  • We want to know the key factors which are important to make any cluster grow up. First, we make four cluster types which are national policy type, local recruit type, local network type, and existing industry transforming type. Second, We selected Austin case and Kyushu case as two local recruit type clusters. Third, this paper looks into the dynamics of two clusters. Forth, we arrive at the conclusion including the policy implication for Daegu technopolis.

  • This paper describes the characteristics and outline of the Japan trade EDI project and proposes a vision for the future. The results are as follows; First, the TEDI(Trade EDI) project was initiated to promote paperless trading(using XML documents) on open networks such as the Internet, and to construct associated legal structures. Second there is converting harbor EDI system in existing EDI to single window system. Third, the NACCS system has been put into operation in Japan. To develope NACCS system must associate other system such as financial, insurance, logistic.

  • 본 논문은 인터넷 전자상거래를 기반으로 최근 활성화되고 있는 전자무역의 거래관행상의 영향 및 문제점을 실증분석하고 있다. 전자무역의 인터넷 전자상거래의 활용정도 및 장애요인 등을 분석하고 그에 따른 제반문제를 법제도적 측면을 비롯하여 정책적 측면 등을 중심으로 분석함으로서 전자무역의 새로운 거래관행의 확립과 법제도적 개선책의 모색을 통하여 전자무역거래의 활성화방안을 안전한 전자거래시스템의 확보 외에 관련 인력의 양성 및 교육훈련프로그램의 개발 등이 요구되고 있다.

  • In this research, electronic commercial web-sites of artwork are analysed with ten marketing success factors such as, low price, variety of products convenience of shopping, ensure credibility DB marketing, providing information, virtual community, preoccupying the marketing, quick response, and strategic cooperation. The analysis showed that the main problem of the Korean fine art market is the lack of demand. Though the problem of the offline fine art market is not to be solved by websites, it seems that the solution should be brought through the operation of websites with long-term plans and patience.

To examine the effect of cultural differences on the perception for Internet shopping, shoppers from two different countries - the U.S. and Korea - were chosen, and the perception for Internet shopping from each is contrasted.
