Supply chain management for complex project focuses on planning acquisitions, identifying and choosing the right suppliers and subcontractors, planning and negotiating appropriate contracts, and administering and closing contracts. Working with suppliers and subcontractors requires continuous integration activities during project execution. This article examines the concept and issues concerning supply chain management in plant engineering Project, of which has not been taken seriously by industry. We propose the technological infra, social infra and information system connecting all participants in supply chain, as the major fields of research requiring industry attentions, and give a brief summary of research in each proposed areas.

The importance of networking capability is gaining more weight for enterprise business and high-speed Internet access with guaranteed security management is essential to companies. This paper presents a unified network security management solution to support high-speed Internet access, active security management, traffic classification and control. The presented system provides firewall, VPN, intrusion detection, contents filtering, traffic management, QoS management, and history log functions in unified manner implemented in a single appliance device located at the edge of enterprise networks. This will enable cost effective unified network security solution to companies.

With the emergence of the smart grid era, the interest in green energy which reduce carbon emissions and environment-friendly smart grid which combines the advantages of power and IT technology is increasing around the world. To use the smart grid effectively heterogeneous systems such as EMS, MOS and WIS must be linked together. However, additional interface should be developed to link EMS and heterogeneous systems since IEC has only defines the interface for EMS. Especially, to link legacy system and new system, some software might need to be designed and developed because separate interfaces for connection can be developed depending on each system and environment. In this paper, we propose an integrated interface based on CIM for interconnection between systems. A proposed interface can integrate messages of heterogeneous system and will be able to reduce costs that could be incurred by the removal of the existing system and the addition of the new system.

점증하고 있는 무선망에서의 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 안정적으로 지원하기 위해서는 효율적인 대역폭 관리가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 네트워크의 기반이 되는 계층 셀 구조에서, 대역폭의 효율적인 관리를 지원하기 위한 통합 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 현재 트래픽의 과밀도와 사용자의 이동성을 기반으로 적절한 셀 선택, 대역폭 예약 및 재설정, 버퍼링 등의 알고리즘을 설계하였으며, 이들을 유기적으로 통합, 시스템 전반의 QoS를 향상시켰다.

인터넷 이용자의 폭발적인 증가는 통신망 및 서비스 전반에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 야기하고 있다. 액세스계의 경우 음성전화 위주의 PSTN 시대에서는 동선을 기반으로 한 비교적 단순한 구조를 하고 있었으나 초고속 인터넷의 보급 확산에 따라 다양한 대안기술들이 등장하고 이에 따라 설비 등을 관리하기 위한 여러 종류의 시스템들이 개발 활용되고 있다. 또한 초고속망의 등장과 유무선 복합화의 추세에 따라 이용자의 Needs를 충족시키기 위한 다양한 서비스들이 출현함에 따라 고객서비스의 처리 등을 위한 관리 시스템들이 서비스에 종속적으로 개발 운용되고 있는 실정이다. 통신망 기술 및 서비스에 종속적인 형태로 개발 운용되는 기존의 OSS들로서는 현재와 같은 통신 사업자 자간의 극심한 경쟁과 서비스간의 carnivalism이 존재하는 사업환경에서는 지속적인 운용비용(Operating Expense ; OPEX)의 증가는 물론 상품/서비스의 적기 시장 출하에도 많은 지장을 초래하여 그 개선대책이 절실한 현실이다. 본고에서는 초고속인터넷 시대에서 기존의 운용관리 시스템들이 지닌 문제점을 고찰하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 논한 후에 새로운 체계로 전환해 가기 위한 시스템의 구현시 선택 가능한 기술에 관하여 서술할 것이다.

The technology to efficiently manage computer communication network is in need as the computer communication network becomes more complicated and users want services more diversified. This has brought industries, research institutes and standadization organizations to consider an effective network management protocol. CMIP and the SNMP have considerable differences in structure and capacity Therefore, it is essential to have enables differences between network management protocol to gear for the two communication management system which is the most widely used and will be continuously used. In this thesis we suggest an interworking function Integrated Network Management for the Design of Proxy. According to the suggest algorithm, by using scoping, it stores the management information, so that it may pass the related information at the inner cash efficiently. Therefore, we can not only reduce some unnecessary management operation considerably but also bring some efficiency of saving the total management system response time.

A­MiDAS(Advanced Mobile internet Data Access System)는 북미식 IMT­2000의 동기식 이동통신 시스템에서의 단말과 인터넷 망을 연결하는 PDSN(Packet Data Serving Node) 노드의 역할과 유럽식 WCDMA 비동기 GRPS 인터넷 환경에서의 이동통신망과 인터넷 망을 연결하는 GGSN 게이트웨이 역할을 수행하는 동기/비동기 통합 게이트웨이 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 A­MiDAS의 여러 기능 중 비동기 시스템의 GGSN역할의 관점에서 사용자 세션에 대한 효율적인 관리기능의 설계와 구현에 관하여 살펴본다. 실시간으로 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해 이동 통신망과 외부 인터넷 망의 접속을 위해 사용자 세션 정보를 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 A­MiDAS를 구성하는 각각의 MNAB 보드와 관련된 세션정보를 이용하여 실시간 사용자 인터넷 서비스 연결방법에 따른 세션 처리 기능을 제공한다.

멀티미디어 통신 등 서비스 광대역화를 위하여 PSTN, PCN 및 B-lSDN 등과 같은 기존의 망과 연동되게 될 IMT-2000 통신망은 기존의 통신망들이 서로 다른 하드웨어와 운영체제 등 상이한 플랫폼 환경 하에서 개발되어 있는 관계로 망관리 시스템을 구축하는 과정에서 통합 및 유지보수 상의 여러 문제점이 대두되게 된다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 I-Farmer 모델(Intelligent-Farmer Model)에 기반한 ITS(ISM-Node to SIB) 알고리즘을 제안한다. ITS 알고리즘은 I-Farmer 모델로 설계한 에이전트 시스템 중 Entity Node 및 ILB / OLB 컴포넌트를 AIN의 GFP(Global Functional Plane)내의 SIB 및 시스템 응용프로그램 생성 컴포넌트인 지능망 ASIB로 변형(transformation)해주는 알고리즘이다.

IMS는 IP 기반의 통합 서비스 관리 시스템으로 All-IP 기반의 차세대 통신망에서 모든 세션의 제어를 담당할 것으로 예상된다. 최근의 통신망은 회선망과 패킷망이 혼재되어 사용되는 이종망 환경이며, 이 때 패킷망 기반의 IMS가 어떻게 서비스 연속성을 제공하는지에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 고에서는 3GPP의 표준화 문서를 바탕으로 이종망 환경에서 IMS 서비스 연속성 기술에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.
