  • It's for USB to be used more frequently than another I/O devices. The Universal Serial Bus is the most successful interface in PC history. It's already the do facto interconnect for PCs, and has proliferated into consumer electronics(CE) and mobile devices as well. USB has built on many killer applications, many CE devices, many interfaces. The tangle of wires among the number of devices in your home demands wireless technology. If our devices is unwired, it solves the tangle of wires. In this paper we want to use Legacy USB functionalities, portabilities, multimedia capabilities with wireless interconnection. This paper is related to a study of USB implementation without wires. This paper is related to make the hub function of USB cordless, so it will connect host with devices without wires. In case making USB wireless, it must support the above functionalities. Moreover, It needs the data structure and the resources for host functionalities, e.g. ETD(Endpoint Transfer Descriptor), data memory. This will benefit a convenient use of USB.

A Study on Smartwatch review data of SNS and sentiment analytical using opinion mining (스마트워치 SNS 리뷰 데이터와 오피니언 마이닝을 통한 감성 분석 처리에 대한 연구)

  • Wearable device, along with IoT(Internet of Things), is considered the core of upcoming generation's convergence technology. Companies are intensely competing one another for prior occupation in the smartwatch market. Consumers that use smartwatch express their preferences by sharing their opinions through SNS(Social Networking Service). Through this study, emotions dictionary is built, which consists of attributes and emotional words related to smartwatch. Based on the emotions dictionary, SNS data has been categorized according to the attributes through opinion data model. Afterwards, overall polarity and attribute polarity of collected data are distinguished through natural language parsing, followed by an analysis of smartwatch reviews. This study will contribute to determination of which attributes of smartwatch to be improved, to arise consumer's interest for individual smartwatch.

  • Spread of smart devices increases, the App Store market is formed so huge, even at this point, every day the scale is increasing now. As a result, for the benefit of companies and private individuals, malicious apps that threaten the security of smart devices, have appeared occasionally in the App Store. Security of the terminal, has issued various solutions through research at many universities and companies, and country. However, solutions for research and policy approaches that are blocking the procedure to register the application malicious app, so that it is not registered in the App Store, Only company that operates the app store is doing it. And the reference is also insufficient, various problems have occurred. In this study, after analyzing the problem of the security policy of the current App Store, presenting the breaking point.

  • VR(Virtual Reality), which provides realistic services in virtual reality, provides a similar experience using a Head Mounted Display(HMD) device. When the HMD device is worn, it can not recognize the surrounding environment and it is easy to analyze the input pattern of the user with the Shoulder Surfing Attack(SSA) when entering the Personal Identification Number(PIN). In this paper, we propose a method to safeguard the user's password even if the hacker analyzes the input pattern while maintaining the user's convenience. For the first time, we implemented a new type of virtual keypad that deviates from the existing rectangle shape according to the VR characteristics and implemented the lock object for intuitive interaction with the user. In addition, a smart glove using the same sensor as the existing input devices of the VR and a PIN input method suitable for the rotary type are implemented and the safety of the SSA is verified through experiments.

  • The information delivery and transmission media(DID or PID) market is making remarkable growth as the high-speed networks are spreading and LCD/LED TVs are more and more popularized, and display devices are increasingly large and high-definition. In addition, the popularization of smart devices and the expansion of the information delivery and transmission media market make a demand for N-Screen in content service. Colleges and universities have installed and operated various types of DID to promote their schools and departments and deliver information about them, still remaining in the level of media content implementation. So, we implement and evaluate a next-generation electronic bulletin board for each department that allows for interactive N-Screen communication based on the integration of smart phone and internet. This board enhanced efficiency as supporting N-Screen, inserting and deleting the contents at real time and offering bidirectional communication.

  • Recently, smart devices for various services have been developed using converged telecommunications, and the markets for near field communication (NFC) mobile services is expected to grow rapidly. In particular, the realization of mobile NFC payment services is expected to go commercial, and it is widely attracting attention both on a domestic and global level. However, this realization would increase privacy infringement, as personal information is extensively used in the NFC technology. One example of such privacy infringement would be the case of the Google wallet service. In this paper, we propose an mutual authentication scheme based on NTRU for secure channel in OTA and an zero-knowledge proof scheme NTRU based on for protecting user information in NFC mobile payment systems without directly using private financial information of the user.

  • As a number of people using the internet for their shopping steadily rises, it is increasingly important for retailers to understand why consumers decide to buy products via online or offline. The main purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that enhance our understanding of how consumers respond future online and offline channels for their purchasing. Rather than merely adopting statistical models like most other studies in this field, the present study develops a model that combines double-cohort method with multinomial logit model. It is desirable if one can adopt an overall encompassing criterion in the study of consumer behaviors form diverse sales channels. This study uses the concept of cohort or aging to enable this comparison. It enables us to analyze how consumers respond to online and offline channels as people aged by measuring their shopping behavior for an online and offline retailers and their subsequent purchase intentions. Based on some empirical findings, this study concludes with policy implications and some necessary fields of future studies desirable.

  • This paper proposed an efficient multiple TCP mechanism using Android smartphones for remote control video Wi-Fi stream transmission via network communications in real time. The wireless video stream transmission mechanism can be applied in various area such as real time server stream transmissions, movable drones, disaster robotics and real time security monitoring systems. Moreover, we urgently need to transmit data in timely fashion such as medical emergency, security surveillance and disaster prevention. Our parallel TCP transmission system can play an important role in several area such as real time server stream transmissions, movable drones, disaster robotics and real time security monitoring systems as mentioned in the previous sentence. Therefore, we designed and implemented a parallel TCP transmission (parallel stream) for an efficient real time video streaming services. In conclusion, we evaluated proposed mechanism using parallel TCP transmission under various environments with performance analysis.

  • Recently in the mobile market, the communication technology which bases on the sense of sight, sound, and touch has been developed. However, human beings uses all five - vision, auditory, palatory, olfactory, and tactile - senses to communicate. Therefore, the current paper presents a technology which enables individuals to be aware of other people's emotions through a machinery device. This is achieved by the machine perceiving the tone of the voice, body temperature, pulse, and other biometric signals to recognize the emotion the dispatching individual is experiencing. Once the emotion is recognized, a scent is emitted to the receiving individual. A system which coordinates the emission of scent according to emotional changes is proposed.
