  • In Busan, the structural limitations of the road, is causing severe traffic congestion and low speed of the vehicle. So the existing traffic control system needs improvements to its structure. A study on Optimal Traffic Signal System and Improvement for User Oriented Public Transit Service are required. U-city is a city or region with ubiquitous information technology. All information systems are linked, and virtually everything is linked to an information technologies. U-Traffic goal is to maximize of traffic information services based on advanced information technology to integrate of transportation infrastructure. The objectives of this research are : a vehicle detection method through a variety of sensors, an algorithm of the traffic signal system, a design and implementation a simulator to compare between the fixed traffic signal and adaptive traffic signal system. This simulator will have allowed analysis techniques for the study of traffic control. Results of simulator test shows that traffic congestion can be some reduce.

  • Currently, aircraft and automobile simulator for training provides a variety of training by making hypothetical situation on a simulator Installed on the ground Currently. And the instructor maximizes the effectiveness of the training by Monitoring training and instructing the required training. When trainees are boarding the aircraft or automobile.   • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 기반 설비인 센서 네트워크는 많은 수의 센서 노드들로 구성되며, 각 센서 노드의 하드웨어는 매우 작은 규모이다. 또한 최소한의 전력 소모를 위하여 센서 노드들은 동적으로 재구성되며, 노드들 간의 통신은 무선 네트워크를 통하여 이루어진다. 센서 네트워크는 구축 목적에 따라 네트워크 토폴로지 및 라우팅 방식이 결정되어야 하고, 이와 더불어 센서 노드의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어도 필요에 따라 다양하게 변경되어야 한다. 따라서 센서 네트워즈가 구현되기 전에 시스템 동작과 성능을 예측할 수 있고 소프트웨어 개발 환경도 제공해주는 시뮬레이터가 사용 가능하다면, 시스템 개발 기간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있을 것이다. 기존의 센서 네트워크 시뮬레이터들은 특별한 응용을 위한 특정 기반의 하드웨어와 운영체제에 국한되어 개발되었기 때문에 다양한 센서 네트워크 환경을 지원하기에는 한계가 있으며, 센서 네트워크 설계상의 주요 요소인 전력 소모량 분석이 포함되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특정한 응용이나 운영체제에 제한을 받지 않으면서 다양하게 센서 네트워크 환경을 설계 및 검증할 수 있고 전력 소모량 추정도 가능한 시뮬레이터를 개발하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시뮬레이터는 기계명령어-레일(machine instruction-level)의 이산-사건 시뮬레이션(discrete-event simulation) 기법을 이용함으로써 실제 센서 노드의 프로그램 실행 및 관련 동작들을 세부적으로 예측하는 데 사용될 수 있도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션의 작업부하(Workload)인 명령어 트레이스(instruction trace)로는 ATmega128L 마이크로컨트롤러용으로 크로스 컴파일된 인텔 헥스-레코드 형식(.hex) 또는 S-레코드 형식(.srec)의 파일을 사용한다.들을 해결하고자 프라이버시보호에 새로운 키 생성 방법을 통한 강력한 프로토콜을 제안 한다.하였으나 사료효율은 증진시켰으며, 후자(사양, 사료)와의 상호작용은 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과는 거세비육돈에서 1) androgen과 estrogen은 공히 자발적인 사료섭취와 등지방 침적을 억제하고 IGF-I 분비를 증가시키며, 2) 성선스테로이드호르몬의 이 같은 성장에 미치는 효과의 일부는 IGF-I을 통해 매개될 수도 있을을 시사한다. 약 $70 {\~} 90\%$의 phenoxyethanol이 유상에 존재하였다. 또한, 미생물에 대한 항균력도 phenoxyethanol이 수상에 많이 존재할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서, 제형 내 oil tomposition을 변화시킴으로써 phenoxyethanol의 사용량을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 피부 투과를 감소시켜 보다 피부 자극이 적은 저자극 방부시스템 개발이 가능하리라 보여 진다. 첨가하여 제조한 curd yoghurt는 저장성과 관능적인 면에서 우수한 상품적 가치가 인정되는 새로운 기능성 신제품의 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다. 여자의 경우 0.8이상이 되어서 심혈관계 질환의 위험 범위에 속하는 수준이었다. 삼두근의 두겹 두께는 남녀 각각 $20.2\pm8.58cm,\;22.2\pm4.40mm$으로 남녀간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 조사대상자의 식습관 상태는 전체 대상자의 $84.4\%$가 대부분이 하루 세끼 식사를 규칙적으로 하고 있었으며 식사속도는 허겁지겁 빨리 섭취하는 경우가 남자는 $31.0\%$, 여자는 $21.4\%$로 나타났고 이들을 제외한 나머지 사람들은 보통 속도 혹은 충분한 시간을 가지고 식사를 하였

Implementation of Layered Clouds considering Frame Rate and Reality in Real-time Flight Simulation (비행시뮬레이션에서 프레임율과 현실감을 고려한 계층형 구름 구현 방안)

  • There are two main technologies to implement cloud effect in flight simulator, cloud modeling using particle system and texture mapping. In former case, this approach may cause a low frame rate while unrealistic cloud effect is observed in latter case. To Solve this problem, in this paper, we propose how to apply fog effect into camera to display more realistic cloud effect with high frame rate. The proposed method is tested with massive terrain database environment through implemented software by using OpenSceneGraph. As a result, compared to texture mapping method, the degree of difference on frame rate is 1 or 2Hz while the cloud effect is significantly improved as realistic as particle system.

  • 3세대 이동통신 망에서는 릴레이 노드를 이용한 셀룰러 망과 애드혹 망의 통합을 통해 셀의 용량 및 셀 커버리지의 증가와 인접 셀 간의 부하 밸런싱 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 이종 무선 통합 망 환경에서 QoS를 제공하기 위해서는 이종 망 간에 데이터 전송 시 서로 다른 망 간의 네트워크 용량을 고려하여 데이터 릴레이 및 QoS 레벨을 일치시켜 줄 수 있는 릴레이 노드의 중계 역할이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 과금 서비스에 기반한 보상금과 수익금 제도를 통하여 애드혹 노드와 셀 기지국 간의 데이터 릴레이 기능 및 QoS를 제공하는 협상 에이전트 기법을 제안하며 ns-2 기반 UMTS/WLAN 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 성능을 분석한다.

Infulence of doppler effects on the tracking performance of a dely locked loop (도플러 효과에 의한 지연 동기 루프의 추적 성능분석)

  • The infuluence of Doppler effects on the tracking performance of a noncoherent second-order delay locked loop (DLL) operating on a data modulated signal is investigated. For the perfoermance analysis we consider the tracking accuracy (steady state error and jitter) of the linear DLL and the reliability of the nonlinear loop. The nonlinear analysis concerning the loop reliability makes use of an asympototic expansion for the MTLL(mean time to lose lock) which has been derived by applying the singular perturbation method. In particular, we give optimal loop parameters and the optimal bandwidth of the bandpass filter in the loop arms to achieve a maximum MTLL. Since Doppler effects can be producesd comparatively in LEO system, we can espect the more reliable DLL loop design. by using the results of the circuit simulation, the delay lock loop is synthesized in FPGA, and verified to get the GPS data from the STR-2770 GPS simulator system. So, the synthesized logic circuit is shown be accurately performed.

  • In this paper, the research results on monolithic three-dimensional integrated-circuit (M3DICs) stacked with tunneling field effect transistors (TFETs) are introduced. Unlike metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), TFETs are designed differently from the layout of symmetrical MOSFETs because the source and drain of TFET are asymmetrical. Various monolithic 3D inverter (M3D-INV) structures and layouts are possible due to the asymmetric structure, and among them, a simple inverter structure with the minimum metal layer is proposed. Using the proposed M3D-INV, this M3D logic gates such as NAND and NOR gates by sequentially stacking TFETs are proposed, respectively. The simulation results of voltage transfer characteristics of the proposed M3D logic gates are investigated using mixed-mode simulator of technology computer aided design (TCAD), and the operation of each logic circuit is verified. The cell area for each M3D logic gate is reduced by about 50% compared to one for the two-dimensional planar logic gates.

Efficient Delivery of Multimedia Traffic Using Muti-rate Transmission of 802.11e HCCA MAC Protocol (IEEE 802.11e HCCA MAC의 다중 전송률을 이용한 멀티미디어 트래픽의 효율적 전송)

  • In this paper, we propose a scheme that improves the transmission performance of realtime multimedia data in wireless Local Area Network (LAN) environment, through the dynamical control of Transmission Opportunity (TXOP) period of the IEEE 802.11e HCCA Medium Access Control (MAC). The existing schedulers which determine the frame transmission time and its duration could not appropriately cope with the change of physical transmission rate, since the TXOP period has remained unchanged with the change of transmission rate of the wireless station. Our scheme is devised to keep the transmission performance of real-time multimedia data effectively unchanged by making TXOP period be extended when the transmission rate gets reduced. The proposed scheme is experimented along with IEEE 802.11e reference model using NCTUns simulator, which shows that the multimedia data is effectively delivered with the change of transmission rate as the distance between the wireless station and its access point increases.

Design of Double-Independent-Gate Ambipolar Silicon-Nanowire Field Effect Transistor (양극성 이중 독립 게이트 실리콘 나노와이어 전계 효과 트랜지스터 설계)

  • We propose a new Double-Independent-Gate Ambipolar Silicon-Nanowire Field Effect Transistor(DIG Ambi-SiNWFET). The proposed transistor has two types of gate such as polarity gate and control gate. The polarity gate determines the operation that the gate bias controls NMOSFET or PMOSFET. The voltage of control gate controls the current characteristic of the transistor. We investigated systematically work functions of the two gates and source/drain to operate ambipolar current-voltage characteristics using 2D device simulator. When the work functions of polarity gate, control gate and source/drain are 4.75eV, 4.5eV, and 4.8eV, respectively, it showed the obvious ambipolar characteristics.

Shipboard Active Phased Array Antenna System for Satellite Communications (위성 통신용 선박 탑재 능동 위상배열 안테나 시스템)

  • In this paper, the novel shipboard Active Phased Array Antenna(APAA) system for maritime mobile satellite communications is introduced. The antenna uses novel technologies like wide range hybrid tracking, single antenna elements with both of Rx and Tx, asymmetrical array structure, interference isolation between Rx and Tx, and error correction method from frequency scan effect. The antenna has single aperture for both of Rx and Tx with 32 $\times$ 4 two-dimensional array. The antenna has two beams. Its frequencies are 7.25 ~ 7.75 GHz for Rx and 7.9 ~ 8.4 GHz for Tx. The antenna gains are 35.4 dBi for Rx and 35.7 dBi for Tx, those are 54 % of efficiency. The electrically steering ranges are $\pm$35$^{\circ}$ of elevation direction and $\pm$4$^{\circ}$ of azimuth direction. The mechanical control ranges at hybrid tracking capability are continuous 360$^{\circ}$ of azimuth direction and $\pm$10$^{\circ}$ of elevation direction. The antenna has 2.2$^{\circ}$ of 3 dB beamwidth, -14 dB of sidelobe level, and 21 dB of cross-pol suppression. The antenna performance was measured by near field measurement set. Its system performance was tested on the ship motion simulator and with the satellite transponder simulator. The test result showed that its tracking error was within -3 dB from its peak gain under motion condition. The antenna system was tested by real modulated Direct Broadcasting Satellite(DBS) signals to check its communication processing function.
