Recently there are many changes of logistics environment Such as integrated logistics information system, the rapid growth of the domestic and international small package express service and third party logistics with Electronic Commerce. At this time it is very important to deliver to customers the goods sold through EC speedy, accurately and safely. That is to say, the role of small package express service is very important at EC times. The bottlenecks of small package express service in the circumstances of EC are the weakness of EC operating company and small package express service provider the shortage of distribution centre and cargo terminal, the shortage of skilled man with related small package express service etc. So, I suggested that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively in the side of small package express service provider. And it is necessary to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service, logistics information system, deregulate restriction such as weight limit of vehicles in the side of the government. And to government support throughout extending nation's SOC, deregulation, support to small package express service terminal, permit to stopping & parking in downtown, abolishing a no passing zone, permit to being employed foreigner. Also this service involves ensuring that the product will arrive when wanted, and in an undamaged condition.

International Courier Service can be used for on campus pick-up and delivery of small items on a pre-arranged basis or on call. Same day service is available for important items at a minimal fee. As e-commerce develops, effective procurement and delivery become even more critical success factors, offering great opportunities to the transportation and logistics Industry in an e-Commerce World. Much of the logistics industry has developed, or is developing systems to operate in the new e-market to capture new electronic tailer clients and enhance relationships with current customers. Supply chain solutions based on EC links will eventually become standard, leaving some companies behind. fresh opportunities and reduced entry barriers to new competitors via e-commerce pose a major threat to the present logistics industry. supply chain systems developers and industry consultants that subcontract physical transport of goods to contractors may encroach on traditional logistics industry business. In this paper I tried to explain various aspects of the physical distribution service through international courier service in an e-commerce world and survey the logistics strategy of international courier service companies against development of electronic commerce based on our companies, logistics strategy.

This paper shows the institutional limits of technological innovation at the railway package service, that is the limits of introducing the package express system. The railway package service, owned by government and operated by D company, has been suffered severe operating loss since early 1990's. The package express system supported by information network and co-working with inner city quick service might be an solution for the railway package service. But there are several obstacles such as labor union and the rigidities of the Korean National Railroad of government agency.

철도소화물 부문의 택배시스템 도입은 원가절감이 가능하고, 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 장점을 갖추고 있으므로, 현실적으로 매우 필요하다. 택배시스템 도입은 철도청에서 제3자에게 위탁 운영케 하든지, 직접 운영하든지, 별도법인을 만들 수도 있다. 그러나 본고에서는 이러한 내용은 별도의 연구가 있어야할 것으로 보이므로 생략한다. 본고에서는 환경ㆍ제도적인 측면과 운영ㆍ시스템 측면에서 택배시스템을 도입하기 위한 대책방안 만을 강구한다. 본고는 철도소화물시장이 독점적으로 정부의 관할 하에 있기 때문에 철도소화물에 대한 연구가 국내에서 여러 전문가에 의하여 다양하게 전개되지 못하였다는 점이 취약점이다. 따라서 본고도 이러한 환경에서 폭넓은 연구사례를 제기하지 못한다는 한계가 있다. 그러나 설문조사나 인터뷰, 실증자료와 관련 기업과 단체의 내부자료를 통하여 이 문제를 극복하고자 노력하였다.

The domestic courier market, large and small companies working in more than 100 leading logistics service market is fully open. Year since 2001 has increased by 10%. 1.3 billion per year in 2011 saying the shipping box, and the market size is about 3 trillion won. Courier in 2012 with the growth of online shopping is expected to develop the industry further. However, these courier industry in appearance, but the consumer's personal growth and exposure, exploiting the fears of crime is high. In this paper, using DRM (Digital Rights Management) delivery method to implement information security system is proposed.

The purpose of this study is to understand the causal relationship between the safety behavior of delivery man and safety awareness, work environment, and occupational stress, to derive factors for enhancing safety behavior, and to manage them with priority. It seeks to provide basic data on the factors. In this study, with the help of a community site for delivery man, we conducted a questionnaire survey of a total of 119 delivery man working at distribution centers. Questionnaires were created using safety behavior, safety awareness, work environment, and occupational stress measurement tools created using survey questions from other studies. As a result of the analysis, there was a significant difference between safety education and the experience of accidents associated with working period. In addition, there was a significant correlation between safety behavior due to conflicts related to occupational stress, safety awareness and safety behavior, and safety behavior due to the safety system in the work environment. As a result, we investigated whether it was an accident and the factors that influence safety behavior, and concluded that appropriate improvements were needed.

전자상거래는 유통업의 형태를 바꿀 정도로 엄청난 기술혁신이지만, 적어도 앞으로 상당기간, 산업적인 성과는 기대이상으로 그렇게 커 보이지 않는다. 기술혁신이 분명 존재하였건만 이 효과를 가로막는 다른 한계들이 있기 때문이다. 바로 이러한 한계가 무엇인가를 보다 집중적으로 분석하고자 한 것이 본고의 목적이다. 이는 전자상거래가 어떻게 하면 성공할 것인가를 살펴보는 것과도 일맥 상통한 것이다. 본고는 종전의 전자상거래 분석 관점과는 달리 유통 전문가적인 시각을 견지한다. 유통 전문가적인 시각이란 유통업적인 관점이고 유통업체를 바탕으로 한 관점이다. 유통업적인 입장을 강조하기 위해 본고는 먼저 점포도 불필요하고 인건비나 관리비를 절감할 수 있다는 전자상거래가 오히려 전통상거래보다 비싸다는 점에서 출발한다. 그리고 매입의 문제, 택배비용의 문제, 거래의 신뢰성 문제, 시장기반의 문제 등이 있다는 점을 지적한다.

In this study, to investigate the effect of process variables such as reduction in area, semi-die angle and the rectangular ratio to the corner filling which influences the dimensional accuracy of the final product in the drawing of the cluadrangle rod from a round bar, it has been simulated by three dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method. In order to reduce the number of simulation artificial neural network has been introduced. Also, through the experimental investigation, the present results have been implemented on the industrial product. In results, the main process variable is the combination of the semi-die angle in case of the irregular shaped drawing process and reduction in area in the event of regular shaped drawing process, respectively.
