  • 정보기술 발전에 따라 정보 활용 및 처리 역량이 상승하면서 교육 환경의 지능화, 네트워크화로 기술간, 서비스 간 융 복합을 통한 다양한 학습 내용 및 방법이 출현하였으며, 최근 e-러닝 산업에서 스마트기기 보급 확산과 상황 적응적이고 자기 주도적 학습에 대한 소비자의 니즈가 증가하면서 새로운 형태의 교육시스템인 스마트러닝이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 교육 패러다임의 변화에 따라 기존의 교육 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용하기 위해서는 콘텐츠 및 솔루션 구조의 개선이 요구되며, 또한 서비스 제공의 측면에서 다양한 교육 콘텐츠 연동과 교육 서비스 융합을 위한 표준 플랫폼 적용이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 JVM 환경의 PC 인터페이스를 통해 ePub 표준의 교육용 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작기능과 기존 서책형 파일 포맷의 자료 정보를 응용하기 위한 정보변환 모듈, 스마트 기기용 ePub 전자책 뷰어를 포함하는 통합 솔루션 소프트웨어인 ePub Solution을 설계하였다.

  • These days, smart phones are being widely used and accordingly, a larger number of consumers have become interested in them, thus many applications are being developed with a variety of forms. There are various fields in it, such as multimedia, games, information and education, as per users' disposition and characteristics. As for the current contents for language education in mobile environment, the market is dominated by contents for learning foreign language such as English, Japanese and Chinese, while contents for educating Korean language are minuscule. In this paper, thus, we design and implement a elementary Korean language educational contents for foreign beginners who can use the contents at their smart phones with Android OS.

  • Most domestic educational mobile contents put special stress on learning foreign languages such as English, and usually the telecommunications companies and the education companies partner to provide mobile terminals with the contents such as video files. Recently the trend of mobile platforms for the educational contents have been changed because of the release the many kinds of smart phones like iPhone and Google Phone. In this paper, we design the educational contents for Korean listening education to aid to study Korean effectively as a foreign language. It carries out a detailed design to realize and run the contents based on the Android OS which is an open source platform backed by Google.

  • There are various types of educational contents in mobile world. Moreover new and various kinds of contents have been developed recently according the smart phone has become popular. Therefore, many telecommunication companies of domestic and overseas are showing many kinds of smart phone as to customers are growing more and more interested in mobile devices. Currently, most of the language educational contents are composed to foreign languages like English, Japanese, Chinese, but the development of Korean educational contents are inadequate. In this paper, so, we design the linguistic contents for beginning Koran education of foreigner which are used on mobile platforms.

  • Most of the domestic educational mobile contents are concentrated on learning foreign languages like English and it's common to provide contents with mobile cellphone under partnership between mobile and education companies. In recently, the trend is that the mobile platform of educational contents is changing according to development of various smart phones like I-phone and Google-phone. In this paper, so, we implement listening contents for Korean education to support learning Korean as foreign language effectively. In detail, we implement the operation of contents based on android OS of Google open-type platform of smart phone.

Analysis of effect of Invention Education program using the Hands-on robots (Hands-on robots을 활용한 발명교육프로그램 효과 분석)

  • In this study, the effectiveness of the education program was analyzed through the invention education program using Hands-on Robots, the change of perception of invention and robots of primary and secondary students. The results of the study were as follows: there were many differences in robots that students recognized before and after education, and the change was noticeable in lower grades. In addition, perception of inventions included many robots after they were trained, compared to the fact that robots were not included before they were learned. There has also been a change in attitudes toward robots and their attitude toward inventions, which was more pronounced in the lower grades. By doing so, it can be analyzed that the invention education program using Hands-on robots is effective in giving elementary and secondary students a change in their perception of inventions and robots.

  • In this study, a programming class plan was designed for artificial intelligence education in technical high schools such as specialized high schools and Meister high schools. In elementary and middle schools or general high schools, it is not easy to secure the number of hours, so it is not easy to proceed with a lot of content and in-depth content. In addition, technical high schools have a good environment for nurturing human resources in the field of artificial intelligence. For this purpose, existing researches related to artificial intelligence education were explored, and programming classes related to artificial intelligence education were grafted into the units of the existing engineering high school programming classes.

  • 우리나라 교육통계에 따르면 외국인 가정 및 국제결혼 가정의 자녀 수는 138,227명에 달하며(교육부, 2020), 결혼이민자는 169,005명에 이른다(법무부, 2022). 이들 중 대다수는 의사소통의 어려움을 호소하며, 의사소통 문제는 학교 및 사회생활 부적응으로 이어진다. 이에 대하여, 지방자치단체와 다문화 유관기관 등에서 다양한 한국어교육 프로그램을 진행하고 있지만, 대부분이 단편적인 학습지 교육이나 문화 체험 수업에 그치거나 코로나19 등으로 인하여 수업이 중단되는 등 효과적이고 체계적인 교육이 제공되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 한국에서 적응하고 생활해야 하는 다문화 가정 구성원들을 대상으로 한국어교육을 체계적으로 실시하기 위해 가상현실(VR)을 활용한 교육 프로그램을 제안한다. 이는 시공간의 제약을 받지 않아 일반 교재나 PC 활용 수업에 비해 접근성이 좋고 실재감과 몰입감을 높여 학습자의 흥미와 참여도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 특히 다자간 동시 참여가 가능한 메타버스 공간에서는 학습자 간 활발한 상호작용 및 소통이 가능하여 언어 능력과 더불어 사회 적응력을 기르는 데에 기여할 수 있다.

Implementation of Two-way Data Link using the Thuraya Geostationary Orbit Satellite (Thuraya 정지궤도 위성을 이용한 양방향 데이터 링크 구현)

  • Satellite communication is not used by many people like mobile communication, but it is a necessary technology for public service and communication services, such as providing the Internet in military, disaster, remote education and medical services, island areas, and infrastructure vulnerable areas. However, most communication modems have problems with two-way communication with server as IP addresses are assigned to floating IP that change every time they communicate with the network. In this paper, we used the Raspberry Pi as the controller of the terminal device to communicate the network through the satellite modem and the PPP protocol, and to solve the problem of the modem with the floating IP, we used the text message function of the satellite modem. Through this process, two-way data links using the Thuraya geostationary orbit satellite were implemented.

  • 제 7차 교육과정에서 상업계 고등학교 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 처리에 관한 기초 전문 지식과 기술을 습득하게 하여 정보화 시대에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 개발하여 우수한 직업인이 될 수 있는 소양을 기르는데 초점을 두고 있으나 현재의 컴퓨터 관련 교육과정은 이를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시대가 요구하는 방향에 따라 정보통신 관련 교과목을 필수로 하여 멀티미디어, 웹 프로그래밍, 데이터베이스 등의 다양한 교과목을 추가하는 교육과정을 제안한다. 제안된 교육과정은 현재 상업계 교육과정을 향후 교과목별 단원 및 학년별 단위 시수 편성과 조정 등의 개선 방안을 제공하는데 있다.
