Social network services whose users increase rapidly is the online services that reflect social network. They are used for various purposes such as strategy of election, commercial advertisement and marketing, educational information sharing and exchange of medical knowledge and opinions. These services make users form social networks with other users who have common interests and expand their relationships by releasing their personal information and utilizing other users' social networks. However, the social network services based on open and sharing of information raise various security threats such as violation of privacy and phishing. In this paper, we propose a group key management scheme and protocols using key rings to protect communication of small groups in social network services.

최근 인터넷 이용이 증가하면서 원격 교육자료, 전자상거래용 자료 등 여러 이용자가 사용하는 자료를 하나의 서버가 아니라 분산된 형태로 나누어 관리하는 것이 통신량을 줄이기 위해 점차 중요시되고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 자료는 데이터 량이 많으므로 이용자에게 가까운 서버에 분산 관리하는 것이 더욱 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA 표준을 따르는 미들웨어를 사용하여 인터넷으로 상호 연결된 임의의 시스템에 자료를 분산 관리할 수 있는 분산형 자료 관리 시스템 DDM(Distributed Data Manager)을 구축하였다. DDM은 크게 나누어 사용자 관리, 데이터 관리, 시스템 상태 관리 기능을 제공하며 단순히 분산 자료의 위치만을 관리하는 것이 아니라, 자료를 종류별 또는 용도별로 통합된 category를 관리한다. DDM은 분산 자료의 통합관리와 시스템 상태 관리를 위해서 주 에이전트(Primary Agent, 이하 PA)와, 이용자에게 직접 서비스를 제공하는 보조 에이전트(Local Agent, 이하 LA)를 중심으로 구성된다. DDM은 모든 자료에 대한 현재 상태를 관리하는데, 자료의 등록, 수정, 삭제 등의 요구가 보조 에이전트를 통하여 실시간으로 이루어지며 자료의 통합 관리와 백업 관리는 주 에이전트가 담당한다. 한편 DDM는 자바와 JDBC를 사용하여 구축함으로써 임의의 플랫폼과 데이터베이스를 이용할 수 있게 하였다.

Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) based on electronic bulletin board system (e-BBS) has been widely used for various educational purposes since the advent of the Internet. Instructors can achieve pedagogical goals by analyzing the contents of postings. They can be benefited technically from analytic information on discussion activities. Studies on content analysis and social presence in communication have been traditionally done by social studies. However, researches on computational and logical analysis of the phenomenon are rare. To do that we propose a formal model to represent and analyze communication activities logically. The model consists of interactivity vector providing a formal representation of discussion activities and interactivity chart providing a graphical representation of interactivity vector. The formal approach can be used as a useful technical assistance to analyze and compare discussion groups computationally.

본 연구는 정보기술에 관련된 신문기사의 내용과 성격에 관하여 분석하였다. 동아일보와 조선일보양대 일간지를 88년 1월 부터 92년 12월 까지 5년동안 조사하였으며 총 1551건의 정보기술 관련 기사를 분석하였다. 조사결과를 보면 1988년 부터 1992년 사이에 양대 신문에 나타난 정보기술 관련기사가 점점 더 증가하는 추세를 보였으며 이는 정보화사회의 도래와 함께 정보기술이 우리사회의 여러분야로 확산되고 있음을 잘 보여주고 있다고 하겠다. 기사의 내용은 원격통신, 신제품 개발, 컴퓨터관련 교육, 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 개발과 유통 등에 관련된 기사가 주류를 이루었으며 그외에 공장자동화, 사무자동화, 가사자동화, 컴퓨터관련 범죄, 데이타베이스, 지역정보화, 멀티미디어 등에 관한 주제가 다루어졌다. 한편, 정보기술 관련기사의 성격은 기존의 신문기사에서 부정적인 기사가 주류를 이루고 있는 것과는 달리 긍정적인 기사가 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 이는 정보기술이 비교적 새로운 분야이므로 정보기술의 부정적인 측면보다 긍정적인 측면을 부각시키고 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 최근의 기사에서는 컴퓨터 사용에 관련된 문제점, 컴퓨터를 이용한 범죄, 개인의 프라이버시 침해 등 부정적인 측면의 문제도 제기되고 있다. 신문기사의 내용분석에 의하면 기업의 업종에 따라 정보기술의 활용면에서도 분명한 차이를 보여주고 있는데 제조업의 경우 기업의 내부 물적활동, 생산활동, 외부 물적활동에 관한 기사들이 많았으며 서비스업종의 경우에는 고객에 대한 협상력을 증가시키는데 관련된 기사들이 많았고, 하드웨어나 소프트웨어 산업의 경우에는 고객에 대한 협상력을 증가시키는 문제와 함께 대체재의 개발에 관련된 기사도 많이 등장하였다.

Nowadays, national critical infrastructures have been known to be highly vulnerable to the EMP threats which are internationally growing. But their realistic solutions have been not made by the lack of detailed rules and regulations in current laws, however, which cover most of cyber threats. This paper takes a look at the domestic and overseas trends on the EMP protections, and proposes the revision directives of relevant laws and the contents included into the proposed legislation. Among them, the amendment of the current "Information Infrastructure Protection Act" is considered to be the most effective, including provisions on protected informations, industrial promotions, R&D supports, education, etc. Anyway, this paper is expected to be helpful for introducing an effective legal scheme on the CIP against EMP threats. domestic rule.

농업용수관리자동화사업의 시행은 수자원관리 중에서 용수절약 및 유지관리비 절감을 위해 도입된 용수관리 개선방안 중의 하나이다. 현재 대부분의 수리시설이 수원공 관리인과 수로감시원의 인력에 의해 관리되고 있으며 2004년 수리시설물의 관리비 집행내역을 살펴보면 시설유지비 54.2 %, 개보수비 34.2 %, 적립금 및 기타 비용이 11.6 %를 차지하고 있다. 이 중의 시설유지비는 인거비의 상승으로 1999년 41.4 %에서 2004년 54.2%로 증가되었으나 개보수비는 같은 기간에 41.5 %에서 34.2 %로 감소된 것으로 나타났다(농업생산기반정비사업 통계연보, 2005). 따라서 농업용수관리자동화는 시설관리비와 개보수비의 절감 그리고 적정한 용수관리에 의한 용수절감을 위해서 더욱 확대 보급할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용수관리자동화 사업이 추진되어 운영되고 있는 충주지구를 선정하여 총사업비, 인건비, 유지관리비(통신료, 전력사용료 등), 수선유지비, 기타비용 등의 비용과 인력절감효과, 용수절감효과, 재해경감효과, 공익적효과 등의 편익을 분석하였다. 농업용수관리자동화시설에 대한 비용-편익 분석을 한 결과, 경제적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지속적인 사업의 시행을 위해서는 시설에 대한 교육, 전문인력의 보충, 운영 및 유지관리비의 투자가 병행되어야 한다고 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the concepts of smartphone and app, to review the theoretical researches and the representative service examples in academic libraries' mobile services based on smartphone apps, and to propose the proper mobile services methods based on smartphone apps in academic libraries of Korea. The ways for mobile app services in academic libraries are like these: 1) Libraries need to prepare the hybrid service system based on the combination of mobile web and app for smartphone. 2) Libraries have the guidelines for choosing apps which are applied to library services. 3) Libraries develop the apps for library marketing and education services and make use of existed apps to their own services. 4) Smartphone application bibliography service(Appography service) needs to be developed and serviced as an academic library service field.

Digital reference services have been a key role in academic libraries in the context of various digital environments. The guidelines for the digital reference service are one of important aspects to improve the quality of services and system design and implement better services. In this study, by case studies and a questionnaire survey for academic librarians, the guideline for the digital reference service is suggested with three phases; plan, operation and evaluation. The guideline for the digital reference services suggested in this study is expected to support digital reference services in academic library environment.

2003년 8원 북미 북동부지역 광역정전에 이어 영국과 말레시아, 이태리에서도 대규모 정전이 발생하여 지진, 태풍에 버금가는 사회적인 혼란과 경제적인 피해를 초래했다. 이러한 광역 정전사고는 학내 전력산업계에도 상당한 충격과 시사점을 제공했고, 정부와 전력거래소 주도하에 대정전의 원인과 이를 방지하기 위한 권고치에 대한 다각적인 검토와 보완이 이루어지고 있다. 이 보완사항에는 대규모 정전을 막기 위해 필수적인 대규모 발전소 및 변전소에 계통안정화장치의 설치, 통신규격의 표준화, 인격 취득자료의 정확도를 유지하기위한 전력시장운영규칙의 개정 능의 제도적인 지원뿐만 아니라 급전원에 대한 주기적인 교육을 통해 상황대처능력을 향상시키기 위한 노력 등 대정전을 예방하기위해 전력산업 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 개선과 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 대한 노력과 함께 전력거래소는 후비급전소를 천안으로 이설 중에 있고, 공공기관 지방이전 시에 신규로 중앙급전소를 설치 할 예정이다. 본 논문은 위에서 언급한 광역정전을 예방하고, 전력계통을 안전하고 효율적으로 운영하기위한 중앙급전소를 설계할 때 고려해야 할 사항에 대해 논하고자 한다.

The convergence of mobile communications and handheld computers offers the opportunity to develop technology that will assist individuals and groups to learn anytime, anywhere. In this thesis, we suggest a learning model for educational mobile contents, and implement a mobile contents for English vocabulary learning. The mobile contents consist of two parts: vocabulary learning and vocabulary evaluation. The vocabulary learning provides the mobile learner not only the display of English vocabulary but also the pronunciation of native speaker. The degree of learning achievement is evaluated by the quiz program of game style. Accordingly, the proposed prototype system for English vocabulary learning is designed and implemented, as an exemplar of personal mobile systems for edutainment mobile learning.
