한국이 원자력관련 이중사용 품목을 수출통제하는 경우 발생하게될 수출 파급효과를 탐색적인 수준에서 분석하였다. 이를 쥐해 원자력공급국그룹(NSG) Part 2 통제품목의 수출에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 관련 전문가를 대상으로 요인의 타당성을 조사하였다. 또한 통제품목과 HS코드를 연계하여 수출통제 대상액의 규모를 살펴보았다. 이러한 과정을 통해 본 연구는 이중사용 품목을 통제할 경우 수출 감소를 불러올 부정적인 요소도 있으나 그 규모가 제한적이며, 신속한 수출입과 첨단 기술의 이전 확대 등 긍정적인 측면이 있다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 국제 원자력 수출통제제도 가입의 장단점과 한국의 대응방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 평판형 모듈 설계의 최적화를 목적으로 원액 흐름 조건에 따른 모듈내 원액 온도 및 유속 분포를 예측할 수 있는 모델식을 확립하고 전산모사(simulation)를 통해 흐름 조건들이 온도 분포에 끼치는 영향들을 조사하였으며 이들의 결과를 모듈설계에 반영하고자 하였다. 확립된 모델식의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 최소한의 실험을 행하여 실험치와 모델치를 비교하였다. 또한 개발된 새로운 구조를 지니는 평판형 막모듈에 상용화된 막과 국내에서 개발된 막을 장착하여 모듈 내에서의 온도감소 현상을 실험적으로 비교하였다.

최근 세계 각 국에서는 노후된 원전의 연장운전과 관련하여 주요기기의 손상진단 또는 수명평가를 통한 지속적인 안전성 보장과 원전의 정비계획 수립, 효율적인 원전이용 등을 위하여 기기의 손상평가 및 성능감시를 수행할 수 있는 각종 감시시스템을 개발하고 있다. 국내의 경우도 발전소 가동년수 증가와 함께 안정적인 전력수급을 위해 연장운전에 대한 타당성 검토를 수행한 바 있으며, 그 후속연구도 진행될 예정으로 있어 발전소를 구성하고 있는 주요 기기의 안전성 확보와 신뢰도 향상이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 Prototype 형태로 기기 건전성 평가에 활용할 수 있는 과도상태, 조사취화, 피로손상, 균열성장 및 부식손상 평가모듈을 개발하고, 이를 통합하여 원자력 발전소 종합 진단감시시스템을 구축하였다.

This study analyzes the present public construction ordering system focussing on the legal framework for the fire facilities construction business and investigates the problem of subcontracting, and further reviews why Separate Prime Contracting should be recommended in policy, social, legislative and regulative terms. This study suggests the amendment of Fire Facilities Construction Business Act, with new bill drafting. The result of this study shows the present public construction ordering system has huge disparities between main building construction business and fire facilities construction business, and recommend Separate Prime Contracting should be adopted in the fields of fire facilities construction business. The system of Separate Prime Contracting may secure business entities' responsibility and higher quality of fire facilities, and also result in reasonable construction practices in reasonable costs. This system may also contribute to improve public safety level in fire facilities construction.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the subject and standards of evaluation on integrated IR interface. For this study, we studied the preceding research about major IR interface models. We took the survey for interface elements which were verified by experts. These interface elements are divided twe viewpoints. One is the cognitive viewpoints which are the page design, content design, site design, output form, usability and aesthelic facet. The other is the objective viewpoints which are page design, dontent design, site design, output for and usability. We found that these evaluation elements have a crediblilty.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation of security officers' martial arts training and job performance. To this end, we conducted surveys on security practitioners. The questionnaire consisted of three variables, "necessity of martial arts training, application to practical security work, improvement of job satisfaction". In this study for reliability analysis, Chronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated. In order to verify the validity of the measured variables, exploratory factors were analyzed using the Berimax method. Both AVE and CR values of the measured variables were above the reference value of 0.5, indicating that the convergence validity was good. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardization coefficient is 0.636 for "need for training in martial arts training${\Rightarrow}$practical security work", 0.986 for "practical security work${\Rightarrow}$job satisfaction improving", and the relationship between the two hypotheses is positive(+). In order to improve the job satisfaction of security-related practitioners, it seems necessary to raise the need for martial arts training.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of records management cyber education that is opened and operated by the National Archives of Korea, as well as to improve the quality of cyber education program. Cyber education consisted of an introductory course, an intensive course, and a liberal arts course. As the major factors for learning satisfaction, "validity of content structure, interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, active learning attitude, ease of use environment, and level of organizational support" were set. An online survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction according to the curriculum of each course. The survey was conducted to 107 institutions with specialized records management personnel, and additional in-depth interviews were also conducted. The survey analysis consisted of factor analysis, independent sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the factors influencing learning satisfaction were found in the order of interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, and validity of content structure.

Through the application of Quality Assurance(QA) techniques in R&D activities, we can approach for cost reduction and productivity improvement with high reliability. Application of QA systems in R&D in developed countries were studied, a enquete survey was performed to investigate researcher's understanding of QA in R&D. As a result of this study, it is considered desirable that QA system be applied partially to the feasible work areas at first, and the scope of application be enlarged to extended areas, later. For these aims, various and feasible QA system should be developed and established. As the need for quality assurance in R&D is expected to be increased continuously in the future, it is imperative for us to be prepared for the application of QA system in R&D activities.

적절한 주택공급 및 주택정책을 위해서는 인구 및 가구 구조의 변화에 따른 주택수요의 예측의 정확성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 주택수요 예측에 있어서의 DB의 문제점들을 살펴보고 개선방안 및 빅데이터를 활용할 수 있는 DB 구축방안을 제시하였다. 향후, 기존에 활용되지 않고 있는 주택공시가격, 건축물대장, 가계동향조사, 인구주택 총조사 등을 활용하여 주택수요를 분석할 수 있도록 파일럿시스템을 개발하여 타당성을 검토할 예정이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine methodological issues of empirical research using survey methods in Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles. We reviewed 95 articles from Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles in 1996, 1998, and 2000. Methodological issues were categorized into four areas: questionnaire and scale development, sampling and collecting data, variable construction, and external validity(generalization). In each imp, a check list was made and 95 articles were reviewed based on this limit. Major findings were discussed and some suggestions were made for future research.
