초대형 컨테이너선 등장에 따라 항만물류 산업에 경쟁력을 높이기 위하여 첨단 정보통신 기술을 접목시켜 새로운 물류 혁명을 가져오기 위한 연구를 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널은 기존의 컨테이너터미널의 한계를 극복하고 항만물류 전체의 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 구현하기 위하여 각종 시범 사업을 통하여 항만물류 산업에 도입하고 있으나 현실적인 개선과제 및 기술도입전략 등에 대한 연구부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널을 구현하기 위하여 무정차 자동화 게이트를 제시하고자 한다. 여러 가지 신기술을 컨테이너터미널의 게이트에 도입하여 단계별 무정차 자동화게이트의 유형을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널을 도입하기 위한 성공 적인 가이드라인이 될 것이라 기대된다.

The increasing demands and utilization of the multi-purpose satellites have led to diverse research activities with regards to satellite image processing and applications. In the domestic development project for the Compact Advanced Satellite, it is a goal to develop the satellite with the domestic individual technique performing a various tasks such as the earth observation, the monitoring of the weather, climate and environment. In particular, the Compact Advanced Satellite is expect to be widely used in the agricultural sector, which account for a substantial part of public demand. This paper aims at establishing the way to utilize the satellite imagery in the domestic institution and the strategy for securing the specialized satellite payload in the agriculture sector. The technical element of satellite has a high value, so that it is hard to be transferred technology. For this reason, it is required to establish the domestic development planning. Furthermore, this paper can be utilized to identify and support the incoming Compact Advanced Satellite development plan utilizing satellite images capabilities specially in agricultural sector.

With the full-fledged start of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the quality of administrative services through intelligent information technology and demand increased rapidly. Accordingly, the government is in full swing to establish a "digital platform government" through digital innovation in existing e-government operations such as organizational operations and administrative services. As local governments also promoted the establishment of a digital-based Agile government as a key strategy, this study investigated and analyzed the operation of informatization experts in metropolitan and basic local governments to support digital transformation policies and projects through intelligent informatization. Through this, the necessity and implications of expanding the size of human resources for successful digital transformation were derived, and two measures were proposed to enhance capabilities and expertise in the process of securing new manpower.

As LTE service and smartphone are emerging as the mainstream of mobile communications market, the value and importance of mobile data service has been further increased. MNO(mobile network operator)s already recognized the data service as essential market needs, and have appealed to consumers based on various satisfaction elements of data service such as faster transmission speed, expended data volume provided as default, and introduction of unlimited plan. So, in the smartphone market where has been mature, investigating what service attributes affect users' selection of data service is very meaningful from the perspectives of both the industry and the academic. Under this background, this study explores determinants influencing consumer's choice for mobile data service and analyzes relative importance of the attributes among different type of users. The findings of this study makes us extend our understanding of consumer characteristics and their service needs in data service centric era, and it provides some implications for establishing telecommunications policies and business strategies.

지난 1999년은 우리나라에서도 그 어느 때 보다 벤처기업에 대한 관심이 커졌던 한 해였다. 특히, 정보 통신분야는 기술의 발전속도가 빨라 참신한 사업 아이템과 우수한 기술만으로 새로운 시장의 창출이 가능한 분야가 계속 생겨나고 있으며, 세계적으로도 정보통신 시장은 계속 확대 추세 일로에 있다. 이러한 벤처기업에 대한 관심의 고조에 따른 많은 부작용들이 나타나고 또한 벤처기업에 대한 객관적인 평가요인들에 대한 연구가 국내ㆍ외적으로 이루어졌다. 우리나라의 경우 1980년대 중반부터 벤처산업에 대한 연구가 조금씩 진행되었으나 주로 벤처산업의 행태나 벤처 캐피탈회사의 유형을 밝히는 것, 그리고 국가적 차원에서 벤처산업에 대한 지원방향을 논의하는 것이 연구의 대부분을 차지하였다. 최근 들어, 벤처기업성과와 관련된 연구들이 조금씩 진행되었으나 연구 주제가 협소하여 전반적으로 벤처기업의 성과를 설명하기에는 부족한 점이 많다. 본 연구는 우리나라 벤처기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 평가요인들을 고찰하여 보고 이를 벤처기업의 유형화연구와 연결하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 아울러 이들 평가요인들이 성과와 어떠한 관계를 가지는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하는 것이다 결국, 국내 벤처기업들의 평가요인들의 객관적인 도출과 벤처기업들의 전략적 유형화 연구를 덧붙여 연구함으로써 벤처기업의 평가에 활용코저 하는 것이다.

According to the IT839 strategy which was announced by the Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) in 2004, the convergence trend of the broadcasting and the communication would be much more promoted. Thus, the methods for protecting the broadcasting contents will be indispensible elements for the successful IPTV service achievement. This paper describes the characteristics of IPTV and the related contents protection techniques. To evaluate several security issues, we suggest a security model for IPTV, and speculate the most widespread, two security technologies for IPTV such as CAS and DRM. Moreover, candidate models of IPTV protection system are suggested based on these technologies.

To understand and forecast the wireless internet market in Korea, we will analyse the network externalities in wireless internet market into communication network externalities and hardware/software network externalities. The wireless market has two competing streams, one is mobile internet and the other is wireless fan internet. Both are characterized by strong network externalities which lead to increasing return to stale. Mobile internet is supposed more suitable for communication and WLAN for data. However these two system will compete in some area, and the critical factor to deride the winner is supposed to be the network externalities as in so many other high-tech industries had showed.

The personal cloud is a service which approaches the personal contents scattering to all terminals and online space at the personal information-oriented age in which the person's digital device including the Smart-phone, MID, PC, IPTV and etc, increases and the personal online service including the blog, E-mail, UCC, social network service and ect, rapidly increasing for the cloud computing regardless of the terminal anywhere independently and can provide the high vale added personalization service through the analysis of the contents and processing. The future of the personal cloud market is prospected through the service and technology which enhances the understanding about the cloud computing, that is the next generation IT paradigm which the world IT companies pay attention to, and is provided and business strategy analysis of the security and normalizing and related companies.

Gangwon-do is a representative leisure resort. However, the provision of tourism information has not escaped the existing image- and text-oriented simplicity. Therefore, a linkage strategy for the content business is needed to revitalize tourist attractions. In this paper, first, we provide a 360-degree rotating VR content authoring function. Second, we propose a dynamic platform including a function that allows users to easily author tour scheduling after registering VR content on a map. Finally, the proposal system provides pre-tourism customers with an opportunity to increase satisfaction by providing online pre-experience.

After the outbreak of COVID-19 that hit the world in 2019, the demand for digital transformation is rapidly spreading not only in the field of science and technology, but also in society to prepare for the era of Post Corona. This study explores technical keywords about digital transformation through the analysis for national R&D programs. It is expected that it will be able to provide important implications for the establishment of policies and R&D strategies for the successful implementation of digital transformation.
