윈도우 NT가 이제는 어떤 하드웨어에 구애받지 않고 메인프레임부터 워크 스테이션, PC, 데스크탑PC까지 전체를 통괄하는 하나의 운영시스템으로 변해나갈 것이고 이러한 부분들이 앞으로 시장에서 마이크로 소프트의 위치를 상당히 강화시켜 주리라 생각된다.

직장인들의 연말정산시 인터넷을 통해서 관련 자료를 다운로드 받고자할 때 일종의 보안프로그램이 작동한다. 바로 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이다. DRM은 각종 문서 등 콘텐츠의 생성부터 관리, 유통까지를 통괄적으로 지원하는 보안 솔루션. 그간에는 주로 공공기관과 일반기업들을 중심으로 시장이 확대되어 왔으나 최근 들어서는 일반인들에게도 매우 친숙한 SW가 돼 가면서 관심도 크게 높아지고 있다. DRM시장 및 최신 기술동향에 대해서 살펴봤다.

본 연구는 전문 D/B의 본문 필드를 텍스트 언어학적 상부구조로 분할하고 태그를 부여함으로써 이용자의 목적이나 상황에 따라서 필요한 부분만을 검색할 수 있는 전문탐색기법의 타당성을 고찰하였다. 한 문헌은 다수의 텍스트 단위로 구성되며, 이 텍스트는 의사소통이나 인지과정의 기본 단위로써 문헌 전체를 통괄하는 상부구조에 의해 연결된다. 상부구조는 텍스트의 생성과 이해에 중요한 매개체 역할을 하며, 정보요구의 상황이나 목적과 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 밝히고 정보검색시스템의 주요 대상인 학술문헌의 상부구조를 고찰하였다.

작업물(Work)을 기계에 장입출, 가공에 필요한 공구류의 공급 등이 완전 자동화 된 기존의 사출성형기 Series를 제조하는 FA Systme은, MAP 대응의 FA System 으로 개량되었다. 이 논문은, MAP 대응 새 FA 시스템의 MAP에서 분산.통괄의 역할을 하도록 개발된 Cell controller의 정보관리기능 가운데 하나의 응용으로서 제조공정을 자동적으로 Scheduling 하는데 Expert 시스템(전문가시스템)을 적용한 idea를 소개하는 것이다. 이 idea의 적용 으로 인하여 제조공정의 scheduling 작염은 종래의 주단위로 부터 일일단위의 작업으로 처리가 가능해졌고, 또, 공구수명관리기능의 부가로 무인운전시의 기계의 가공율도 종래보다도 녹일 수가 있었다.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the status of assistive technology delivery system and to analyze issues on legislating assistive technology act in Korea. Many laws in different departments include regulations of providing assistive technology devices, and their range and types in various delivery entities tend to expand. However, a nationwide assistive technology delivery system for all individuals with disabilities that considers balanced expenditure among departments is not established yet. Two laws proposed to solve the situation were introduced and discussed as the following. First of all, the terminology of assistive technology and various products supported by different laws and departments should be aggregated and connected. Secondly, a nationwide assistive technology delivery system for all individuals with disabilities are to be established, regardless of departments or laws for certain purposes. Thirdly, a quality control system of all assistive technology products including user monitoring system should be regulated.

상하수도사업은 안정되고 안전한 물의 공급에서부터 처리, 주위환경에 대한 배려, 고도 처리기술에의 대응 등은 물론, 경영의 관점에서 효율화와 코스트 삭감이 요구되는 가운데, 고도정보화를 위한 시책이 진행 중에 있다. 미쓰비시전기는 이전부터 ''상하수도종합정보시스템''으로 OA(Office Automation), EA(Engneering Automation), PA(Process Automation) 의 각 영역 그리고 전체로서의 효율화를 도모하는 시스템의 구축을 지향하여 왔다. 이 시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. $\cdot$통합화(정보의 일원관리, 네트워크화)$\cdot$고도화(정보자산의 부가가치화)$\cdot$플렉시블 컨스트럭션(기존시스템 활용) $\cdot$토털효율의 향상(자동화, 무인화, 광역, 통합감시)본고에서는 모든 상수도$\cdot$하수도업무를 통괄함과 동시에 보다 종합적인 관점에서 지원하는 것을 베이스로 한 상하수도종합정보시스템에 대하여 소개하는데, 그 중에서도 통합화에 초점을 맞추어 다음과 같은 사항에 대하여 기술한다. 근래에 무인 자동화기술의 발달과 마이크로프로세서 기술의 혁신적인 성장에 힘입어 일반산업현장에서 사용되고 있는 로봇은 복잡하고 다양한 작업이 요구되는 비제조업분야로 그 적용분야가 확장되고 있다. 그 대표적인 분야를 들자면 방사능 지역과 같은 위험한 환경에서의 작업, 우주공간이나 심해에서의 작업, 활선 작업과 같이 사람이 접근하기 어려운 곳에서 인간을 대신하는 작업 등이 있다. 이와 같이 사람이 접근하기 어려운 지역에서 인간을 대신하여 작업을 수행할 수 있는 원격작업 로봇시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 로봇은 6 자유도를 갖는 수평다관절 유압구동형 조작기로써 로봇의 운반 및 설치가 용이하도록 제 1 링크의 분리가 가능하도록 설계하였다. 로봇의 제어기는 전체 제어기를 통괄하는 1 개의 마스터 CPU 및 3 개의 제어보드로 구성되며 이들은 VME 버스를 이용하여 데이터를 전송한다. 로봇의 관리제어시스템은 그래픽워크스테이션을 이용하여 구성하였으며 로봇의 작업상황을 실시간으로 애니메이션하여 작업자에게 원격현장감을 제공하고 작업효율의 향상시켰다.

Human being can be defined in several ways. These are biological, psychological, social and religious, ethical and philosophical aspects. The first two viewpoints refers to the intrapersonal aspects and the last two viewpoints deals with the interpersonal aspects. There have been numerous thoeries and hypotheses to explain the human behavior and psychopathology, but the author does not find any theory or hypothesis to integrate the biological and psychological viewpoints. In addition, The author does not find any theory to integrate the intrapersonal and interpersonal aspects in interpersonal relationships. Thus, the author proposed one model to explain the human behavior. In proposing this theory, the author has the following hypotheses：1) All human being can not exist by oneself. 2) The ultimate goal of all human being is to achieve 'Survival'. 3) There are four kinds of survivals and they are biological, psychological, social and religious, ethical and philosophical survivals. 4) Power and control are two prerequisites for survival and there are four kinds of power and control. 5) The four elements of power and control are biological, psychological, internal and external ones. 6) The conflict between buman being can also be explained in terms of power, control and survival. 7) Normality and abnormality of human behavior can be explained in terms of the harmony and balance among the powers and controls.

Management for security product and application is becoming more difficult because they became more specialized. Most of research is focused on combining policies for information security management policy, security standard, and security tools. However, there are no researches for total solution for both application and security policy. Thereby, the purpose of this research is to propose a remote integrated management system based on linux. The system could efficiently manage data update for application and policy update for a server supporting the distinct configuration of each server. By using the remote integrated management system, system manager with poor secure knowledge also could easily manage their system securely.
