In real software business environment, there are required to validate software quality in diverse usage range of software for many small & medium companies. Software quality means both qualities of production and process. In our situation, we focus on better process quality of a test organization than a whole organization. But even the original test maturity model (TMM) does not enough to apply with our domestic venture/small & medium companies. To solve this problem, we suggest the simplified test maturity model for our companies. We redefine this simplified model with the original TMM and a test process improvement next (TPI next) model. The previous models just have provided each definition of maturity level, goal and activity per each level, which not exists an assessment guideline and a formal assessing procedure. Due to this reasons, an assessor is difficult to assess the test organization without them. this paper suggest an assessment guideline of the simplified TMM and also define the procedure which is included with activities and byproducts. With these assessment guideline, an assessor can work possible to formally assess test organizations of small & medium companies, and with self assessment guideline they can be correctly provision before assessment of their organizations.

In this paper, it will improve in quality to adapt a right test process which is formalized from certification of TMMi Level. To do this, we suggest correlative relation through analyzing associations between TMMi and TPI next based on the previous research[10], which provides the guideline for enhancing test process level with measuring Test maturity model. Also schematize test maturity measurement through refining and improving the previous test maturity correlation metrics[6,8,9]. As one example with limited level, it shows the guideline to improve test process of one testing organization through improved correlation metrics with TMMi and TPI next.

소프트웨어 개발 생태계의 변화에 따른 소프트웨어 개발의 다양화 및 Time-to-Market으로 인해 사용자들이 요구하는 소프트웨어 품질수준이 높아졌다. 그러나, 소프트웨어 품질을 향상하는 여러 가지가 방법의 하나로 완벽한 테스트를 통해 가능하다. 하지만, 완벽한 테스트를 수행하는 것은 불가능하다. 이를 해결하기 위해 정형화된 올바른 테스트 프로세스를 적용하여 품질을 높이고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 조직의 테스트 성숙도 수준을 평가할 수 있는 TMMi와 테스트 프로세스를 개선할 수 있는 TPI next의 매핑을 기반으로 조직의 테스트 성숙도 측정과 함께 테스트 프로세스 수준 향상을 위한 가이드를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위한 절차로 TMMi(level2)와 TPI next의 매핑, 비/공통 요소 추출을 통해 조직의 테스트 프로세스 개선을 위한 가이드를 제공하고자 한다.

한국향토문화전자대전은 각 지방의 역사와 문화 유산을 비롯하여, 정치 경제사회의 변화 발전상에 관한 모든 정보를 집대성한 지역 문화 콘텐츠 디지털 백과사전을 말한다. 본 연구는 국내 각 지방의 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 디지털 정보시스템으로 구축함에 있어 적합한 인터페이스의 개발을 위해 진행된 시범 서비스의 사용성 평가에 관한 연구이다. 2003 년 6 월부터 2004 년 12 월까지 경기도 성남시 지역을 대상으로 개발된 디지털성남문화대전에 대하여 전반적인 서비스 및 시스템, 인터페이스 등에 대하여 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 12 개의 콘텐츠 접근방법에 대하여 5 명의 피실험자를 대상으로 한 자유테스트와 15 개의 태스크로 실험된 수행도 평가를 진행하였다. 4 명의 인터뷰 참여자를 대상으로 FGI 를 실시하고, 테스트의 모든 참여자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 전반적인 만족도와 선호도를 분석하였다. 평가 대상 서비스에 대한 시스템, 사용자, 인터페이스, 콘텐츠 영역으로 나누어 문제점을 도출하였으며, 이는 시스템 설계와 세부적인 인터페이스 개선에 제안되었다. 특히 평가 결과 도출된 네이밍의 문제와 사용자 가이드, 메뉴 및 네비게이션 체계 등 인터페이스 설계에 대한 개선은 향후 10 년 동안 구축 될 한국향토문화전자대전을 기획하는데 실증적 기초 연구자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이는 구체적으로 2005 년 청주지역 및 지속적으로 개발되어가는 사업의 서비스, 인터페이스 기획 및 개발에 기초 가이드라인으로 사용되고 있다.

The goal of U-Eco City testbed is im proving the technical com pletion of ubiquitous technology /services which have been developed in other core projects in U-Eco City, by implementing newly developed ubiquitous technology/services to testbed. When the newly developed ubiquitous technology/services are implemented in the testbed, we will monitor whether the developed ubiquitous technology/services can be applied in the real situation and if they have problems we will find out the solution to solve the problems. In addition to this we have goal to sale experience of construction of U-Eco city testbed to the local governments and foreign cities. To accomplish this goal, it is necessary to make the guideline for the construction of U-Eco City. Final goal of this research is develop guideline for the construction of U-Eco City. I developed the framework of U-Eco City construction guideline by i) analyzing problems when the local governments try to construct U-City, ii) finding out general idea of Eco City and investigate connection between Eco City and U-City, iii) analyzing main steps of constructing U-City, and iv) matching the all the issues and considerations into process of u-Eco city construction steps.

In recent years, universal design concepts have been introduced that are designed to make everybody more comfortable and safe to use for products, buildings, environments, services, and so on. In the case of urban railroad history, it is important to maintain facilities that incorporate the universal design concept because it is an important facility that serves as a base of city life and there are various users. This research is the last annual task of 5 years as part of the project of "Development of Technique to Improve the Convenience of Urban Railway History User" by the National Institute of Transportation Technology Promotion Agency. The purpose of this study is to develop criteria and method of facilities convenience evaluation based on UD and to evaluate user convenience by selecting test bed station. For this purpose, the UD principle of the historic facilities of Weihai Urban Railway was established and detailed evaluation criteria were presented. As a result of evaluating the test bed history using the 5-point Likert scale of the joint research institute / railway operating agency / expert, 50.3% of convenience improvement was achieved. As a result of evaluating the applicability according to the UD principle, 48.7% Respectively. The evaluation criteria and methodology based on the UD suggested in this study is a quantitative method for evaluating UD application of urban railway facilities in the future.

Augmented reality applications offering location based service on smart phone require attention to users and new usability evaluation methods. The aim of this paper is to introduce new usability principles for application development and usability evaluation, and conduct expert evaluation on the augmented reality applications. We created a set of usability principles by analyzing characteristic of augmented reality applications, and conducted expert evaluation on three augmented reality applications primarily used by smart phone users. In expert evaluation and filtering procedure, we identified six usability problems that three applications have in common and the improvement guideline for the usability problems. The results of expert evaluation was verified by user test with a prototype that was developed using the guidelines. It is expect that the results of this study can be presented usability principles of the augmented reality application and a method of usability evaluation in the middle of new technology development process.

세계 각 국은 산업 및 정보의 의존성에 의해 모든 정보를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 시대로 변모하였으며, 사이버 공간 그 자체가 정치, 경제사회, 문화 등의 기본적인 생활 공간으로 자리 매김하고 있다. 따라서 사이버 공간을 보호하지 않을 경우 안정된 정보사회 구축은 불가능하다. 특히, 정보보호의 대상이 특정 국가적인 정보 보안에 국한되지 않고 기업 및 사회의 정보 등으로 확대되고 있어, 국가적으로 국가 안보뿐만 아니라 개인의 정보보호를 위한 새로운 제도와 조치가 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 복합 기능을 갖는 정보보호 제품의 보호 프로파일 개발을 위한 기반 연구로 요구되는 대체 평가 방법론에 대해 고찰해 보고자한다. 특히 북미를 중심으로 표준화가 진행 중에 있는 CEM을 기준으로, 영국을 중심으로 유럽의 적합성 표준으로 추진 중에 있는 SCT와 ISO/IEC에서 제시되고 있는 적합성 테스트 방법론인 ISO/IEC 9496 및 보증 프레임워크인 ISO/IEC 15443에 대한 자체 취약성 분석을 수행하고 자각의 평가 방법론간의 상호 연관성과 비교 분석을 통해 복합 기능을 갖는 정보보호 제품의 보호 프로파일 개발의 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

RFID를 활용하여 기업 공급망의 효율성을 향상하고자 하는 기업들이 늘고 있지만, 이들이 적용할 만한 가이드라인이 부재한 실정이다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 물류/유통산업의 RFID 기반 u-Business 전략계획 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 방법론은 기존의 정보화 전략계획 방법론의 기본 절차를 따라 '도입전략 수립-현행체계 분석-목표체계 수립-통합 이행계획 수립'의 단계(Phase)를 기반으로 하여, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 적용을 위해 기술도입 타당성 분석, 공급망 분석, 목표기업 벤치마킹, Pilot테스트, u-Business 전략계획 평가에 관하여 특화되었다. 제시된 방법론은 기존의 정보화 전략계획 방법론과의 비교를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

경제 성장과 함께 자동차의 수요가 늘어남에 따라 교통사고 발생 빈도는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 교통사고를 야기하는 도로 및 기상환경과 같은 조건을 활용하여 기계학습 모델을 통해 서울시 교통사고 사상자 수를 예측하는 모형을 찾고자 한다. 활용한 데이터는 도로교통 공단에서 제공하는 교통사고 사상자 수 정보를 포함하는 데이터로 2015년부터 2018년도까지 데이터를 학습에 사용하였고 2019년도 데이터를 테스트 평가에 사용하였다. 실증연구를 통해 트리 기반의 모델 별 성능을 비교하였으며 본 연구에 대한 결과는 사고 발생 시 우선순위에 의한 구조활동이 가능하게 함과 도로상황 및 기상을 고려한 안전운전 가이드 지식으로 활용될 수 있다.
