  • Mobile 유통은 전국에 약 3,000여개의 대리점과 7,000여개의 판매점등 10,000여개의 업체가 Mobile의 물류, 판매에 관여하고 있으며, 이동통신사업자의 매월 정책변경에 의해 가격구조의 변동이 발생하며, 타 제품군에 비해 상대적으로 변동폭이 넓어 물류 System의 정착이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. CRM측면에서도 이동통신사업자의 CRM Center에 의지하고 있으나, 고객 관리의 책임이 이동통신 대리점에 귀책되고 있어, 물류주체인 대리점과 판매점주가 사용할 수 있는 편의성이 뛰어나며 확장성이 있는 Logistics & CRM Management System의 필요성이 그간 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 물류와 고객 CRM의 1차 주체인 대리점과 판매점의 Logistics & CRM 통합관리 System을 e-MLBM과 e-CRM을 이용하여 설계하며, e-MLBM & e-CRM의 경제성분석을 통하여 향후 국내 이동통신 대리점들의 발전방향에 대해 논한다.

  • As military service members are fully permitted to use mobile phones for sickness after work, it is time to minimize the direct collection of personal information from telecommunication companies when opening mobile phones to secure the safety of military service personnel's personal information. Prior to introducing the use of mobile phones by soldiers after work, the Ministry of National Defense established a security control system such as blocking the mobile phone shooting function to prevent security accidents and concerns about some adverse functions such as illegal cyber gambling, game addiction, and viewing pornography. come. Mobile telecommunications companies entrust personal information processing tasks, such as opening mobile phones, to telecommunications agencies and carry out management and supervision, such as checking the status of personal information protection measures. When a military service member opens a mobile phone, a personal information management agency is newly established using the right to portability of personal information, and a system for requesting the transmission of personal information from the military service member is proposed.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내외 이동전화 단말기의 판매·가격보조금에 대한 실태를 조사하고 외국 사례와의 비교를 통해 이동전화 사업자가 취할 수 있는 실현 가능하고 건전한 정책을 제시하였다. 또한 이동전화 대리점과 단말기 유통구조에 관한 이해가 필요하여 조사되었으며, 각 회사별 가입자수와 매출액 및 단말기 보조금 규모는 중요한 자료이므로, 이의 분석을 통하여 바람직한 단말기 가격보조정책을 제시하였다. 이동전화 사업자간 과당경쟁이 과도한 단말기 판매보조금의 원인이며, 누적 판매보조금은 사업자에게 적자 요인이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적과 중요성을 적정보조금을 산출하는 것이다. 국내외 주요 이동전화 사업자들에 대한 가입자당 월평균수익(ARPU) 및 단말기 보조금 규모의 파악과 함께 단말기 보조금 회수에 걸리는 기간의 산촐을 통해 적정한 단말기 보조금 액수를 제시하였다.

The Estimation of the Economic Impact of Handset Subsidies Using Input-Output Tables (단말기보조금의 경제적 파급효과에 대한 산업연관분석)

  • This paper computes the economic impact of handset subsidies using the recent Input-Output Tables and compares the results with other alternatives which telecommunications companies can choose. The first scenario is that telecommunications companies give handset subsidies to consumers and sales agents. The second is that the companies do not give the subsidies to them, but instead spend the same amount of subsidy on facility investment. The third is that the companies lower the prices of their mobile communications services and consumers spend the saved expenses on other goods and services. The result is that the production, value added, import, job, employment inducement coefficients of the first scenario is larger than those of the second and third scenarios. The reason is as follows. The handset subsidy results in the incentive to consumers for handset purchase or the incentive for sales agents to sell the telecommunication services of the companies. The former has larger production and import inducement effect, and the latter also has larger value-added, job, and employment inducement effect than those of other scenarios.

  • 현재 정보 통신 기술을 기반으로 한 4차 산업 혁명의 흐름 속에 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 인공 지능, 로봇기술, 드론 등 4차 산업 혁명의 핵심 기술들은 가상 세계와 현실을 하나로 연결하는 O2O(Online To Offline) 쳬계를 구축했다. 그리고 4차 산업 혁명은 ICT 산업뿐만이 아니라 제조업, 의료업, 농업 등 다양한 산업 분야에 정보 융합 환경을 구축했다. 그중 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 정보 융합 환경을 구축하는 기본 요소로 통한다. 이로 인해 많은 기업은 클라우드 도입을 고려하고 있다. 온 프레미스 방식의 대리점 IT 인프라도 그 대상이다. 하지만 이미 오랜 시간 온 프레미스 위주의 IT 생태계가 형성되어 있으므로 전환 설계에 대한 연구와 향후 연구 방향 도출이 필요하다.

  • V.M.D(Visual Merchandising Design) covers every space, environment, and visually stimulating factor. This includes not only the architectural appearance but interior, graphic sign boards, window display, layout, store appliances, lighting, and even the looks and service attitude that sales employees have and show to customers. V.M.D aims to display merchandise in multiple ways; to heighten brand images; to steadily lure many customers to the store. One of the characteristics that V.M.D has is, that this abandons the previous design concept which solely puts stress on luxurious interior-focused display; that this displays merchandise in a rational and systemic way and induces customers to buy products. In this regard, the objective of this study is to study brand perception and effect of V.M.D displayed in the stores, on customers, and thereby to present the concepts of V.M.D, suitable for display in the stores, which can be used continuously in the future.

  • IoT (Internet of Things) is recently burgeoning as business applications as well as ICT itself. Among the business applications of IoT, wearable devices are recognized as a leading area of customer devices. This research first identifies customer needs of activity trackers (fitness trackers), as one of representative wearable devices, and mapping the identified needs with the well-known marketing model of marketing mix (4 P's: Product, Price, Promotion, and Place). Survey was applied to university students for identifying current and potential needs for activity trackers. The needs were classified by 4 P's, and according to the results, different from other IT devices, activity trackers has more potential needs. Moreover, reliable distribution channels, offline and company owned shops were preferred, rather than online shopping mall by third parties. The results would provide some valuable implications to not only designers of activity trackers but also business management.

  • The renewal cycle, which newly decorates stores, has been shortened, as the marketing competition between telecommunication companies has been extended to the stores, due to the rapid increase of mobile phone users and fast replacement cycle of products. The store renewal made by major telecommunication companies, including signboard, has been pushed in order for telecommunication companies to give strong impression about their own brand identity to consumers. Consumers want stores not only to sell cheap and high quality products but also to provide customer experience, by which customers can feel store, product and service and accept them. Especially, since the competition between telecommunication companies is getting tough, it is the current trend that the number of stores is increasing much, and telecommunication companies are recently renewing their stores, with the concept of SI(Store Identity), which changes store image into the incorporated image including interior and exterior, rather than just replacing CI(Corporate Identity), when they renew stores. It can be said that SI(Store Identity) is an important factor, by which companies consistently design visual factors such as interior and sign, and then apply them to the interior and exterior of the stores, and thereby give good store image to consumers, and ultimately have great effect on the increase of sales volume. This kind of activity can be image-controlled by companies' Identity Management, and it can be a very important factor in terms of marketing. In this study, it has an objective to compare and analyze SI of domestic telecommunication companies and foreign telecommunication companies, and then suggest effective SI direction.
