Conventional drug carriers such as liposomes, nanoparticles, polymer micelles, polymeric conjugate and lipid microemulsion for cancer chemotherapy shield normal tissues from toxic drugs to treat cancer cells in tumors. However, inaccurate tumor targeting uncontrolled drug release from the carriers and unwanted accumulation in healthy sites can limit treatment efficacy with current conventional drug carriers with insufficient concentrations of drugs in the tumors and unexpected side effects as a result. In this research, we examined the use of sickle red blood cells as a new drug carrier with novel tumor targeting and controlled release properties. Sickle red blood cells show natural tumor preferential accumulation without any manipulation and controlled drug release is possible using a hemolysis method with photosensitizers.

Trans-Pacific Partnership started as a small scale 4 countries regional trade agreement. It became a grand free trade agreement when the United States announced its participation and Japn considers to join. Korea still hasn't decided the stance however, considering the economic and political relationship with the United States and the impact of TPP, it looks like that Korea is going to join TPP. US led the TPP agreement is expected to be made based on the previous FTA agreements of the US. In the promising E-Commerce part, it is likely that the e-commerce leading US would suggest favorable agreement. If Korea joins the TPP, it's necessary to suggest what Korea wants and needs based on the previous KORUS FTA to promote Korean e-commerce for the future.

Perceived value of the property and determine the satisfaction and accommodation factors impact factor in customer satisfaction, and perceived value of factors for the tourists and the the satisfaction degree of freezing gareul analysis in the following results are derived. First, the economics of accommodation, convenience to the tourists, but the perceived value and accessibility and facilities that do not affect the show better, second, the perceived value, affordability, amenities, increase tourists' satisfaction showed.

본 연구에서는 표준 게이트웨이 기반의 다중 생체계측 장비 및 CMCIS(Central Monitoring and Cardiology Information System) 기반의 통합 시스템을 개발하기 위한 타당성 분석을 위한 국내외 동향을 분석한 연구이다. 개발의 필요성을 타진하기 위하여 기술, 사회, 경제적 중요성과 국내외 관련기술의 현황을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 대부분 해외의 다국적 기업에 의존하는 실정이며 심혈관계 질환의 지속적 증가로 효율적인 의료 서비스를 위한 기술개발의 필요성이 높게 평가되었다. 또한 표준 게이트웨이 기술의 확보로 진단용 심전계 표준 게이트웨이를 적용함으로써 다양한 HIS 인터페이스가 가능하며, 편의성이 증대되어 활용성이 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

인과네트워크는 변수 간의 인과관계를 통해 현상을 이해하고 설명하는 체계이다. 이 네트워크는 이학 및 공학, 의학, 사회과학 등 여러 학문 분야에서 원인 변수와 결과 변수 간의 관계를 나타내어, 발생 가능한 현상의 원인을 예측하고, 그 결과를 설명하는데 사용되고 있다. 이를 다이어그램 형태로 표현하면 변수 간의 인과관계를 쉽게 입증할수도 있다. 특정 재난은 다양한 변수가 인과관계로 서로 연관되어 있기 때문에 인과네트워크의 적용이 가능한 분야이다. 따라서 이 네트워크는 재난 변수 간의 인과관계를 규명하여 재난의 확산 반응을 분석하고, 대응 시스템을 설계하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 실제로 지진, 정전, 테러, 화재 등의 인과관계를 규명하기 위한 재난 확산 모형에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 2003년 대구에서 일어난 지하철 화재는 여러 변수가 복합적으로 작용하여 일어난 재난이다. 또한 재난에 대응하는 인간 행동 및 인지 요인이 중요한 변수로 작용하였다. 따라서 이를 반영한 재난 확산 모형을 적용하여 실제 재난 상황을 재구성해 보고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 인과네트워크의 정의와 인과네트워크를 표현하는 4개의 방법론을 선별하여 각각의 특성을 살펴본다. 또한 이를 재난 분야에 적용한 인과네트워크 기반의 재난 확산 모형에 대한 연구 동향을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 2003년 대구 지하철 화재를 사례로 하여 재난의 확산과 대응체계의 인과관계에 대해 연구하였다. 이 때 인간 행동과 인지 분석 결과를 토대로 심층적인 접근을 시도해 보았다. 이를 통해 재난의 인과관계와 근본적 대응방안의 가능성을 타진해 보았다.

지난 몇 년간의 연구와 출간된 글, 그리고 디자인 스튜디오 등 일련의 실험과정을 '하우징의 가변성 - 디자인의 연구 및 적용'이란 하나의 주제로 묶어 연재한다. 근본적으로, 이 연구 및 실험은 두가지 틀 속에 그 근간을 두고 있다. 첫째는 '이론과 실무'이고, 둘째는 '분석과 종합'이다. 건축 활동에 있어 이론과 실무는 불가분의 관계에 있다. 우리에게 흔히 '건축10서'라고 알려져 있고 현존 가장 오래된 건축 저서인 비트루비우스의 'De Architectura'의 첫번째 책, 첫 장 '건축가의 교육에 관하여'에서 비트루비우스는 건축가의 이론과 실무능력의 겸비를 강조하고 있다. 건축 디자인을 함에 있어 구체적이고 체계화된 이론과 그 이론의 디자인으로의 적용을 통한 상호 보완관계를 강조한다. 즉 디자인 작업이란 연구, 분석, 실험 행위로 구성되는 연속 과정을 하나의 전체로 종합시켜 이루어지는 결정체이다. 따라서 건축 디자인은 그 근본이 되는 이론적 지식의 습득과 연구 그리고 디자인으로의 실험적인 적용 및 응용을 통한 상호 보완관계 위에서 전개, 발전되어야 한다. 따라서 디자인 작업이 '이론과 실무'의 상호 보완적인 작업이라는 전제하에 연재를 이어간다. 접근 방식으로는 '분석과 종합'의 변증법적인 통합에 기초한다. 건축 디자인의 형태적 체계를 인식하거나 구성하기 위한 방법으로 분석과 종합은 서로 불가분의 관계를 가진다. 여기서의 분석은 논리적인 사고나 원리에 근거한 디자인을 비교 검증하는 과정으로 해석하고 디자인에 나타나는 어떤 공통 특징을 인식하는 것이고, 이에 의거해 정련하고 개괄하여 새로운 디자인을 만들어가는 것이 종합이다. 즉, 건축가의 작품의 분석적 작업을 통해 이론과 원리를 추출하고, 이 원리들을 다양한 새로운 디자인으로의 적용 가능성을 디자인 스튜디오 작업을 통해 그 가능성을 타진해 보는 방법을 말한다.

본 연구는 수도권 남부의 일부지역을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 ITS 서비스 도입효과를 분석함으로써 그 잠재력을 타진해 보고, 특정 ITS 서비스 도입전의 타당성조사에 활용 가능한 시뮬레이션 분석의 사례를 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 ITS의 핵심분야인 교통관리(ATMS)와 교통정보제공(ATIS)의 일부 서비스를 중심으로 분석을 실시하였으며, 대상지역에 대한 분석결과에 의하면 ITS 서비스는 그 효과면에서 잠재력이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 개별 서비스 중에서는 직접적으로 혼잡구간의 수요를 억제하는 램프미터링이 가장 높은 효과를 보였으며, 여러 서비스를 조합하여 실시하는 경우, 혼잡지점에 대한 정보제공은 선별적으로 실시하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다. ITS 서비스가 보다 큰 효과를 발휘할 수 있는 경우는 첨두시와 같이 돌발상황이 발생하는 도로가 혼잡하되, 주변의 대안도로가 충분히 확보되어 있고 어느 정도 용량 여유분이 있을 때인 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 수행한 시뮬레이션 분석 과정은 특정지역의 ITS서비스 도입여부 결정, 도로시설 등의 구축/운영 여건 평가, 서비스 제공전략 도출 등에 활용 가능하므로 ITS 구축사업 착수 이전에 대상지역에 대한 타당성조사 작업의 일부로서 포함될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 시뮬레이션 모형을 이용한 평가의 과정 및 각 과정별 분석기법을 체계화된 틀로 정립하는 것이 필요하다.

The development of information technology such as the internet has brought about rapidly changes the old medical technology, e-Healthcare has been to raise social issue. The e-Healthcare which new turning point of paradigm in the medical information develops the medical policy in Korea and the technology, the prospective of reverse engineering in internet environment is incurring problems such as distribution of critical information and invasion and infringement of privacy, etc. In this research, we suggest the Role Based Access Control System, HPIP-e-Healthcare Privacy Information Protection, for solving above problem. The HPIP is composed 4 mechanisms such as Consolidate User Identity, Hospital Authorization, Medical Record Access Control, Patient Diagnosis and we are also prototyping the HPIP for feasible approach in the real computing environment.

Grape seed of five varieties of grapes and their oils were analyzed in terms of their chemical composition, lipid class and fatty acid composition. Grape seed analysis showed that it contained; total sugar:2.78-5.13%, crude protein:7.68-15.37%, petroleum ether extract:11.31-16.96%, ash:1.81-2.91%. Grape seed oil was composed of 89.5-99.3% triglyceride. Total fatty acid was composed mainly of palmitic acid (6.7-9.1%), oleic acid (13.4-20.7%) and linoleic acid (68.1-78.1%), meaning the oil to be oleic-linoleic.

Using the perspective of cultural philosophy, this paper aims to consider the possibility that the future metaverse will be developed into a cultural space for human beings. The redirection of the approach to understanding the metaverse space is necessary. And, this paper critically reviews the dangers of understanding the dichotomous space of reality and virtuality, and mobilized humanistic imagination through the film Ready Player One. Ultimately, the space the future metaverse grows into will be a cultural space run by both homo fabre and homo ludens.
