터 입수하여 이를 통합 관리하여 저장함으로써 육상과 해상의 정보흐름을 유연하게 연계시킴은 물론 데이터의 불일치. 중복성 등과 같은 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 통합데이터베이스 시스템은 컨테이너화물의 수출입과정에서 발생하는 모든 정보를 활용할 수 있도록 이들을 거시적인 관점에서 구조화하였으며, 또한 수출입상의 EDI 업무를 지원하기 D NL해 통합 데이터베이스의 데이터와 코드를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 정보를 실시간제공하고 사용자의 접근성을 높임과 동시에 사용자에게 비용의 부담을 줄일 수 있돌고 웹을 기반으로 하여 모든 정보의 입력과 조회 및 정보의 교환이 가능하도록 하였다.

항만에는 다양한 조직이 물류 기능을 수행하기 위해 화물관련 데이터베이스를 독 자적으로 보유·운영하고 있다. 선사는 화물선적예약 및 선적 데이터, 컨테이너터미널은 컨 테이너 반 출입 및 q관 데이터, 관세청의 통관시스템(CAMIS)은 통관 및 적하 목록 데이터, 해앙 수산청의 항만운영정보시스템(POST-MIS)은 선박 및 입출항 데이터 등을 가지고 있 다. 이들 데이터는 개별 조직 내에 각 조직의 활동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 구조화 및 코드화 되어 있지만 조직간 연계가 되어 있지 않아 여러 가지 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 따 라서 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 화물을 중심으로 한 항만 물류 유관 조직들이 보유하고 있는 시스템의 문제점을 조명하고 나아가 항만 물류 통합 데이터베이스의 구조 및 역할을 정의하 였으며 새로운 항만물류시스템과 통합데이터베이스 구축을 위한 전략을 제시하였다.

Ontology is an explicit specification of concepts and relationships between concepts in an interest domain. As considered as one of typical knowledge representation methods, ontology is applied to various studies such as information extraction, information integration, information sharing, or knowledge management. In IT based industries, ontology is applied to research on information integration and sharing in order to enhance interoperability between enterprises. In supply chains or logistics, several enterprises participate as business partners to plan movements of goods, and control goods and logistics flows. A number of researches on information integration and sharing for the effective and efficient management of logistics or supply chains have been addressed. In this paper, we address an ontology as a knowledge-base for semantic-based integration of logistics information distributed in the logistics flow. Especially, we focus on developing an ontology that enables to represent and translate semantic meaning of EPC data in the EPC Network applied logistics. We present a scenario for tracing products in logistics in order to show the value of our ontology.

한국통합물류협회는 2월 21일 정기총회에서 천일정기 화물자동차(주) 박재억 대표이사를 제3대 회장으로 선임하였다. 대기업만이 아닌 많은 중소기업으로 이뤄진 통합물류협회는 모두의 이익을 조화롭게 조율할 수 있는 회장을 통해 업계 발전을 이룬다는 목표 아래, 전 물류영역을 아우르는 다양한 경험을 가진 박재억 회장을 선임했다고 밝혔다. 박재억 신임회장은 전일정기화물자동차(주)를 이끌연서, 컨테이너와 벌크화물 운송, 특수화물, 철강 및 철도운송, 항만하역사업, 자동차부품운송, 택배, 창고 등 물류 전 영역에서 물류정보화, 정시운송시스템 도입과 독보적인 조달물류 분야 개척 등 우리나라 물류경쟁력 확보에 앞장서 왔다. 3월 20일 열린 기자간담회를 통해 박재억 신임회장에게 협회 운영 계획에 대한 견해를 들어보았다.

본 연구는 분산객체기술을 이용하여 전자상거래시스템과 물류시스템의 통합환경을 갖춘 하나의 통합시스템으로 구축하는 것이다. 통합시스템의 구성은 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 자동배차시스템 그리고 분산객체시스템으로 되어있다. 이러한 통합시스템을 구축함으로써 전자상거래 환경 아래서 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 기업 이윤의 극대화 할 수 있을 것이며 또한 배차정보의 실시간 전달로 고객 만족도를 제고할 수 있을 것이다

물류의 통합관리와 고객서비스 향상을 위해서 물류정보를 실시간으로 Track & Trace하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문은 거래정보 및 물류 이동정보의 효율적 관리와 실시간으로 정보를 제공하는 물류 Tracking 시스템의 모델링에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위한 모델링 도구로 UML을 사용한다.

It is necessary to propose the plans for achieving a stable supply and enhanced distribution efficiency based on the cooperative integration system in the aspects of product logistics information cash flow among the entities of the entire supply chain in order to overcomes the limitations of separate and independent distribution and logistics management system and solve the instability problems of supply & price in Domestic agricultural products distribution sector. Therefore, this paper looks over the problems of information management system in agricultural distribution process and proposes the reference standard model and the standardization plans for information structure on the agricultural products integrated distribution information system.
