The effect of the coupon is a hard fact to an aid of working out successful strategy by the results that many scholar studied for long time. But the results of research was centered upon examining to influence br image company's sales, gains for guessing exchange action of coupon. Antecedent researches of our country is a lot of coupon combination discount card for drawing on revisiting making new consumer. The purpose of the study is to identify how to influence br familiarity br image into intending purchase revisiting by coupon property. In this study, collage man, worker located in Seoul Kyunggi province were sampled by convenience sampling. As a result, Br familiarity br image affect affirmatively intending purchase revisiting by coupon property.

The Effects of the Characteristics of Coupons Purchased through a Social Shopping Site upon Customer Satisfaction and Future Behavior Intention - Focusing on Family Restaurants - (Social Shopping Site를 통해 구입한 외식업체 쿠폰 특성이 고객만족도와 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 패밀리레스토랑을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of the characteristics of coupons purchased through a social shopping site upon customer satisfaction and future behavior intention. Based on total 332 samples who had bought franchise restaurant coupons and used them before, this study reviewed reliability and fitness of the research model and verified total 4 hypotheses with AMOS and SPSS program. The hypothesized relationships among the models were tested simultaneously by using a structure equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=309.795(df=103, p<.001), CMIN/DF=3.008, RMR=.103, GFI=.912, NFI=.927, CFI=.950, RMSEA=.074. The result showed that the coupon proneness(${\beta}$=.645) and price sensitivity(${\beta}$=-.315) had a significant influence on restaurant satisfaction(p<.001) and only coupon proneness(${\beta}$=1.040) had a significant influence on coupon satisfaction(p<.001). Also, restaurant satisfaction had a positive significant influence on restaurant customers' revisit intention(${\beta}$=.603, p<.001) and coupon users' repurchase intention(${\beta}$=.335, p<.001). Furthermore, coupon satisfaction had a positive significant influence on coupon repurchase intention(${\beta}$=.353, p<.001) but had a negative significant influence on restaurant revisit intention(${\beta}$=-.263, p<.001). Limitations and future research directions were also discussed.

  • This study deals with the influencing factors for satisfaction of mobile coupon service. Thus researcher examined a structural equation modeling methodology of the path within word of mouth, satisfaction, and other exogenous variables (economic value, trust, joyfulness, innovativeness). As a result of this study, mobile coupon users understand the characteristics of basic coupon concept, and First, it was confirmed that the economic value, innovativeness affected user's trust for coupon service and joyfulness for using coupon. Second, it was confirmed that trust and joyfulness affected user's satisfaction and word of mouth activities. Moreover, this paper's contribution point is the proposes of the one of the post adoption model with the quantitative study of the industrial development stages of current various mobile coupon application.

The Effects of Characteristics of Mobile Coupon Service on Consumers' Intention of Using Mobile Coupons (모바일 쿠폰서비스의 특성이 소비자의 쿠폰이용의도에 미치는 영향과 자기해석의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The recent economic recession and price rise reduces excessive consumption as a whole. So companies take more interest in and use discount coupons as a means of sales promotion to reinforce their competitiveness. The combination of Internet and mobile communication technology leads to an explosive increase in the use of mobile Internet service, which promotes commercialization of mobile coupons. Nevertheless, there are absolutely insufficient researches on mobile coupons than those on paper ones. In this context, this study tries to consider intention of accepting and using mobile coupons. The innovated Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to see factors of using mobile coupons considered important by customers. Through the combination of characteristics of mobile coupon service and values obtained from mobile coupons, effects of variables to enhance intention of using mobile coupons were empirically analyzed. In particular, this study suggested importance of psychological as well as economic values of mobile coupons and emphasized good considerations of the psychological aspect, such as shame, stinginess, and reputation sensitivity, in using mobile coupons as an important factor for intention of using the coupons. Another empirical analysis was made of what moderating roles consumers' self-construalplayed in the effects of mobile coupon values perceived by consumers on intention of using coupons. As a result, immediate connectivity and situational provision among characteristics of mobile coupon service were found to affect ease and usability. It was also shown that perceived ease and usability had significant effects on both economic and psychological values, which then had significant effects on intention of using a mobile system. After testing moderating effects of self-construal, the degree of effects of perceived mobile coupon values on intention of using mobile coupons was greater among inter-dependent self-construal users than among independent ones. This study considered various schemes of improving intention to use mobile coupons and provided a foundation to help companies make a strategy for mobile coupons to be activated in the future.

  • 현재 대부분의 사람들이 스마트폰을 사용하고 있다. 스마트폰 애플리케이션은 수만에서 수십만 개가 제공되고 있으며 활용 분야도 폭이 넓고 계속 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상점에서 직접 받는 기존의 종이쿠폰을 대신할 쿠펀즈(Coupon Fun Stack) 애플리케이션에 대해 제안하고 이를 개발한 내용에 대해 기술한다. 고객은 쿠펀즈 애플리케이션을 통해 자신이 방문하였거나 또는 방문할 관심있는 상점들의 쿠폰들을 등록할 수 있으며 이를 함께 관리할 수 있다. 또한 본 앱을 통해 등록된 상점의 상세정보를 볼 수 있으며, 고객은 해당 상점의 자신의 보유 쿠폰 현황과 서비스 정보를 볼 수 있다. 여러 장의 종이쿠폰을 대신할 본 앱을 통해 고객들은 간편함과 편리함을 얻게 될 것이며, 각 상점에서는 본 시스템을 갖춤으로써 고객들에게 좀 더 높은 질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 될 것이다.

Analyzing the User's Using Attitude of KakaoTalk Plus Friend - Coupon attitude as a Mediator - (카카오톡 플러스 친구 사용자의 이용태도 분석 - 쿠폰태도를 매개변인으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the coupon attitude plays a mediating in the relationship between brand image, brand preference, and information reliability of 'KakaoTalk Plus Friend' and also the coupon attitude plays a mediating role in the relationship between user satisfaction and continuous usage intention. A questionnaire was used the samples of totally 170 people, who is currently using the 'KakaoTalk Plus Friend'. According to analysis, first, the coupon attitude has been shown to be partly mediating effect on the relationship between brand image and information reliability. Second, the coupon attitude has been shown to be not mediating effect on the relationship between brand preference and use satisfaction. Third, the coupon attitude has been shown to be partial mediating effect in relation to user satisfaction. As a result, the coupon attitude has been shown to be mediating effect on the user attitude. This result can help the understanding user attitude and the coupon attitude in the 'KakaoTalk Plus Friend'.

Testing the Moderating effect of Coupon Types on Perceived Price, Consumption Emotions, Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention in Quick Service Restaurants (퀵서비스레스토랑의 지각된 가격, 소비감정, 소비자만족과 재방문의도의 관계에 쿠폰유형이 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the influence of restaurant customers' perceived price on their satisfaction and revisit intention through the examination of the mediating effects of emotional responses and the moderating role of coupons. Data was obtained from a survey conducted to 319 quick service restaurant customers and analyzed using SPSS 16 and AMOS 16. The results indicate a full mediation effect of perceived price on customer satisfaction through emotional responses. It was also noted that discount, free and entry coupons did moderate the influence of perceived price on customers' emotional responses. The strongest moderator for perceived price and positive emotions was a discount coupon followed by a free coupon and an entry coupon in order. For perceived price and negative emotions, an entry coupon had a higher moderating effect followed by a discount coupon. The study put forward an appropriate implication to restaurateurs on the use of coupons as well as emotional responses and perceived price that will effectively elevate customers' satisfaction level.

  • More sales of food and beverage coupons have been made using SNS on social commerce recently. If one buys coupons on social commerce, he/she can enjoy products at a lower price; however, there are drawbacks that one must consider such as location, service hours, and discount rate. Thus, this paper suggests a system that recommends food and beverage coupons on social commerce for users that considers a user's personal context of location, time, and purchase history. In order to reflect a user's context awareness and continuous preference, this paper suggests a method based on the Bayesian network. In order to reflect personalized weighting on the standard of coupon selection to match a user's preference, a measurement and classification of weighting preferences is performed on the basis of AHP. 20 experiments in one month involving 12 students were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the system, resulting in an 80% satisfaction level.

  • 기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업 중 지원사업 중 지원예산의 규모가 가장 크고, 업체에 지원금액이 많은 사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II)부문의 컨설팅을 수행한 기업들을 대상으로 수집한 재무비율분석 자료를 활용하여 사업참여 이전 및 이후의 재무상황 변화를 분석하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 이전 1년 및 이후 2년간을 비교하였으며, 2005년 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II) 70업체 중 사업참여 이전 및 이후 2년간의 자료를 구할 수 있는 34개 업체를 대상으로 하였다. 각 년도별 표본의 재무비율 산출은 EXCEL 2007을 사용하였으며, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 전 후 두표본 집단간의 차이 검증은 SPSS win 15.0K의 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 전반적으로 가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅 후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

A Reusable Secure Mobile e-Coupon Protocol (다회 사용가능한 안전한 모바일 쿠폰 프로토콜)

  • Since nowadays mobile phone messages are flourishing, the application of electronic coupon (e-coupon) will become a trend for mobile users. E-coupon for mobile commerce can provide mobility for users and distribution flexibility for issuers. In this paper, we propose a mobile e-coupon system that just applies some simple cryptographic techniques, such as one-way hash function and XOR operation. In our system, the customer can control the number of issued e-coupons and the issuer can prevent them from double-redeeming. The customer does not need to perform any exponential computation in redeeming and transferring the coupons. Our scheme uses one-way hash chains for preventing from double-spending.
