Using the Information Retrieval systems on the Internet, the demand of exact and specific information has also been popularized. To offer exact information, there k3 been generalized demand of searching from the keyword of the shortened text and also of the full-text. This study is to suggest a scheme for full-text searches. It is to compare the existing scheme of information search and full-text information search with interMedia text. We suggest search methods for the full-text.

최근 IT, BT, NT 등의 융합과 각 분야에서의 혁신적인 기술 발전은 건강하고 윤택한 삶에 대한 욕구와 부합하면서 의료 서비스 분야에서도 의료 장비 및 의료정보시스템, 의료 비즈니스 애플리케이션 등 관련 기술이 더욱 다양화되고 고도화되는 양상을 띄게되었다. 그러나, 기술 대부분이 국가간, 심지어 동일 국가, 지역 내에서도 서로 다른 의료 기관이나 관련 업체간 긴밀한 상호 작용 없이 산발적, 독립적으로 개발이 수행되고있어 통합 및 호환에 큰 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 이를 해결하기 위해 국내외적으로 의료정보 기술에 대한 표준화 움직임이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 의료정보 기술의 개념 및 기술 개발 현황과 국내외 관련 표준 기술 동향을 살펴본다. 특히, 최근 의료 데이터 보안 및 프라이버시 보호의 중요성이 인식됨에 따라 이슈화되고 있는 의료정보보호 표준화 기술에 대해 보다 상세히 살펴본다.

In this paper, we propose ER_Modeler, which is a logical database design tool based on entity-relationship model. ER_Modeler provides the entity-relationship diagrams to be built graphically on windows and generates the graphs into the appropriate data definition language for creating relational database tables. Furthermore, ER_Modeler provides the import/export functions using XML to guarantee the interoperability with ERwin which is one of the most popular commercial products.

In this paper, the complete weight enumerator of the Delsarte-Goethals code over Z$_4$ is obtained. This code is divided into 3 cases and the complete weight enumerator of each case is calculated. During this weight enumeration, the blown distribution of exponential sums and binary weight distribution of the sub-codes are used. By combining this result and MacWilliams identity, the complete weight enumerator of the Goethals code over Z$_4$can be easily obtained. This result is also used for finding 3-designs from the Goethals and Delsarte-Goethals codes over Z$_4$.

We investigate a probabilistic public key cryptosystem proposed by Paillier. It is based on the discrete logarithmic function and the messages are calculated from the modular product of two those functions, one of which has a fixed value depending on a given public key. The improvement is achieved by a good choice for the public key so that it is possible to get efficient schemes without losing the onewayness and semantic security. Also we suggest the method to get the public key for our schemes.

한글은 둘 또는 세 개의 자모가 사각형 영역 안에 적절히 배치된 구조로 되어 있다. 이와 같은 구성 방법에 따라 글자의 영상을 합성하고 이를 실시간에 Pseudo 2D HMM으로 변환하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법에 따라 실시간 합성된 모델과 추가의 필러(filler) 모델, 여백 모델을 문서 영상의 글자 영역에서 핵심어 검출에 적용하였다. 실험 결과 최소한의 설계 변수 조정으로도 오검출, 미검출률이 낮고 언어 모델 없이 숫자 89%, 한글 80%의 검출성능을 보였으며, 따라서 제안된 방법이 인쇄 문자 패턴의 실시간 모델링 및 키워드 검출에 효과가 있음을 보였다. 본 연구 결과는 내용 기반의 광학 문서 색인 등에 활용할 수 있다.

It is very difficult to extract the words fitted for the purpose in spite of the great importance of efficient keyword extraction in information retrieval systems because there are many compound words. For example, AC machine is not able to search compound keywords from a single keyword. The DER structure solves this problem, but there remains a problem that it takes too much time to search keywords. Therefore a DERtable structure based on these methods is proposed in this dissertation to solve the above problems in which method tables are added to the existing DER structure and utilized to search keywords.

최근 자동차의 수요의 증가로 인해 사용자의 편의 및 안전에 대한 요구와 의존도가 증가함에 따라 운전자를 위한 보조 시스템이 구축되고 있다. 현재 운전자를 위한 보조 시스템으로 AVM(Around View Monitoring) 기술이 개발 되었다. 본 논문에서는 운전자가 차량외부의 상황을 실시간으로 인식할 수 있게 하는 AVM(Around View Monitoring) 기술을 조금 더 실용적이고 편의성 있게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 이를 위해 영상이 보이는 화면에 다양한 버튼들을 구현하였으며, 화면상에 보이는 버튼에 따라서 4채널 영상과 4채널 영상을 하나로 정합되어 보여주는 영상 그리고 원본영상과 왜곡영상을 따로 보여주는 다양한 인터페이스를 버튼 식으로 구현하여 운전자가 원하는 영상을 상황에 맞게 제공한다.

Two phase voltage controlled oscillation was realized by using the Electronic analog simulation of nonlinear simultaneous 2st order equation in terms of vibration and it's usefullness was sustined. Sinde it is complex and expensive to implement the circuits actually which composits and multiplicate the two phase signal squared respectively, this paper is obtained the simplificotion and switching circuit. The circuit introducced in this paper had propotionality of frequency to control input voltage, rapid response time, and little phase error, also this circuit operated with very low THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) and constant amplitude at higher than 10 :1 of frequency ratio.

In this paper, we propose an LDPC-coded hybrid ARQ system using incremental redundancy and retransmission of a part of the transmitted packets. We also present a simple criterion for choosing two methods to support a desired throughput efficiently. Furthermore, we show that the throughput performance can be improved when multi-edge type LDPC codes with the structure of Raptor codes are employed for a hybrid ARQ scheme.
