The annual increasing rate of visitors was 9.5% in Odaesan National Park from 1989 to 1995. Ninety three percent of total visitor of Odaesan National Park has visited Woljongsa and Sogumgang area in which a motorcar access is convenient. Climbing rate of Pirobong(peak) were less seven percent of total cisitors at Woljongsa in summer and less twelve point six percent in autumn. Visiting pattern showed difference by area, seasons and a day of the week. Using rate of motorcars was higher in summer than in autumn

This study investigated the public opinion on the use and conservation management of national park, to manage the growing demand of national park visit and to support the policy direction of national park. So far, various surveys and big data analysis on the use and perception of national park have been conducted, but there have been limitations such as lack of survey questions on issues in park management and use. In addition, the object of the previous studies were limited to the national park visitors; therefore, this study expanded the object of survey from national park visitors to ordinary citizens. Unlike previous studies conducted only on national park visitors, ordinary citizens relatively prefered bottom areas rather than high-altitude ones. A policy to limit the visit to high-ridge area of mountain is being currently driven; however, the survey results of ordinary citizens suggested to maintain current policies or to increase visitor reservations system within narrow limits. On the other hand, the proportion of citizens who have used the visitor-reservation system was very small. We discuss the difference between national park visitors and ordinary citizens and the policy conditions according to changes in park management principles and public attitudes toward national parks.

Recently, as interest in non-face-to-face experiences and services increases, the demand for web video contents that can be easily consumed using mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets is rapidly increasing. To cope with these requirements, in this paper we propose a technique to efficiently produce video contents that can provide experience of visiting famous places (i.e., stage tour) in animation or movies. To this end, an image dataset was established by collecting images of stage areas using Google Maps and Google Street View APIs. Afterwards, a deep learning-based style transfer method to apply the unique style of animation videos to the collected street view images and generate the video contents from the style-transferred images was presented. Finally, we showed that the proposed method could produce more interesting stage-tour video contents through various experiments.

The Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has held "Travel Week" since 2014 to encourage the people to take a vacation and disperse the seasonal tourism demand that is concentrated in summer in Korea. As part of the program, the Korea National Park Service has also operated the participatory lowland exploration program that offers nature-themed attractions and enjoyment in national parks across the country during the "Travel Week" since 2018. The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction with the program and intention to participate again of participants in the "National Park Spring Week Program" which is held in national parks during the "Travel Week." We conducted a self-report survey of 1,281 participants in the "2019 National Park Spring Week Program" held in 18 national parks across the country. The analysis of responses on the difference in the participants' satisfaction and intention to participate again according to the awareness in advance of the "2019 National Park Spring Week Program" showed that the average satisfaction and intentional to participate again of those who were aware of the program before visiting national parks were statistically significantly higher than those who were not. As for the type of national parks, those who participated in "maritime and coastal national parks" and "historical national parks" showed the statistically significantly higher satisfaction and intention to participate again than those who participated in "urban national parks." As for the type of the programs, those who participated in "cultural performance" and "exploration experience" showed the statistically significantly higher satisfaction than those who participated in "exhibition," "PR booth," and "campaign." Those who participated in "cultural performance" and "exploration experience" showed the statistically significantly higher intention to participate again than those who participated in "exhibition" and "PR booth." This study is expected to provide basic data for establishing a policy to improve exploration services in response to the increasing number of visitors to national parks in spring and fall as well as the peak season of summer.

국내 축산업은 1970년대 재래식 사육방식에서 벗어나 기계화.자동화 시설을 갖춰 보다 전문적인 사육형태로 바뀌어가고 있다. 최근 산란계농장은 자동집란시설을 갖추어 빠른 시간 내에 효율적인 작업을 진행하고 있다. 이 같이 농장 내 자동화 시설을 갖추기 위해서 국내기술을 이용해 집란시설을 연구한 지현테크놀로지 심승원 사장을 만나 계란선별기, 자동팩커, 세란기 등 1990년대부터 끊임없는 연구에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

"전자지불산업의 성장은 전체 인터넷 업계와 매우 밀접한 관계가 있습니다. 전자지불업체 혼자 성공할 수 없습니다. 전자지불업체는 인터넷기업의 성공이 선행되어야만 하는 공생의 관계인 셈입니다. 최근 일부 정보통신 기업과 인터넷 기업의 부정한 사업형태가 IT 시장의 물을 흐리긴 했지만 여전히 IT산업은 미래를 거는 성장 산업임에 틀림없습니다." 이니시스 김도균 사장은 전자지불업계 전망에 대해서 아직 샴페인을 터뜨리기에는 시기상조지만, 무한한 성장가능성을 보여주고 있다고 말했다. 이니시스가 전자지불서비스를 시작한 1988년도는 국내 전자상거래 시장이 아직 활성화되지 못한 초기시장으로써 국내에서는 전자지불서비스라는 개념도 아직 형성되지 않은 시기였다. 이니시스는 전자지불서비스라는 새로운 분야의 시장영역을 만들어 가면서 비즈니스를 창출한 선도자 역할을 수행해왔다고 할 수 있다.

서울은 600년이 넘는 역사와 전통을 간직한 우리 나라의 심장이자 얼굴이 되는 도시이다. 그러나 지난 30년간의 급격한 개발시대를 거쳐오면서 고도로서의 문화적 향기를 상실하였고, 매력과 특징이 없는 도시로 빠르게 변해가는 것은 안타까운 일이다. 이는 다가올 21세기가 서울의 정체성과 고유성을 더욱 필요로 할 것임에 비추어 더욱 그러하다고 할 수 있다. 서울은 급격한 경제성장으로 인하여 세계에서 그 유래를 찾기 어려운 급격한 변화를 보인 도시이다. 서울의 도심부를 둘러싸고 있는 북악, 인왕, 낙산, 남산은 옛 모습을 지니고 있으나 그 내부는 과거의 모습을 찾기 어렵고, 다만 현대적인 모습만이 흘러 넘치고 있을 뿐이다. 또한 서울은 물리적으로 엄청나게 성장하여 그 경계를 찾기 어려운 도시가 되어버렸다. 따라서 서울은 밝고 번영하는 모습과 어둡고 불합리한 모습이 공존하는 이상한 도시로서 인식되고 있다. 서울을 현재의 모습과는 전혀 새로운 환경으로 개발하고 보존할 수 있는 대책과 계획이 더욱 필요한 때이다. 공공과 민간 그리고 시민이 참여하여 600년 고도의 역사성이 드러나고 걷고 싶고 인간적인 분위기를 간직하며 다양한 기능과 형태가 조화롭게 공존하는 도시로 가꾸어갈 수 있는 지혜를 모아야 할 것이다. 이번 특집에서는 서울을 대상으로 하여 그 역사적인 흔적과 오늘의 모습 그리고 미래의 대안을 회고하고 진단하며 모색하는 기회를 갖기 위해 여러 전문가들의 글을 마련하였다.
