  • Today's fast-paced world is becoming increasingly characterized by technology-facilitated transactions. Growing numbers of customers interact with technology to create service outcomes instead of interacting with a service firm employee. Self-service technologies provide technological interfaces that enable customers to produce a service independent of direct service employee involvement. To investigate on the customer satisfaction with self-technological based product design in Subway. I used the critical incident technique developed by Flanagan(1954) with quantitative measures of attributions. In this research, it results that customers are considered more important the value of technological-function and easy to use than the aspect of automated machine. It is likely that the technological aspect of many self-service options has a unique influence on customer perceptions of self-service encounters. Also, Research has shown that customer's needs are defined as situations in which external environmental factors add a sense of urgency to the transaction and saved time. On the other hand, customers realize that their favorable image of self-technological based product follows as ; first, customers prefer to the simple & modern image on the aspect of product design, secondly, customers prefer to the hitech-functional image to do its job fast in a short time by automated technology on the aspect of functional service, thirdly, customers prefer to the comfortable and sanitary image to be suitable for the underground circumstance.

  • As our country holds 2002 Korea-Japan FIFA World Cup, more foreigners are visiting Korea, making the tourist industry more profitable. Under these circumstances, we should pay attention to the restroom as a public facility, and inspire the awareness in the Korean people to improve the public restrooms. However, according to KNTO(Korea National Tourist Organization), it has turned out that foreign tourists are still dissatisfied with dirty restrooms and poor signposting when they visit Korea, Though the number of restrooms has been increased, they are not properly managed being a public nuisance due to negligence of administration and straggling facilities. To make it worse, poor design of restrooms and insufficient consideration of handicapped person bring disgrace on Koreas tourist administration. While studies on restrooms began from the 1980s, it has placed too much emphasis on the space arrangement and facility plan, so we need to pay attention to the traditional design and environment aspect of restrooms. This study is 1 haute looked into the problems and actual conditions of restrooms, and based on these data, applied Korean Buddhist architecture style to restrooms to create a comfortable circumstance in restrooms.

한냉혈관반응 측정에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 기온$15^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ $26^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$,습도$55%{\pm}5%$ 환경조건에서 손가락 끝마디 부분을 얼음물에 침지시킨후 구강온과 4부위 피부온, 손가락끝 피부온, 전신온냉감, 전신쾌적감, 손가락 끝 동통감의 변화를 젊은 남자 피험자와 노인남자 피험자를 대상으로 비교측정하고자 하였다. 본 학회에서는 젊은 남자피험자 그룹에 대하여 보고하고자 한다. 결과는 다 음과 같다. $15^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$에서 4부위 피부온을 보면 가슴과 상완은 손가락끝 침지시 약간 하강하고 다시 상승하지만 대퇴와 하퇴에서는 하강하고 그 상태가 유지된다. 특히 하퇴의 경우는 급격히 하강하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 손가락끝 피부온은 손가락 침지와 동시에 급격한 하강을 나타내나 손가락을 꺼낸후에 손가락 침지전의 온도로 회복되지는 않았다. 평균피부온을 보면 손가락 침지시 하강하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 전신 쾌적감은 약간 불쾌하게 나타났고, 전신온냉감은 서늘하다고나타났고 손가락끝의 동통 감은 매우 아프다고 나타났다. $26^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$에서 4부위 피부온을 보면 가슴 상완대퇴 하퇴 모두 손가락끝 침지시 약간 하강하고 낮은 상태로 유지되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 손가락끝 피부온은 손가락 침지시 급격한 하강을 나타내었고 손가락을 꺼낸후에도 침지의 온도로 회복이 되었다. 평균피부온은 손가락 침지후에 약간 하강하였지만 큰 차이는 없었다. 전신쾌적감은 약간 쾌적하게 나타났고 전신온냉감은 약간 따뜻하다라고 나타났으며 손가락끝의 동통감은 약간 아프다고쪽으로 나타났다.때문에 이를 디자인에 곧바로 적용시키기 어려운 점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 바용성 평가를 위한 분석도구들이 갖는 문제 점들 해결하여 제품의 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 개발과정에서 활용할 수 있는 평가 분석도구를 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 다양한 유형의 정보를 포함하는 비디오 정보를 선정하였따. 둘째, 데이터를 다양한 측면에서 추출할 수 있는 Data logger를 개발하였다. 셋째, 데이터를 시각적으로 정리하고 분석할 수 있는 도구를 제안한다. 마지막으로 인터페이스 디자인에서 여러 가지 디자인안을 도출해 내는 작업에 이용할 수 있는 종합화과정을 개발한다. 이러한 일련의 과정이 통합된 컴퓨터 시스템 안에서 이루어지도록 프로그램을 개발하여 정보의 유용성을 높일 수 있도록 한다.at the entropy index as a measurement of inter-business relatedness is not significant but technological relatedness index is significant.   • u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비퀴터스 정보 처리를 도시공간에 융합해서 도시민에게 편리하고, 건강하며, 안전하고, 쾌적한 생활을 누리도록 하는 목표로삶의 질을 향상시키는 신개념의 도시이다. 도시기반시설인 도로는 이러한 u-City를 구축하는데 있어 핵심 구성요소 이지만, 도로 공간에서 발생하는 인명사고는 u-City의 목표인 안전한 도시를 구축하는데 있어 걸림돌이 되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 안전한 도시 구축을 위하여 USN 기술을 활용하여 횡단보도 주변에서 보행자의 안전을 지원하는 시마트 연석에 대한 개념과 개발 내용을 소개하고자한다. 스마트 연석은 도로 연석과 동일한 크기로 설치되어 지상에 돌출되지 않으므로 주위 환경과 잘어울리며, 상부 모서리에 경광등이 점멸되어 운전자로 하여금 횡단보도 지역임을 쉽게 알 수 있도록 하고, 측면에서 바닥비춤조명을 비춤으로써 운전자의 시인성을 높여 안전사고를 미연에 방지하는 기능을 가지고 있다.

여름철의 돼지 수태율 향상방안(사양관리측면)

  • 여름철이 되면 평균 기온이 27도씨이상 되는 무더운 날씨가 계속되고 장마로 인하여 습도가 높아지면 불괘지수가 높아져서 관리자들도 모든 일이 짜증스럽고 주위가 산만해지기 쉬운 계절이다. 또한 여름철에는 양돈장에 파리와 모기 등의 해충이 많이 발생하고 유해 가스가 많이 생기며 사료가 쉽게 변질되는 등으로 돼지의 사육에 직접 간접으로 불리하게 미치는 영향이 커서 발육이나 번식 능력을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 특히 돼지는 선천적으로 다른 가축에 비하여 땀샘이 퇴화되고 피하지방이 두껍고 체지방축적이 많은 관계로 더위에 매우 약하므로 무더움 여름철에는 신진대사와 호르몬 분비 조절기능이 비정상적인 경우가 많아 사료섭취량 감소, 발육 지연 및 번식 성적에 관련되는 발정, 배란, 수태율, 산자수 등이 감소하게 된다. 따라서 무더운 날씨가 계속되는 여름철에는 다른 계절보다 돼지의 사육에 적합한 온도, 습도, 환기 등에 많은 관심을 기울여서 쾌적한 사육 환경을 조성하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 하고 그 중에서도 여름철에 돼지의 수태율을 향상시킬 수 있는 관리 대책을 강구해야겠다.

  • From the research which it sees it tried to observe from the comfort viewpoint where the passenger feels the high-speed railway car safety standard which it is see clearly from the domestic railroad safety law. It presents a minimum safety standard, the passengers being an safety most, the place where to sleep receive the service which is comfortable from the railroad safety law and they do there is a most big difference. It analyzed the correlation of the comfort where the passenger feels the vehicle efficiency standard which it is presenting from railroad safety law 59th clause and from the research which it sees consequently.

Effects of Urban Park on Thermal Comfort in Summer - An Analysis of Microclimate Data of Seoul Forest Park - (여름철 도시공원의 열환경 개선 효과 - 서울숲 미기상 관측자료 분석을 중심으로 -)

  • This study investigates the heat mitigation effects and thermal comfort improvement due to urban parks during summer. Self-developed monitoring devices to measure long-term microclimate data were installed in three spots, including the park plaza, waterside, and roadside in Seoul Forest Park, and measurements were taken from July 9 to July 30. The results of the measurement are as follows. The daily temperature of the park plaza and waterside were found to be 2.7℃ and 2.9℃ lower than the roadside and 5.5℃ and 7.4℃ lower than the roadside from 10:00 to 16:00. In addition, the Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) measurement was applied to measure the thermal comfort at each point. In the average daily analysis, a significant difference was found between the park plaza, the waterside, and the roadside, and a greater difference was found between 10:00 to 16:00. Also, although there was no significant difference due to the weather condition, a statistically significant difference was also found in the average PM10 and CO2 concentrations. It is found to be higher in the order from the roadside, park plaza, and waterside for PM10 concentration and park plaza, roadside, and waterside for CO2. In sum, although the difference in measured microclimate data and thermal comfort index results were different depending on the time and weather conditions at the three points, the park plaza and waterside, which are located inside the park, showed improved thermal comfort conditions and lower temperatures than the roadside outside the park.

  • The evaluation of public transit service quality is more complicated than evaluating other aspects of transportation service. Although various measures of effectiveness [MOEs] for transit service have been studied and applied, a more comprehensive and accurate MOE is still required. In the past, either data from user surveys or the experience of bus agency administrators and/or engineers used to measure the quality of service. However, recently, with reliable and accurate real time data from BMS(Bus Management System) and BIS(Bus Information System), more reliable and accurate MOEs are available. This study develops a service evaluation model from users' perspectives, which is based on user' cost models that consider passenger access time, riding time, waiting time, and discomfort due to in-vehicle overcrowding, violation of traffic laws, and accident rate. For validating proposed model, data from the BMS and transit-fare cards (T-Money Card) for Seoul's No. 472 main bus line were used. Models developed in this study provided reliable results.

  • The aim of this study, a traditional residential area in the environmentally friendly design techniques to identify the techniques and principles that have been carried out to reestablish the principles. To do this, through literature review environmental performance is reflected in the traditional residential area side of resources conservation, locational aspects, spatial configuration, and how cases were selected looking for ways to apply modern. Are examples of upper class housing in the Chosen Dynasty Period period construction relatively well-preserved round and a good building with a clear housing Dokrakdang year were selected. Locational aspects of the terrain with minimal changes to the building and construction techniques were entirely in terms of environmental conservation and environmental temperature was adjusted to regulate the room temperature technique could be seen. In terms of cycling in natural materials were recycled. and water make used of positive through water cycling technique & water control. In addition, the importance of landscape views overlooking the landscape from inside to outside through the regulation of the various internal and external space technique was used to attract and expand. Traditionality in the pursuit of modern space, simply cut off because of tradition rather than to restore or recover the organizing principle inherent in the traditional space, and extraction of the contemporary social, cultural and environmental understanding of space is acceptable in basis. Environmentally-friendly design techniques in a traditional residential area for a long time to be developed by the experience of its application of modern environmental and energy problems and pleasant environment to the creation of human life and are subject to significant swings in that.
