  • 최근의 택배사업은 예전의 운송산업에 비해 상당히 다양화하였다. 특히, 오토바이를 이용한 소규모 택배사업은 운송물의 다양화와 배달시간을 단축시켰다. 하지만, 체계화되지 않은 방법으로 배달자를 선정하고 배달 업무를 수행하므로써 불필요한 지연시간을 갖고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 오토바이를 이용한 소규모 택배사업에서 어떻게 하면 배달시간을 최적화 할 수 있는지에 대한 연구를 한다.

  • International Courier Service can be used for on campus pick-up and delivery of small items on a pre-arranged basis or on call. Same day service is available for important items at a minimal fee. As e-commerce develops, effective procurement and delivery become even more critical success factors, offering great opportunities to the transportation and logistics Industry in an e-Commerce World. Much of the logistics industry has developed, or is developing systems to operate in the new e-market to capture new electronic tailer clients and enhance relationships with current customers. Supply chain solutions based on EC links will eventually become standard, leaving some companies behind. fresh opportunities and reduced entry barriers to new competitors via e-commerce pose a major threat to the present logistics industry. supply chain systems developers and industry consultants that subcontract physical transport of goods to contractors may encroach on traditional logistics industry business. In this paper I tried to explain various aspects of the physical distribution service through international courier service in an e-commerce world and survey the logistics strategy of international courier service companies against development of electronic commerce based on our companies, logistics strategy.

An Home-Delivery Service Management System Using OMA DM Agents (OMA DM 에이전트를 이용한 택배 서비스 관리 시스템)

  • Since different methods or protocols have been used to manage various mobile terminals, it has been difficult to manage mobile terminals efficiently. OMA(Open Mobile Alliance), therefore, proposed OMA DM(Device Management) as a standard for device management. In this paper, in an effort to apply the OMA DM concept ta real application area a home-delivery service management system using OMA DM agents is designed and implemented. The home-delivery service management system is developed using SyncML Tool Kit 4.3, SK WIPI SDK and Embedded Visual-C++ under the environment of SK-WIPI Clet. Since the home-delivery service management system is developed using OMA DD which is expected to be installed in most of the mobile terminals, separate lower level program modules for the management system would not be necessary. In order to justify this world some experiments are performed using SK WIPI emulator 1.1., which provides the same execution environments as a real mobile terminals does. Experiments show that the home-delivery service management system developed in this paper, works properly.

A Convergence Study on Working Conditions and Health related Factors Influencing Well-being in Door to Door Deliverers (국내 택배원의 안녕에 영향을 미치는 근로환경과 건강관련 요인에 관한 융합 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the relationship among working conditions, health status and well-being of door to door deliverers as well as to identify the factors influencing well-being. Study participants of 248 door to door deliverers were collected from the 2014 Korean Working Conditions Survey. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program. As a results, the factors influencing well-being of door to door deliverers were musculoskeletal work-related risk, working condition satisfaction, work life balance, and subjective health status and these variables explained 23.9% of well-being. Based on these findings, programs that develop working condition and health status are necessary for door to door deliverers to well-being.

  • As delivery services market has grown the damage cases are also continuously increased. When using delivery services, Customers would not be compensated in any way. Perhaps worse, losing a cargo would create a great deal of trouble. Because the lack of evidence, they takes a lot of time to clarify who is responsible. To prevent these things, we must create, collect, maintain and confirm. In this paper, we introduce new delivery system with a trusted third party for non-repudiation services. Moreover, in damage case, we show that the proposed system is efficient and provide non-repudiation. Using sending and receiving codes, the proposed system identifies a responsible subject with quickness and clearness.

  • The Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP) is one of the NP-complete (None-deterministic Polynomial time complete) route optimization problems. Its calculation time increases very rapidly as the number of nodes does. Therefore, the near optimum solution has been searched by heuristic algorithms rather than the real optimum has. This paper reviews the Ant System Algorithm(ANS), an heuristic algorithm of TSP and its applicability in the parcel delivery service in Korea. ASA, which is an heuristic algorithm of NP-complete has been studied by M. Dorigo in the early 1990. ASA finds the optimum route by the probabilistic method based on the cumulated pheromone on the links by ants. ASA has been known as one of the efficient heuristic algorithms in terms of its calculation time and result. Its applications have been expanded to vehicle routing problems, network management and highway alignment planning. The precise criteria for vehicle routing has not been set up in the parcel delivery service of Korea. Vehicle routing has been determined by the vehicle deriver himself or herself. In this paper the applicability of ASA to the parcel delivery service has been reviewed. When the driver s vehicle routing is assumed to follow the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (NNA) with 20 nodes (pick-up and drop-off places) in $10Km{\times}10Km$ service area, his or her decision was compared with ASA's one. Also, ASA showed better results than NNA as the number of nodes increases from 10 to 200. If ASA is applied, the transport cost savings could be expected in the parcel delivery service in Korea.

  • Global courier companies have been devoting to get more customers and profits with different service because of the worse profits from price competition. So, the effort of improving satisfaction of customers through improving courier service qualities is more important than any other time. However, the previous way to measure courier service has limitation that costs lots of time and money from off-line survey. This limitation could be overcome with less effort and costs if utilizing on-line social big data analysis and it is so helpful to improve competitiveness of courier companies. Therefore, I have collected comments from domestic and international courier companies from big data on social network service, analyzed the satisfaction of customers by R and verified the result by comparing with American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) and Korea National Customer Index (NCSI) in this research. I found out the result depicts clear correlation between SNS analysis and customer satisfaction. This study can be the foundation to predict customer satisfaction easily by utilizing real time SNS information.

  • 최근 들어 전자상거래의 급속한 발달로 전 세계적으로 수송 물동량이 급격히 증대되고 있고, 이로 인해 택배사업이 대단히 활성화되고 있다. 출발지와 목적지가 서로 상이한 무수히 만은 수송 요구가 들어오면 수송 요구화물의 신속한 집배송을 위한 배차계획 및 수송계획을 세우는 것이 택배회사의 주요 업무이다. 이러한 배차 계획 및 수송 계획을 어떻게 수립하느냐에 따라 전체 수송비용뿐만 아니라 고객들의 서비스 수준에 상당한 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 이러한 운영적 차원에서의 의사결정 이전에 훨씬 중요하게 고려해야 할 내용이 택배네트워크의 설계 문제이다. 이러한 택배네트워크의 설계에는 터미널 개수 및 위치를 결정하는 전략적 문제와 영업소들을 터미널에 할당하는 전술적 문제로 구분될 수 있다. 현재 우리 국내에는 크고 작은 수많은 택배사업자들이 있으나, 그 중에서 비교적 규모가 큰 주요 택배회사들은 대부분 전국에 걸쳐 다수의 터미널을 설치하여 두고 수송화물의 집배송을 위한 물류거점으로 운영하고 있다. 이와 같은 터미널 위치 및 개수가 정해진 상태에서 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당하여 처리되도록 하느냐의 여부는 수송비용 측면에서뿐만 아니라 고객들에 대한 서비스 측면에서 대단히 중요한 의사결정 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 비용과 시간을 고려하여 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당해야 하는지를 결정하기 위한 수리적 모형을 제시하고, 이에 대한 탐색적 해법을 제시하며, 국내의 택배회사 사례를 대상으로 모형을 적용해 보고자 한다.무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the causal relationship between the safety behavior of delivery man and safety awareness, work environment, and occupational stress, to derive factors for enhancing safety behavior, and to manage them with priority. It seeks to provide basic data on the factors. In this study, with the help of a community site for delivery man, we conducted a questionnaire survey of a total of 119 delivery man working at distribution centers. Questionnaires were created using safety behavior, safety awareness, work environment, and occupational stress measurement tools created using survey questions from other studies. As a result of the analysis, there was a significant difference between safety education and the experience of accidents associated with working period. In addition, there was a significant correlation between safety behavior due to conflicts related to occupational stress, safety awareness and safety behavior, and safety behavior due to the safety system in the work environment. As a result, we investigated whether it was an accident and the factors that influence safety behavior, and concluded that appropriate improvements were needed.
