Due to the increase of size and complexity of construction project, the frequency of serious accidents in construction industry has been increased. Especially, the proportion of accidents in formwork of building construction site is very high, and many previous studies have been conducted to preventing them in the viewpoint of the diverse approaches. However, their effectiveness on accidents prevention was poor, and as a result, it is limited to consider the potential risks because many workers and managers tend not to be concerned with unsafe factors in formwork. Therefore, in this study, a realistic and proactive way for analyzing these potential risks was proposed in the manner of quantitatively assessing the potentials resulted from the unsafe factors in formwork. To verify the applicability of the proposed methodology, group survey was carried out, and the results were compared with those of the traditional importance-performance analysis(hereafter IPA) technique. Through the use of the proposed methodology, unsafe factors that were not found in the IPA but have potential risk were identified. Eventually, this study is expected to contribute to the proactive prevention of construction serious disaster accidents in formwork by enabling a more efficient management.

국내에 다수의 공동주택이 건설되고 있거나 공사중에 있으며 그 수요 또한 향후 지속적으로 증가할 예정이다. 그러나 이러한 증가추세의 공동주택 중 대피공간 규정이 신설된 1992년 이전에 시공된 건축물은 현재에도 대피공간 및 피난시설이 부재한 상황이다. 또한, 현재 계획 및 시공, 준공된 준초고층의 공동주택에 설치되어 있는 대피공간 및 이에 준하는 시설은 사생활 침해 및 타 용도 공간 활용 등으로 기능이 상실되어 있다. 이에 따라 공동주택 피난 및 대피공간에 대한 실효성을 검토할 필요가 있고 타 시 도의 선진사례를 분석하여 정책적 제안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 공동주택 피난시설의 효율성 강화를 위해 광주광역시의 공동주택 관련 현황 및 사례 조사와 관련 법규 분석을 통해 피난시설 및 대피공간의 문제점을 검토하고 효율성이 높은 대피시설 등을 활용할 수 있는 정책적 제언 및 인센티브 제도, 가이드라인 등 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

The study aims to examine the determinants that affect satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation intention with foreign tourists who visited Korea despite the threat of COVID-19. This study employs the survey data collected by the Korea Tourism Organization from 8,135 foreign tourists who visited Korea in 2020. As the survey data contains a mixture of continuous and categorical variables, decision tree analysis can ensure analytical validity for the research. According to the analytical results, the determinants affecting satisfaction are the purpose of the visit and acceptance of self-quarantine during their stay. The factors influencing revisit intention are the purpose of the visit, frequency of the visit, and acceptance of self-quarantine during their stay. The determinants affecting recommendation intention are the purpose of the visit, length of stay, and gender. Based on the results of this analysis, this study not only explains the relationship between these determinants and tourism satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation intention, but also suggests implications for revitalizing tourism activities.

교통혼잡의 묘사를 보다 구체적으로 하기 위한 Mesoscopic시뮬레이션 모형으로서 INTEGRATION을 소개한다. 모형의 기본구조가 설명되고, 특히 응용사례로서 경부고속도로 축을 중심으로 한 주거지역의 급속한 팽창으로 야기된 고속도로상의 교통대안을 평가하려는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 교통대안은 혼잡을 완화시키는데 타당하고 기술적으로도 실현가능한 대안이 제시된다. 이러한 대안들은 거시 및 미시 모의실험모형을 통해 면밀히 분석 평가되며 또한 대안을 도출하고 평가하는 과정의 제시로서 교통량조사에 근거한 OD 도출, Subarea 네트워크 분석 및 통합된 네트워크 모의실험과 같은 새로운 기법들이 아울러 제시된다. 대안의 대부분은 네트워크 개선에 관련한 것이다. 반포 IC 진출입로 공사(Al), 위빙 제거를 기초로 한 서초 IC TSM(A2), 서초-양재 구간의 고속 저속 분리(A3), 헌릉 IC(A4)의 신설, 판교 JC 개선(A5), 백현 IC(A6)신설. 가장 자본 집약적인 대안은 A4, A6순이다. A1, A5, A6은 구간은 짧으나, 자본 집약적이며 어느 정도의 공사 기간이 소요된다. 가장 비용이 적게 소요되는 대안은 A2, A3이다. A2는 시행이 용이하나, A3의 경우 공사기간 중 교통분산 대책이 필요하다. A1, A6은 속도증가와 통행시간 절감의 측면에서 가장 비용대비 효율적인 것으로 분석되었다. 시뮬레이션의 한계 및 개선방안이 함께 검토되었다.

한국전력공사 고리원자력본부는 방사성폐기물 드럼운반용 비개방형 차량을 국내 최초로 개발하여 최근 운영에 들어갔다. 고리원자력본부 기술지원실이 95년 1월부터 자체기술로 설계에 착수하여 95년 8월부터 12월까지 5개월 동안 8천7백만원의 예산을 들여 시제품을 제작, 이번에는 운영을 시작한 이 차량은 천정 크레인 또는 지게차 등으로 드럼 상$\cdot$하차 작업이 가능하도록 현장여건에 맞게 설계된 것이 특징이다. 고리원자력본부는 이 차량을 운영하게 됨에 따라 방사성폐기물 드럼 소내운반시 발생할 수 있는 부지내 방사능오염 소지를 완전히 배제할 수 있게 되었으며, 타 원자력발전소에서도 이 차량을 도입할 예정이다.

한국통신은 전국 전화의 자동화를 완성하고 전화적체를 해소 시키기 위하여 1982년 설립된 우리 모두 알고 있는 공사이다. 그 후 통신시장의 급격한 시장환경 변화와 함께 사업영역, 사업구조, 그리고 경영구조를 민간기업형으로 전환하여 오면서 우리나라를 대표하는 기업들 중 하나가 되었다. 이 사례는 1998년부터 초고속인터넷서비스 시장이 타경쟁사인 두루넷과 하나로통신에 의해 선점되어 갔을 때 한국통신이 어떻게 대응하여 나갔는가에 초점을 맞추었다. 초고속인터넷 서비스 시장에 대해 한국통신이 가졌던 초기의 시장 렌즈와 mental model, 경쟁사 마케팅 활동에 의한 시장상황에 대한 재분석, 새로운 마케팅 방향의 설정과 마케팅 믹스 전략의 내용을 중심으로 본 사례를 분석하여 보자.

The insistence of rights and interests in contract is being generalized by opening in construction market which is following F.T.A, internationally. Conditions of contract in construction have different specialities compared with other industries. Different conditions of contract should be established because of a specific character that is different from each construction, such as work, environment, circumference conditions. Although the order of Turn-key is being expanded by increasing construction scale and demanding hybrid function, the suitable regulations of contract are not settled. As a result, various factors of claim is occurring in Change Order-Claim, because they just obey a part of guide-line. This study suggests useful solutions in detail concerned with the main factor of Change Order-Claim by each D/B phases through practical sorting and analysis of the causes of Change Order-Claim.

It is so sensitive that the matter of compensation for private possessions caused in the course of public construction planning is very important. Especially, more logical planning is necessary when the dam be constructed, because it is mainly controlled by the surface of water, and if that planning is made public, artificial change is occurred in land use in that area for the purpose of rising the compensation. In this study, the plan for the application of aerial photo based ortho image was drew up for solving these problems and for the rational, rapid compensation. Ortho image was made by aerial photo, used as reading material for the change in land use. The modeling of drainage basin, came under the planning surface of water, and the 3D simulation were performed for the scene analysis, the change understanding in land use for a lot number in a certain period by overlapping the digital image, the digital land registration map, and the digital topography map as well as the analysis of the admitted land followed by the height of reservoir water.

In order to achieve the best performance of a project, uncertainties involved in the building construction process need to be identified in the planning phase of the project. Risk management plays a significant role in construction to minimize risk occurred due to uncertainties of a project. Although the importance of the risk management has been known to the construction industry, a more effective system should be developed to meet the demands of the industry. The purpose of this study is to develop the effective risk management system for scheduling the construction processes. The study provides a tool that can optimize the management system which would assist managers to identify schedule risks in the planning phase of the project.
