The development project usually aims to get a certain amount of return for its investment in land and capital. The success of such project is dependent on the accurate analysis of the feasibility and for casting. It is, however, very difficult to predict due to various environmental factors. For this, it is necessary to constitute a systematic and objective method of analysis. However, there is no method of analysis for numerous qualitative factors, such as legal, environmental, marketability. Moreover, conventional methods have some limitations because they are processed without all the scope of analysis items and any evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study will provide computerization model for feasibility study focusing on the apartment development project by a pre-sall method. This research does casestudies to assess the feasibility analysis by the computerization model and compares to the results of the conventional methods. It showed that the evaluation results for the qualitative analysis were proportional to actual sale result. This implies that qualitative subjective factors have high correlation with sale rate and sale prices.

중대사고시 격납용기내의 열수력거동 및 에어로졸 제거능력을 해석할 수 있는 코드의 현황 파악과 모델의 타당성을 평가하기 위한 ISP 37에 참여, MELCOR코드를 이용하여 VANAM M3 실험을 해석하였으며 해석 결과를 실험과 비교함으로써 코드의 검증과 해석결과의 타당성을 검토하였다.

최근 정부 R&D 방향을 보면 정부출연연의 역할은 중장기, 대규모 신규사업발굴에 초점을 두고 있으며 출연연 자체적으로 연구기획에 많은 투자와 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만, 출연연 주요사업 연구개발계획서에 철저한 준비가 되어야 함에도 기획 전문지식이 체계적으로 축적되지 않았으며 연구기획에 대한 좋은 본보기를 요구하는 연구자들이 지속적으로 이어져왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 논리적이고 심도있는 검토를 거치는 사전평가 과정인 국가연구개발 예비타당성조사 사업을 본보기로 제안하며 주요사업 기획에 도움이 되는 평가항목들과 내용을 메타분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 KISTEP에서 공개한 예비타당성조사 보고서의 평가항목들 중에서 출연연 주요사업에 적용될 수 있는 기술적 타당성 평가항목들을 선별한다. 그리고, 선별된 평가항목들끼리의 내용분석을 통해 사업 타당성에 대한 지적사항을 항목별로 정리하여 시사점을 찾아내고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 주요사업 대규모, 중장기 연구기획 시 실무적으로 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

용수 공급의 편익에 대한 개념적인 접근을 시도하였다. 실제 용수공급과 관련된 많은 국가 사업이 진행되고 있고 이에 대한 타당성검토가 KDI등을 통해 수행되고 있다. 물론 일반적이고 공통적인 잣대를 가지고 국가사업을 평가해야 겠지만 수자원에 대한 특수성을 반영하지 못한 다면 자칫 사회적인 혼란이 야기될 것이다. 수자원의 공급을 통해 발생하는 편익은 유형의 효과만이 아니라 무형의 효과가 더 크고 이를 반드시 반영해야 할 것이다. 편익이란 기본적으로 소비자가 느끼는 효용(utility)의 합이며 생산활동 과정에서 파급되는 부가가치를 의미한다. 따라서 이것들이 타당성분석과정에 반영되어야 할 것이다.

초기에 하나의 상품 카테고리만을 다루던 전자상거래 사이트들이 브랜드 확립 후에 다른 상품 카테고리까지 확대해 나가는 모습을 많이 보아왔다. 고객이 아직 방문하지 않은 신규 상품 카테고리의 상품에 대하여 기존 상품 카테고리에서 만들어진 사용자 프로파일을 활용하여 개인화된 추천을 할 수 있다면, 고객이 다양한 상품 카테고리를 방문하도록 유도할 수 있을 것이다. 하지만 일반적으로 전자상거래 사이트에서는 상품 카테고리별로 사용자의 선호도를 파악하여 개인화된 추천을 수행하기 때문에, 해당 카테고리 내 상품의 구매나 방문 기록이 없다면 개인화된 추천을 수행하기가 어렵다 . 본 논문에서는 협업 필터링을 통해 신규 상품카테고리 내의 상품을 추천하기 어려운 고객들을 대상으로 기존의 사용자 선호도 데이터를 활용하여 신규 상품 카테고리 내의 상품을 추천하는 방안의 타당성을 살펴보도록 한다. 즉, 기존 사용자의 특정상품 카테고리 선호도 데이터를 통해 사용자간 유산도를 계산하고, 이를 추천하려는 타 상품 카테고리 내의 상품들에 대한 예측 선호도 계산에 활용 타당성을 살펴본다. 이를 실증적으로 검토하기 위해서, Yes24 사이트의 서적, 음반, DVD 3개의카테고리 내의 상품을 방문한 웹 패널 데이터를 이용하여 타당성 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 동일 상품 카테고리 내의 선호도 정보를 가지고 현업 필터링을 수행하는 것보다는 추천 성과가 낮았지만 활용할만한 추천 성과를 보였으며, 활용하는 상품 카테고리와 예측하는 상품 카테고리별로 추천성과가 상이했다.

본 연구는 국가하천인 섬진강 내에 하상세굴 방지를 위하여 설치한 섬진강 수중보가 하천의 수질오염 가중, 하천 생태통로 차단, 홍수 소통능력 저해 등의 문제점에 따른 방안으로 이를 철거하자는 의견이 제시되어, 수중보(낙차공)의 철거 여부에 대한 타당성 검토를 수행하는 데 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 보 철거시 고려할 사항으로서 보의 철거 기준, 하천의 물리적 및 수질특성 변화, 하천의 생물상 변화를 검토하였다. 섬진강 수중보를 철거함으로써 기대되는 가장 큰 장점은 생태이동 확보와 수질 개선 및 홍수소통 능력 향상이었다. 그러나 섬진강 수중보는 보의 기능 외에도 낙차공의 기능까지 겸하고 있으며, 만약 수중보를 철거할 경우 하천의 급경사에 따른 과다한 하상세굴, 상수도 취수시설의 용수수급 불가능, 문척교 교각의 세굴 발생 및 기초의 안정성 문제점, 지류와의 단차, 서시천 농업용수 취수시설의 용수 수급 불가능이 발생되며, 이를 해결해야지만 섬진강 수중보를 철거하는 단계로 진전될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다.

This study aims to prepare an objective project basis by reviewing the feasibility of reconstructing and remodeling Greensmart Future School project for S High School's main building, which was built more than 40 years ago, in Incheon Metropolitan City, and to apply and review an effective methodology for determining renovation and remodeling. To this end, the feasibility of reconstruction and remodeling was evaluated in the long term by synthesizing the results of quantitative evaluation through economic review and qualitative evaluation through educational functional review. As a result of the study, it was found that the reconstruction plan was advantageous throughout all alternatives in terms of economic costs, and the field survey indicated limitations in spatial functions to support students' various educational activities and applying new directions, especially the 2022 revised curriculum and high school credit system.

The purpose of study was to evaluate the economic evaluation of Chuncheon curling stadium. In oder to estimate economic evaluation, benefit/cost ratio, net present value and internal rate of return were used. Additionally, in order to investigate the socio-economic spread effect, literature review and input-output analysis were used. The results of study were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the demand for curling stadiums in Chuncheon, it was believed that the construction of the stadium will attract athletes from the Chuncheon region as well as athletes from Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi Province and North Chungcheong Province. Second, economic validity analysis showed that the initial investment did not make sense, but the players' training and competitions and the advantages of the potential experience of curling events for citizens in nearby areas, including Chuncheon, make the construction and operation reasonable. Third, as a result of the review of the social and policy validity of the curling stadium, the project to build a curling stadium in Chuncheon was secured with a policy validity as a public sports facility necessary for both professional and living athletes. Finally, the analysis of socio-economic spread effect of curling stadiums had shown that it would have a positive effect on the level of satisfaction of the general public as well as the discovery of elite athletes.
