최근 성인 독서량은 지속적으로 감소하는데 비해 영상 콘텐츠 소비가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 사용자에 대한 선호도 및 행동 패턴에 대한 정보가 없고 새로운 도서에 대한 사용자 평가나 구매 정보가 부족해 콜드 스타트 문제와 데이터 희소성 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상물 콘텐츠 기반 도서 하이브리드 추천 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안하는 추천 시스템은 영상물의 콘텐츠를 활용하여 콜드 스타트 문제와 데이터 희소성 문제를 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 전통적인 도서 추천 시스템에 비해 성능이 향상되었고 장르, 줄거리, 평점 정보 기반 사용자 취향 정보까지 모두 반영된 질 높은 추천 결과까지 확인할 수 있었다.

통계 학습에서 자바 애플릿의 활용은 통계간을 직관적으로 이해할 수 있어 학습의 효과를 높일 수 있다. 통계 영역의 그래프를 공부하는데 통계값의 의미를 눈으로 보면서 이해하고 직접 조작하며 학습을 하면 보다 능률적일 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통계 영역의 교육과정을 분석하여 그래프 객체를 정의하고, 객체의 속성과 메소드를 분석하여 클래스를 구성한 후 클래스 사이의 관계를 파악하여 클래스 계층구조를 설계하였다.

통계학을 전공하고 싶어하는 학생이 없는 데도 통계학과를 계속 유지할 수 있을까\ulcorner 통계학과가 없어지더라도 통계학 교수는 대학에 남아 있을 수 있을까\ulcorner 정보사회에서도 현재와 같은 통계학과의 모습이 과연 올바르다고 생각하고 있는가\ulcorner 본 논문의 목적은 현재 통계학과가 갖고 있는 위기는 무엇이며 발전의 기회는 있는가를 논의하자는데 있다.

Personal Information Protection Act does not apply to certain personal information processings and personal information management as well as the data subject's right to access to their personal information collected by public authorities pursuant to Statistics Act. Such exclusion may lead to problems such as misuse and mishandling of personal information by data controllers as well as infringement upon the data subejct's right to control over their personal information. This study is to find solutions to the above problems, considering the public interests of statistics and the facilitation of the collection and the use of statistics. Ultimately, the study is to suggest recommendations for the Personal Information Protection Act to ensure the data subject's rights to request access and rectification as well as safe management of the collected personal information.

최근 기후변화의 영향으로 태풍 및 국지성 집중호우 등 자연재해 발생빈도가 증가함에 따라 풍수해로 인한 인명피해와 재산피해가 증가하고 있다. 국내에서는 재해연보를 통해 자연재난 피해이력 통계정보를 제공하고 있으며, 당해연도 자연재해상황을 기간별, 시도별, 수계별, 월별, 원인별 총괄통계와 인명피해, 시설피해와 관련된 피해면적, 피해액, 복구액 등 세부내용으로 구성하여 정보를 제공하고 있다. 행정안전부는 국가재난정보시스템을 통해 취합된 지자체 피해이력 통계자료를 입력하고 있는데 입력하는 과정에서 누락, 오기 등의 오류가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 경제적 손실이 증가하고 있는 풍수해 재난이 발생하게 될 경우 피해비용 집계, 피해액 산정 등 정확한 자료로서 구축되지 않으면 연구 및 분석을 수행하기 위한 통계자료로서 활용될 수 없다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 1985년부터 2018년까지 재해연보에 대해서 기간별-시군구별 자료분석을 통해 피해이력 데이터 오류 유형에 대해 분류하였다.

This study was intended to develop statistics indicators for the hospital library so that data related to the hospital library can be collected objectively and systematically. In order to derive items that can be used as statistics indicators for hospital libraries, 1) relevant laws, statutes and standards, 2) Statistical indicators related to hospital libraries presented in previous studies, and 3) Guidelines related to foreign hospital libraries were investigated and analyzed. The results were derived from 7 areas, 44 items and 57 sub-categories as a primary result. Statistical indicators derived in the first round were surveyed by experts and field staff to investigate their suitability. Based on this, statistics indicators for hospital libraries were developed in 7 areas, 39 items, and 54 sub-categories.

This paper proposes some guidelines for Korean standards for statistical metadata to share on the Internet. The construction includes the minimum metadata set needed in the international standards based on the report and Korean Statistics Office. In result, 29 categories were selected from the SDMX and SDDS’consistency items and 14 categories from Dublin Core. Overall, 43 international statistics metadata was completed.

Recently, some reliability problems are notified on the information security industry survey due to the differences of survey purpose, criteria and methodology among the pursuing organizations. This paper firstly identifies the issues of survey methodologies which are currently applied in the information security industry, and then proposes a business outlook survey system which can be adapted in various domain, even in effectively. The proposed system may be applied in surveys of the business outlook, supply and demand, and difficulty factor, with a co-operative database, Especially, it would be utilized as a great tool when the survey is conducted in repeatedly.
