Long-term Runoff Simulation using Global Landuse and Soil data (전지구 토지이용 및 토양자료를 활용한 북한지역 유출모의)

  • 현재 한강수계의 화천댐 상류, 임진강 상류지역의 상당부분이 북한에 속해있다. 따라서, 장기유출모의 수행을 위한 기본입력자료인 수문기상자료 및 수치주제도(토지이용, 토양)의 활용에 있어 미계측 유역으로 간주되어 왔다. 그러나, 전세계 기상통신망(GTS: Global Telecommunication System)을 통해 수문기상자료(강수량, 기온, 습도, 풍속 등)는 기상청에서 제공되고 있으며, 국제연합대학(United Nations University)에서 추진하고 있는 WaterBase 프로젝트를 통해 토지이용도(24종류, 1km 해상도) 및 토양도(5,000종류, 10km 해상도)를 활용할 수 있는 상황이다. 하지만, 언급한 자료에 대한 국내검토는 충분히 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 화천댐 상류유역을 대상으로 전세계 기상통신망 수문기상자료와 전지구 토지이용과 토양자료에 대한 검토를 수행하였다. 또한 물리적 기반의 장기유출모형인 SWAT-K의 입력자료로 활용하여 유역물수지 및 유출분석을 실시한 후, 그 적용성을 평가하였다. 이러한 연구는 기후변화 및 북한지역의 댐건설과 같은 한강수계의 수문학적 조건 변화로 인한 수자원 관리 및 계획를 위해 보다 활발히 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study proposed a traffic accident prediction model developed based on administrative districts of Seoul. The model was to find the relationship between accident rates and the representative land usage of the districts (development density) - the higher the development density (building floor area) is, the higher the traffic accident rate is. The findings showed that traffic accident statistics differ from (1) residential building floor area, (2) commercial building floor area and (3) business building floor area.

  • 오늘날 급속하게 팽창하는 도시외형과 더불어 도심의 집약적이고 다양한 토지이용 패턴 속에서 계획적인 도시개발을 유도하기 위해서는 도시변화 추세 및 그 상세 정보를 주기적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 종합적인 도시성장관리시스템이 요구된다 이에 앞서 본 연구에서는 토지이용변화를 바탕으로 한 도시성장 모니터링에 있어서 다중시기 원격탐사자료의 활용성과 그 적용범위를 명확하게 규명함과 동시에 향후 도시성장관리시스템 개발에 필요한 기초 자료를 효과적으로 생성하기 위하여 3단계로 구분하여 연구를 수행하였다. 우선 다중시기 원격탐사자료를 이용한 도시의 외형적 성장을 파악하고, 기존의 토지이용도 및 영상자료를 이용하여 시기별 토지이용도를 생성하고 이를 바탕으로 도시성장과정을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 또한 적용 결과를 통하여 기존자료의 최 신성을 확보하는 한편 막대한 예산을 투자하여 구축된 기존 토지이용자료를 원격탐사자료와 더불어 도시변화/성장 연구에 있어 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 수도권 농촌지역인 여주 지역의 토지이용 변화, 생활공간 변화, 생활실태의 변화 등을 살펴 급격하게 변화하고 있는 생활공간의 사례를 살펴 지역성을 규명코자 농촌성격이 강한 지목(예; 전, 답, 임야)과 도시적 성격이 강한 지목(대지, 공장용지, 도로용지 등)의 필지변화와 면적변화를 중심으로 토지이용의 변화를 살폈고, 지형도를 통해 과거의 마을에 비해 변해버린 생활ㆍ공간을 추적하였다. 설문지 조사를 통해 주민생활의 실태를 살폈다. (중략)

  • The nonpoint pollutants are originated from various land uses. Of the landuses, the development means the changes of the soil cover and the increases of imperviousness rate, which will increase the nonpoint pollutant emissions during a storm. Therefore, the Ministry of Environment in Korea has programed TPLMS(Total Pollution Load Management System) for four major large rivers to improve the water quality in rivers by controling the total pollutant loadings from the watershed area. The study area was forest landuse before resort development, however it is now changing to the resort. Some of the forest areas will be changed to parking lots, roads and buildings, which can be the major pollutant sources in the future. The paved areas are highly polluted landuses because of high pollutant accumulation rate by vehicle activities during dry periods. Therefore, this research is achieved to determine the changes of pollutant loading rate by development plan and to provide the best management practices for controlling nonpoint pollutants. Finally this research will provide the environment-kindly development technology for protecting the water quality.

A Study on the patterns of land use change based on the digital parcels (필지중심 토지이용변화패튼엔 관한 연구)

  • This used a new method to capture the neighbouring relationship among parcels. To define the neighbouring relationship, all the surrounding parcels in the study area can be identified as neighbours of the current parcel as long as they touch each other even at a point. To examine neighbouring parcels on all polygons of the study area, this study used ArcViews avenue programming which visited each polygon in turn and produced an outfile containing the parcel record ID and the contents of each of the adjacent parcels. The second thing is to translate the record IDs of neighbouring parcels into land use. For this, this study used the Lookup function in Excel to obtain neighbouring land use. To deal with how to calculate the ratio of each land use to neighbouring land uses, this study used Visual Basic. finally, this study considered a term of neighbour land use as the ratio of the number of urban use adjacent parcels to the total number of adjacent parcels. This study shows that GIS and spatial analysis can be applied to land use change in the urban fringe area at a very detailed level using municipal parcel data which occupies about 80% of administrative affairs, especially at the local government level in Korea. The results of analysis can be useful for local government to understand its situation and to manage land use efficiently in the urban fringe. The methodology developed in this study is especially useful for an empirical approach.

지하수 수질과 토지이용, 토양 특성 및 지질과의 정량적 통계분석

  • 논산지역의 간이상수도 수질을 모니터링한 결과 약 13-21% 정도가 간이상수도 수질기준을 초과하는 것으로 확인되었으며 그 원인은 주로 질산성질소, 탁도, 일반세균 등에 의함을 알 수 있었다. 연구지역의 지하수 수질에 영향을 미치는 인자를 정량적으로 해석하기 위하여 토지이용도, 토양도 및 지질도를 작성하여 판별분석을 수행하였다. 판별분석 결과 지하수 수질과 지질은 겉보기 오차율이 5.56%로 매우 밀접한 상관성을 나타내었으나 토지이용과는 52.63%로 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 점오염원의 효과를 고려하지 못하였기 때문으로 사료된다. 토양특성과는 오차율이 13.16%로 비교적 잘 일치하는 결과를 보여주었으며 이는 토양발달이 지질과 밀접한 상관성을 가지기 때문으로 판단된다.

  • This study suggests the method of green infrastructure (GI) application which helps proper distribution of structural GI and non-structural GI by using land characteristics assessment and performs the case study. Land assessment standard consists of land cover type, fragmentation degree, proximity degree to residential districts, and cluster degree of fragmented areas which represents the quality of green network. The result of assessment proposes the land suitability to preserve or develop and it can be utilized to choose the type of the green infrastructures.

The Study on the Relationship between Land Use and Groundwater Quality in the Rapidly Urbanized Area (도시화가 빠르게 진행된 지역의 토지이용과 지하수 수질과의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • The use of land at the time of investigation of groundwater quality in the rapidly urbanized Bu-chon city is classified into 5 categories based on the change process of land use. The difference in groundwater quality according to the land use and its usage period is tested by non-parametric statistical procedures. The seven constituents of water quality with the highly frequent detection in the area for this study are used for the statistical test. The shallow groundwater quality within the areas of the same land use at the time of investigation varies significantly according to the period of land usage. The concentration of KMnO$_4$consumed and hardness is significantly higher in the old residential area (of more than 20 years old) than in the younger one (of less than 10 years old). The quality of the shallow groundwater is also significantly different among the three categories with the similar period of land usage (of more than 15 years old). The concentration of No$_3$-N, hardness and total solid is significantly higher in the residential area than in the agricultural one (namely, the area used as paddy fields 2 to 5 years ago). The median concentration of these constituents is 2.2 to 3.8 times higher in the residential area than in the agricultural one. The concentration of NO$_3$-N, KMnO$_4$, consumed and Cl is significantly higher in the industrial area than in the agricultural one. The median concentration of these constituents is 5.5 to 18 times higher in the industrial area than in the agricultural one. The concentration of KMnO$_4$consumed is significantly higher in the industrial area than in the residential area. The median concentration of these constituents is 12 times higher in the industrial area than in the residential one. The spatial distribution of shallow groundwater quality in the rapidly urbanized area is closely related to the period of land usage as well as the land use, which is presumed to be attributed to the difference in the concentration and leakage rate of the contaminants leaking from damaged sewer into shallow groundwater.

  • Urban land use planning is the most important core-part, and it is the start and synthetical plan of the other part, in the urban planning. For the desirable urban land use planning draw out the spatial locational character and change of urban land use. The propose of tills study is building methodology of Parcel-based Urban Land use Information Svstem(P-bULlS) and it's apphcation methodology that can be used urban planning or land use planning. To this end, each and all of the land parcels of Kangnam area was analyzed. P-bULIS should be able to easily analyze the spatial locational character and change of land use in the region. And It should be able to the qualitative, quantitative and spatial analysis, and spatial multi-variate statistical analysis can be done at relatively low cost by linking the software of statics to P-bULlS.
