A Study On Information Literacy Cultivation For Elementary School Class Teachers (초등학교 담임교사의 정보소양함양에 대한 연구)

  • 21세기 정보화 시대에 정보소양함양은 범국가적인 정보화사업추진의 이슈로 떠오르고 있으며 이에 학교는 그 선봉의 역할에 서 있다. 본 논문에서는 학교 교육정보화의 중심인 초등학교 담임교사의 정보소양함양 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 교원 정보소양 개념에 대한 분석에서 시작하여 국내의 정보소양 인증 실태를 조사하였으며, 담임교사로서 학급운영과 학교행정업무에 필요한 구성요소를 분야별로 추출하였다. 이렇게 추출한 구성요소로 작성한 평가 문항을 통해 교사는 자신의 정보소양을 자가 진단할 수 있고 부족한 부분의 영역에 대하여 처방 받을 수 있도록 하였다. 본 초등학교 담임교사 정보소양함양 시스템의 특징은 첫째, 각종 연수 및 정보통신기술 학습에 대한 기초자료를 제공한다. 둘째, 통합형 평가를 개발하고 평가 항목을 다변화한다. 셋째, 수준별/업무별 평가 과정을 개발ㆍ제공한다. 넷째, 자기 주도적 학습력을 항상시킬 수 있다.

  • 반려동물이 혼자 있는 시간이 많아지면 분리불안, 우울증, 이식증 등 질병이 생기기 때문에 이것을 방지하기 위해 보호자가 외부에 있어도 혼자 있는 반려동물을 돌보기 위한 앱이다. 플러터로 다중플랫폼 앱을 개발하였고 기능에는 원격 조작, 건강 상태 진단, 자동 급식, 청소, 놀이, 실시간 모니터링 기능이 포함되어 있다. 아두이노와 통신을 위한 flutter Blue 패키지를 사용하였다. 반려동물 돌봄 로봇은 아두이노와 블루투스 모듈을 활용하여 스마트폰 앱에서 조작 가능한 Caterpillar 모바일 로봇을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 반려동물과 보호자에게 편의성 제공을 목표로 한다.

  • In the homepage of 16 municipal provincial office of education, school information service displays text-based results through search step or presents the simple information of the selected area when an area is clicked on the static image map. And it has several problems such as server load and slow transfer speed by the search of the synchronous transfer. Thus, in this study, we used the open API of Google map to provide location-based school information and implemented the mash up service for school information with the Ajax program of asynchronous transfer to reduce server load and to increase transmission speed. This service gives the efficiency and convenience to students, teachers, parents and education family members of various levels because it includes the location with school information on a dynamic map.

  • Special skills and aptitude education which cultivates special skills and aptitude of students in widely implemented in elementary schools as a part of extracurricular activities after classes. This research is designed to find out improved operations in elementary schools' special skills and aptitude education activities by examining and analyzing the current situation. A survey of teachers and students was conducted on the teachers' interests in the special skills and aptitude education as well as on the participation level of students. In order to systematically operate and to vitalize the special skills and aptitude education, there should be full support and continuous interest from the Ministry of Education. In addition, hosting school's interests such as interlinking with other schools and attending exhibitions are important to maximize the effect of student's computer skills and aptitude education.

  • The importance of Information Technology practical use is embossed and grounding education for this was introduced from first-year student in primary school. This study is to design and implement new set of study program that can minimize individual variation in learning, analyzing the grounding education in Information and Communication. Herein basic stuff is selected for the lower grader at Elementary School and for the Courseware design, here introduced Perfect study strategy that makes use of the formative evaluation and feed back, aiming at perfect study. And also the diversified presentation of study materials with the use of multimedia can enhance the student's learning awareness. In faithful reflection of it, individual student's progress and interested in learning is incorporated into the designing the Courseware.

  • The Army has developed the concept of terrestrial warfare in conjunction with the Joint Concept and has introduced TICN as the base communication system to support it. TICN has been used to improve the transmission speed and to increase the coverage distance. Through this, TICN is making efforts to create network-centered operation environment so that information can be distributed in real time or near real time from the monitoring system to the hitting system. However, TICN is not enough to overcome the network limitations that may arise from various contingencies in battlefield situations. Therefore, in this paper, we investigated the limitations of communication according to the situations that can occur in the battlefield situation and studied the considerations to overcome them.

  • It is proven that students learn more effectively when they apply Empirical knowledge which they have experienced or been facing. Therefore, the customized training supporting systems for information communication ethics education for primary school is developed. It provide resources on the internet such as teaching methodology, teaching materials, real life examples and applications related to information communication ethics education to the teachers. Each resource is categorized according to the topic and it improved information communication ethics education by providing customized resources on the topic. It is also helpful for users to select necessary resources by informing the suitability between the subject and the resources and to lift the burden on searching the data.

  • There are many activities that open source software may using at several areas from the government and international organization such as the UN. And Korea enforces the open source software demonstration activities with different meaning link. It is an evaluation field whether or not using the open source software in information projects. But the public information and the education against the open source software are insufficient in the secondary school students who are be latent open source software users. In this paper, We present an examination and analysis of the open source software recognition of the secondary school students in Korea. And We suggest education methods that can use the open source software in the information subject of the revised 7th national education curriculum.
