쾌적한 음환경을 창조하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 음이 갖는 심리적 속성과 인지구조 를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구는 여러 가지 환경음중에서 유쾌음에 대한 심리적 속성, 그리고 그 속성과 음과의 관계를 정성적으로 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 특히, 음에 대한 감정 및 정서표현에 사회문화적 차이가 있다는 점을 감안하여 한국어 표현어를 심층적으로 조사·분석하고, 36종류의 표현어와 34종류의 유쾌음에 대해서 평정척도법을 이용한 심리평 가 실험을 실시하였다. 실험의 분석결과, 유쾌음의 심리적 속성은 활동성, 안정성, 박력성의 3가지 요인이 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 음과 표현어사이의 관계를 파악하기 위해 다 차원척도법을 이용한 선호도분석에 의해서 3가지 요인과 음과의 관계를 파악해 보았다. 이 결과는 유쾌음에 대한 평가시 중요한 심리적 속성으로서, 음의 물리적 평가방법 및 음환경 의 쾌적성 창조를 위한 중요한 실마리를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

For the comfortable housing life, comfortable and pleasant urban environment should be created for the people living in house and in city. There are lots of environmental conditions in city affecting house and life. Also most of all the noise pollution have been become major factor that makes people's life uncomfortable. Recently soundscape researches have been performed to create comfortable urban environment and various studies on the evaluation of urban environmental sounds are now undergoing. This study aimed to analyse the subjective characteristics through the subjective evaluation to the sounds measured with physical parameters and eventually to find out alternative evaluation method for urban environmental sounds. Adjectives applied to previous studies were used for the subjective evaluation and sound sources recorded in specific places were presented with picture at the same time. As a result, new physical parameters such as Lmax, Unbiased Annoyance, G, N and EmT have a feasibility to evaluation of urban environment sounds in terms of acoustic comfort.

이 연구는 도시공간의 어메니티를 실현하기 위한 수단으로서 사운드스케이프(soundscape)에 관한 연구조사의 결과를 소개한다. 사운드스케이프 및 사운드스케이프 디자인에 관한 개념과 사상을 고찰하고, 남원시의 사운드스케이프 조사를 예로 하여 지역에 있어서 음, 인간 및 환경과의 관계로부터 사운드 어메니티(sound amenity)를 실현하는데 있어서 음이 갖는 의미와 역할을 모색한다. 사운드스케이프 조사방법으로써 문헌조사, 필드조사 및 설문조사를 이용하여 남원지역의 음풍경을 조사${\cdot}$분석하고, 그 시대적, 계절적, 시간적인 음풍경의 변화와 현상, 그리고 지역주민의 음에 관한 인식특성을 파악한다. 조사결과, 지역에 있어서 자연환경을 보존하고 축제등의 전통적인 생활문화를 계승하는 것은 지역의 사운드스케이프와 어메니티 형성에 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 또한 도시공간의 사운드스케이프 연구는 이러한 일련의 조사연구활동 및 교육활동 등을 포함한 다양한 활동과 여러 영역에서의 유기적인 교류활동이 이루어져야 쾌적한 음환경 창조가 가능하다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

The assessment of an urban site depends on the way it responds to multiple needs such as functionality, aesthetic and complex comfort of acoustic, thermal, lighting and air quality This study aims to investigate the assessment of various urban soundscapes in the sense of acoustic amenity by the questionnaires. As a result, acoustic amenity assessment was influenced by the non-acoustic factors such as environment assessment of visual, thermal, air quality etc.. And it was shown that the subjects tend to perceive the noise level less than 3$\sim$10dB L$_{Aeq}$ under the similar noise exposure level according to the urban landscapes.

So these factors would be considered in the new assessment method for acoustic amenity. And it was shown that the subjects tend to perceive the noise level less than $3{\sim}5dB\;L_{eqA}$ according to the urban landscapes under the similar noise exposure level.

열악한 실내 음환경은 재실자에게 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 선행 연구를 통해 실내 음환경이 재실자의 과업성취도나 직무만족도뿐 아니라 그들의 건강과 웰빙에도 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져왔다. 본 연구는 국내 공공건축물에 위치한 개방형 사무실의 실내 음환경을 평가하고, 재실자의 음환경 쾌적성 향상을 위하여 고려할 필요가 있는 사항을 검토하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 국내 공공건축물에 위치한 13개의 개방형 사무실에서 실내 소음 레벨을 측정하였으며, 측정은 월요일부터 금요일까지 5일간 진행되었다. 측정된 실내 소음 레벨은 ISO 및 EU ALDREN 프로젝트가 개방형 사무실을 대상으로 권장하는 수준을 기반으로 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 근무 시간 동안 재실자가 있는 환경에서의 실내 소음 레벨은 대부분 ISO 기준을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 재실자가 없는 심야 시간대의 음환경을 평가한 결과, 3개 사무실의 측정 결과값이 ALDREN의 권장 수준을 충족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 측정이 진행된 현장의 특성이 실내 소음도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 건물 외피의 정확한 음향 성능을 파악하는 것이 불가능하였으므로 향후 추가 연구를 통해 건물의 성능과 실내 음환경 간 관계를 규명할 필요가 있다.
