  • 지중케이블 시스템에서의 고장은 필연적으로 대전류 현상을 수반하는 경우가 대부분으로서 고장전류는 고장 케이블 자체와 인접해 있는 타 선로 및 통신선 등에 악영향을 미칠 가능성이 크고, 초고압 케이블의 운전전압 레벨이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서 사고의 파급 및 위험정도 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히, 단락 고장의 경우 고장전류의 크기도 크지만 고장전류 발생에 따른 전자력을 동반하게 되어 케이블 및 접속함, 각종 금구류에 전기적, 기계적인 스트레스를 야기할 수 있다[1]. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지중케이블의 삼각배열 구간의 단락전자력 영향을 최소화하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위하여 154kV OF케이블 3상 단락 실증시험을 2회 시행하였고, 유한요소법을 이용하여 단락전자력 발생시 클리트 설치간격에 따른 케이블 변위를 계산함으로써 케이블의 단락 전자력 영향 검토결과를 기술하였다.

Analysis of Dual-mode Resonator with Short-Stub (단락형 스터브에 의한 이중 모드 공진기의 해석)

  • In this paper, electrical lengths and impedances of a dual-mode resonator are calculated by using the transfer function of a dual-mode resonator by realizing the short-stub. The electrical length of transmission-line for a resonator is function of the frequency and the electrical length of stub is defined by the frequency and impedances of line and stub. Also, the inverter value of a bandpass filter using the dual-mode resonator is calculated. The effect of stub's impedance for inverter is very small. And, as the impedance of line is decreasing, the inverter value is increasing and as the bandwidth is increasing, the inverter value is increasing.

  • Surgery equipment in operating room is very important at treatment procedure of patients. In this circuit of large equipment, a sudden change of current make big problem such as short circuit. when the current is converted suddenly, the current converter becomes in saturate and it caused by the induction curve of the inductor. in this case, the rates of the primary and secondary winding are broken and it becomes a open circuit. in this paper, we will look around the current transform of the primary and secondary winding when current converter becomes in saturate.

  • Conventionally, PCB fabrication processes detects simply electrical characteristics of TCP and COF by automatic manufacturing system and additionally, by introducing human visual detection, those are very ineffective in view of low cost implementation. So, this paper presents an efficient detection algorithm for short and protrusion-type defects based on reference images by using local binary pattern analysis. The proposed methods include several preprocessing techniques such as histogram equalizing, the compensation of spatial position and maximum distortion coordination Through several experiments, it is shown that the proposed method can improve the defect detection performance compared to the conventional schemes.

A Study on Coupling Coefficient and Resonant Frequency Controllable Internal PIFA (결합계수 및 공진 주파수 조절이 가능한 내장형 PIFA에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the internal antenna for mobile communication handset which is able to control both coupling coefficient and resonant frequency without any major modification of radiator and ground plane of PIFA(Planner Inverted F Antenna). The resonant frequency as well as amount of coupling between feeding point and shorting post can be adjusted by changing inductance. Because the inductor is connected on shorting post where the strength of electric field is weak, the performance reduction of the proposed antenna is very small enough to neglect. For the variation of the inductance value within 3.3nH, the resonant frequency of antenna can have operating range of 1650MHz ~ 1830MHz. And as be increased the inductance, the coupling coefficient of antenna is over coupled. This means that it can be electrically controlled the resonant frequency and input impedance of antenna by inductance and minimized the mismatch loss. Size reduction of 10% for PIFA is obtained without any major modifications of antenna elements. For the frequency range from 1650 to 1830MHz, reduction of the measured antenna gain is within 0.93dB as varying the value of inductance from 0 to 3.3nH.

  • This paper presents an automatic system to detect variety of faults from fine pitch COF(chip-on-film) which is less than $30{\mu}m$. Developed system contains circuits and technique to detect fast various faults such as hard open, hard short, soft open and soft short from fine pattern. Basic principle for fault detection is to monitor fine differential voltage from pattern resistance differences between fault-free and faulty cases. The technique uses also radio frequency resonator arrays for easy detection to amplify fine differential voltage. We anticipate that proposed system is to be an alternative for conventional COF test systems since it can fast and accurately detect variety of faults from fine pattern COF test process.

  • In this paper, the characteristics of an inverted-F antenna for the 2.4GHz local wireless communication system have been analysed in terms of the variation of design parameters. The antenna can be integrated on printed circuit board, and the characteristics in terms of the variation of the gap between feed line and shorting stub, gap between antenna's leg and ground plane, antenna leg's width, substrate's height and dielectric constant are analysed. By using these characterization plot of design parameter, the tuning techniques are proposed to design optimum antenna. The designed antenna has 6.4% frequency bandwidth for VSWR under 1.5 and 3dB gain.

  • In this paper, the value of inverter and the characteristics of the dual-mode resonator with the shunt-stub are analyzed and calculated. The value of inverter is function of the impedances and electrical lengths of the resonator and shunt-stub. According to suggested equation, the value of inverter is increased for the square root function. And the value of inverter is decreased as higher impedance of resonator and higher ripple. The bandwidth of the filter is increased as the ripple and the impedance ratio. Also, the center frequency of the filter is shifted as designed impedance. In order to show the designed method, the filter with the resonator's and stub's impedances of $70.7{\Omega}$, and $56.56{\Omega}$, respectively, is suggested by example.
