항공기산업은 고부가가치, 높은 기술파급효과 등의 경제적 요인 이외에도 국방 등의 전략적 요구 및 국가이미지의 대내외적 제고 등 요인을 동시에 갖고 있는 첨단의 전략산업일뿐 아니라 개발성과가 불확실하고, 수요의 독점성과 기술의 복합성, 자본 및 경험 집약성 등의 요인으로 인해 육성하기 어려운 산업이다. 우리나라에서의 항공기산업은 자동차, 철강, 반도체 등 세계적인 선도 산업에 비해 아직은 그 산업의 성과가 충분치 못한 실정이다. 그 이유로는 수요의 영세성과 불연속성, 고립된 산업 구조 및 그로 인한 낮은 산업파급효과와 낮은 부가가치구조, 취약한 부품산업 등의 여러요인이 거론되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 수요와 공급 및 기술과 산업구조 등의 여러측면을 조정하고 통합하는 정부의 역할과 기능이 더욱 중요한 요인이라 하겠다. 공군력 증강과 장기 경제발전을 위해 우리나라 항공기산업의 현재 수준을 한 단계 도약시키기 위해서는 우선 산업의 명확한 비전과 발전전략의 제시와 적절한 사업의 선정의 효과적인 추진이 중요할 것이다. 적절한 사업의 하나로는 국내의 축적된 기술과 생산기반을 활용하여 우리나라가 주도적으로 개발/생산할 수 있는 적절하게 통제된 규모의 중급항공기 개발사업을 들 수 있겠다. 이를 위해서는 체계적이고도 통합된 정부의 역할이 가장 긴요하다. 특히 산업이 가지고 있는 공공성, 전략성 및 복합성 등의 특성을 감안할 때, 우리나라 항공기산업의 성공적인 발전을 통한 장기적인 공군력 증대에의 기여를 위해서는 수요, 기술, 생산 및 관리를 효과적으로 조정하고 통괄하되, 책임소재가 명확하게 식별될 수 있도록 수요부처 중심의 추진주체로서의 정부의 통합된 기능과 역할이 특히 강조된다 하겠다.

우리나라의 명실상부한 최고 휴양지. 외국인들이 가장 찾고 싶어하는 곳. 바로 제주도를 이르는 말이다. 제주도는 지난 11월 12일 '뉴세븐원더스(New7wonders)'에 의해 '세계 7대 자연경관'으로 선정됐다. 이를 통해 제주도는 우리나라 국민들은 물론, 전세계인들에게 관광지 및 자연유산의 산실로 더욱 큰 사랑을 받을 것으로 전망된다. 최근 이곳에 아주 의미있는 건물이 들어서고 있다. 바로 제주세계자연유산센터다. 제주의 관광을 상징하고 국제적 위상에 걸 맞는 탐방인프라를 구축하고자 추진해 온 세계자연유산센터는 지난해 8월 착공에 들어가 내년 6월에 준공될 계획에 있다. 이 센터는 제주 자연유산의 관리 및 보전을 위한 연구와 모니터링 활동을 하게 된다. 쉽게 말해 제주도의 모든 자연 문화적 유산을 이 제주세계자연유산센터에서 통괄적으로 관리, 운영하게 되는 것이다. 이렇게 사회적으로 큰 의미가 있는 제주세계자연유산센터가 만약 안전하지 못하다면? 안전이 확보되지 않는 공정과 시민들의 안전을 담보지 못하는 시설이라면, 전세계인은 물론 지역민, 국내관광객 모두에게 외면 받을 수 밖에 없다. 때문에 이곳 건설현장은 '안전'을 최고의 가치로 여기며 공사를 진행하고 있다. 제주도를 찾는 국내외 관광객들의 쉼터이자 길라잡이 역할을 하게 될 제주세계자연유산센터가 안전하게 만들어지는 과정을 한 번 들여다 봤다.

Management for security product and application is becoming more difficult because they became more specialized. Most of research is focused on combining policies for information security management policy, security standard, and security tools. However, there are no researches for total solution for both application and security policy. Thereby, the purpose of this research is to propose a remote integrated management system based on linux. The system could efficiently manage data update for application and policy update for a server supporting the distinct configuration of each server. By using the remote integrated management system, system manager with poor secure knowledge also could easily manage their system securely.

Media is a means for exchanging one's emotions or objective information in human society. Due to the spread of smart media due to the advent of digital media, media in modern society is not a simple means but encompasses the entire society in which humans live. It even took over the control function. Therefore, by examining the types and characteristics of media according to the service platform in which smart media is used, and building a big data hub for media based on this, new development and research directions for digital media can be explored. In this paper, we analyze various metadata generated through smart media and propose a plan for building a big data platform using it.

All human being can not exist by oneself That is, all human being depend on intimate attachment for their survival. Physical and psychological powers are prerequisites fir one's survival and these serve important functions hi interpersonal relationships. There are two kinds of powers. One is positive power which helps one survive effectively. Another one is negative power which disturbs one's effective survival. In this paper, the author reviewed the precept of 'trust' which is described in 'Bible' and oriental classical books such as 'The Analects of Confuicus' and 'Tao Te Ching' etc. and tried to integrate this precept with the importance in everyday life, 'How to communicate' is closely related to 'trust' and one's speech is closely related to one's thinking or emotion. Thus in order to keep trustful communication, one has to introspect oneself to understand one's own emotional reaction.

In this study, we investigated the problems of existing e-journal subscriptions caused by open access of e-journals faced by university libraries. To solve these problems, we proposed an operational model for open access based subscription. The proposed operational model, which adapts the four concepts of subscription model, system, policy, and operation interpreted according to reality, applies open access on the premise of rational subscription of electronic journals. The proposed operational model was constructed based on national support, comprehensive operation, open access based model, and cooperation system. In particular, it emphasized the need for stable and continuous access to scholarly information through national support policy. The proposed operational model can be used as a basic data for the realization and research of open access in the domestic environment.

실행(practice)를 위주로 하는 전문직 교육은 실지 실습이나 임상교육등이 필수적이며 중요한 것은 주지의 사실이다. 그러나 전통적으로 대부분의 간호학교가 병원에 소속되어 있어서 간호 임상교육은 그 본 목적인 학생들의 학습보다는 오히려 병원 업무를 돕는 방향으로 잘못 전개되어왔다. 간호교육이 병원에 소속된 간호학교로 부터 학문의 전당인 대학안으로 옮겨지면서 많은 뜻있는 간호교육자들의 노력과 시도로 학생들이 고용인으로 이용되는 상황에서 탈피하여 임상교육이 학생들에게 이론적인 지식을 실지로 응용할 수 있는 복합적이고 통합적인 배움의 경험이 되도록 조금씩 발전해 가고는 있지만 아직도 바라는 만큼 이루어지지는 못하는 실정이다. 현재는 임상실습에 임하는 학생들이 기능적인 일을 반복하며 주어진 시간만을 채우는 경향이 많고 배운 이론을 대학 실습실에서 응용해 보지 못한채 직접 환자 간호에 적응하려면 지나친 불안과 긴장으로 오히려 학습에 장애가 오기도 한다. 또한 환자의 입장을 고려해 보면 그들은 안전하고 완벽한 간호를 받을 권리가 있음에도 불구하고 때로 서투른 학생들의 실습의 대상으로 노출되어 불안을 느끼고 바람직한 간호를 받지 못하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 몇 뜻있는 간호 교육자들은 임상들의 실습장소로 택하는 것은 학생에게는 부적절한 학습 환경이 될 뿐 아니라 환자에게는 도덕적, 윤리적으로 부당하다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 좀 더 잘 설비된 대학의 실습실이 급선무이고 또한 교화적이고 창의적인 실습실의 이용으로 반복적인 임상 실습의 양은 줄이는 한편 학생들의 실력이나 적용 능력의 토대를 탄탄히 하는 몇가지 교육방법을 제시하였다. 물론 제시된 시법이나 작은 그룹별 학습등은 기초 간호학실에서 많이 이용된 방법이기는 하지만 더욱 잘 응용되어야하겠고 역할 재현(role play)이나 유사 상황(simulation) 조성등의 학습 방법으로 기술적인면 뿐만 아니라 대인 관계나 면담기술 및 창의적이며 논리적인 사고의 발달등도 이루어 지리라 기대된다.학생들이 적정량의 기술과 지식을 익힌 후에 좀 더 복합적이고 통괄적인 지식의 응용 및 평가가 필요할 때 실지 임상 실습을 시도하는 것이 바람직한 것이다.

This study is to understand intuition that is the tool of invention and the one factor of the creative thinking in mathematical education. For this, I examine the nature of intuition and the history of research about intuition. And I study the result of research about intuition in cognitive psychological perspectives. This study brings to a focus in informational processing model. Informational processing model is similar to the mathematical problem solving process that is expressed linear process. Recently, parallel distributed processing models try to understand the nature of intuition. But any models cannot adequately explain the nature and the phenomena of illumination of intuition. Some scholars try to examine the intuition in mathematical education. But systematic and practical research is rare. So, I suggest the mathematical educational implications about intuition. Conclusively, it is necessary to systematic concern in intuition and the methods of improvement of intuition in mathematical education.

The need for win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations is emphasized. For the sustainable growth of a healthy industry, the attractive parts of large companies and the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises must be harmonized and shared. It was also examined what items large companies should consider in selecting small and medium-sized enterprises as a partner. In the case of food producers, when considering safety issues, a comprehensive safety system should be established, not just a single factor. And cooperation is expected between small and medium-sized enterprises and other partners with new technologies such as AI, IoT, 3D printers and 5G technology. It is suggested that corporate development can be achieved by various models through win-win cooperation between large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.

한국과 일본의 경우 건표고를 외관의 품질상태 에 따라 12등급에서 16등급으로 구분하고 있다. 그리고 등급판정 작업은 임의로 추출한 샘플을 대상으로 전문 감정가에 의해 수작업으로 수행되고 있다. 건표고의 품질을 결정짓는 외관의 품질인자들은 갓과 내피에 고루 분포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 영상처리 시스템에 의거하여 개발한 건표고 자동 등급판정 및 선별 시작시스템의 구조와 기능 그리고 성능에 대하여 설명하였다. 개발한 시작시스템은 표고의 이송과 취급자동화를 위한 진동이송기, 반전장치, 컨베이어 이송장치와 두 세트의 컴퓨터 영상처리 시스템, 그리고 시스템 통괄제어를 위한 IBM PC AT호환 컴퓨터, 디지털 입출력 보드, 전공압실린더 구동제어를 위한 PLC등으로 구성하였다. 등급판정의 효율성 및 실시간 작업시스템을 고려하여 건표고의 등급판정은 두 세트의 컴퓨터 영상처리 시스템을 이용하여 이송되는 건표고의 갓 또는 내피 중 어디가 위를 향하는 지에 따라 두 단계에 걸쳐 독립적으로 판정을 수행하도록 하였다. 첫 번째 영상처리부에서는 갓표면 영상으로부터 4등급의 고품질 표고를 분류하며 두 번째 영상처리부에서는 내피표면 영상으로부터 중간 및 저품질 표고를 8개의 등급으로 분류한다. 실시간 영상정보처리를 목적으로 기존에 개발한 신경회로망을 이용한 등급판정 알고리즘을 시작시스템에 적용하였다. 개발한 시작기는 88% 이상의 등급판정 정확도를 보여 주었으며, 전공압시스템의 구동제약으로 인하여 표고 1개당 약0.7초의 선별시간이 소요되었다. 일조 선별라인의 경우 본 연구에서 제안한 시작기의 선별능력은 표고가 일차 처리부로 갓이 위로 올라와 있는 상태로 계속 공급된다면 시간당 대략 5,000여 개의 표고를 처리할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.보강하여 가능하면 B-Pillar의 Middle이 Bending type collapse을 방지하여 Pelvis와 Door가 먼저 접촉하는 방법 등이 적용가능하다. 제작하기 이전에 설계된 부품에 대한 스프링 상수 및 내구특성을 체계적으로 규명하여 제품 시험의 횟수를 줄이고, 보다 정밀한 제품을 제작할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.세포수는 초기 배반포기배에서 팽윤 배반포기배로 진행됨에 따라 두배에서 세배 정도 증가되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, differential labelling과 bisbenzimide기법에서 얻어진 각각의 총세포수를 비교하였을 때 총세포수는 발달의 진행 정도에 따라 증가되며 그와 동시에 동일한 군 간의 세포수도 거의 유사함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, ICM과 TE를 differential labelling하는 기법은 수정란의 quality를 평가하는데 매우 유용한 기법으로서 착상전 embryo 발달을 연구하는데 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 고도의 유의차를 나타낸 반면 비수구, 초생수로구 및 Bromegrass 목초구 간에는 아무런 유의차가 인정되지 않았다. 7. 농지보전 처리구인 배수구와 초생수로구는 비처리구에 비해 낮은 침두 유출량과 낮은 토양유실량을 나타내었다.구보다 14% 절감되는 것으로 나타났다.작용하는 것으로 사료된다.된다.정량 분석한 결과이다. 시편의 조성은 33.6 at% U, 66.4 at% O의 결과를 얻었다. 산화물 핵연료의 표면 관찰 및 정량 분석 시험시 시편 표면을 전도성 물질로 증착시키지 않고, Silver Paint 에 시편을 접착하는 방법으로도 만족한 시험 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰
